In Chiesa dei SS.Apostoli in Venice there is an artwork of Gaspare Diziani, and at its foot the church has placed a reproduction of the icon image of the Madonna of Guadalupe - here aligned also with the photo I took in Vilnius in 2001:
The reproduction of Diziani's artwork is a byte-reduced version (about 1 MB) of the reproduction of nearly 30 MB from the web.
Added 21 september 2023:
An article of 20 september 2023 in China Daily on the chinese poet Xu Zhimo whose reportedly wellknown poem 'Taking Leave of Cambridge Again' is reproduced in chinese and translation on this page. There are notable parallels to this artwork of Diziani.
Another interesting comment on this artwork is found in my own poem
TEQ #534
οι δε στρατιωται εβοων μη απολειπεσθαι, αλλα συνεκβαινειν επι το ορος
Under my swindle Oxford,
he butt for an intellectual degree
under the firework.
Brown hawked silly in the field/chaptet of laptop.
Appariv & Keibunty
whereby the 'butt' and other elements can be recognized from my Danube Island photo #3 upside down (for the original see this file). I notice the finger pointing to the 'lap-top' of the Jesus child in Diziani's artwork - and the pointing 'brown hawked silly' in the lower lefthand corner. And what is the 'Appariv & Keibunty'? There seems to be an autumn wheelbarrow in front of the woman driving it - here a strongly reduced reproduction of the same source, also more or less interestingly annotated - see also my photo #13 from the Danube Island:
The greek parallel to TEQ #534 is in my translation "#534 - and the warriors shouted that they should not flee but follow on to the mountains" (as given in volume 3 page 1241 = 62 MB). I notice the story of Xu Zhimo's fate - cp. 'the worriers pointed that they should not fly but follow on to the field/chaptet'?
