It happened when I moved from Berlin to Vienna in july 2004 that the news emerged only a few days or weeks after my arrival that Bill Clinton would be undergoing a 'bypass'. The newspiece was worth the notice not the least since the austrian president Klestil (fell ill and) died on the day when I registered my new address in Vienna on 5 july (I had been there too late on 2 july and was told to come back on 5, but they agreed due to tax matters to register 2 july).

I later moved on in 2008 from Ehamgasse to Athens and from there to Venice, and on the day when my new address in Venice was registered, Jörg Haider died! That was already a little much. After I had understood in 2009 that I had no other option than to move back to Vienna, I was told in Wien Wohnservice that I would get this flat in Zinckgasse and that it was the only place in town where I could live.

Hm.

After I had signed the housing contract in I think september 2009 that would make it possible for me to move into Zinckgasse in the second half of december, and while I waited in Venice I was surprised by a number of people whom I believed could be or at least resembled former US presidents - notably the two Bushes. I believed that I met Bush sr on Zattere but the version of Bush jr in a shop did not allow for speculations that it was him. I suppose 'Bush sr' wasn't either but somehow it was difficult to leave the idea. While I was moving my things up to Vienna in january, I slept in a couchette department when the conductor knocked on the door and said that another passenger wanted to get in - it looked like Gordon Brown, then PM in England. He carried an oldfashioned doctor bag of the type which I myself had had once upon a time in the late 70's.

Why all these apparent 'chiefs of state'?

There was also one day - it was just before I moved back to Vienna - a graffiti smear all over the Rialto bridge:

On 21 march 2014, Yahoo moved all european domains and accounts to Ireland. Could be this graffiti suggests EIR-21-3-9, and hence and 'skate bobdo' with a 'Sibeqe' could mean a 'car t-lintel' = 'BIL CLINTON' to me personally when Vibeke is the official sister.

As far a Yahoo is concerned, it can be noticed that the wrapover loop of Rigveda which has 1-31-17 at the beginning also contains the word YAHYA in this first verse. That could be the same word as vedic-sanskrit YAHU which means 'restless, swift, mighty, strong'. It is this wrapover which contains the 'celebrated monarch of the humans' including a calf etc in 1-31-17 at the beginning.

Hence if there really was an abnormal density of state chiefs, this graffiti could have suggested the name of 'Bill Clinton' - but I have not recognized him around in Zinckgasse.

Hm.

The reason why I should be allow to consider these puzzling redundancies is in the fact that the nazi death camp Treblinka could have been about my name already then. Then it is not permitted to ignore such phenomena.

There is the theory that when Gröver/'Mengele' said 'e må pisse' and went out of the VW and behind a shed on Vikebukt in the late 60's, it could have been another person who came back to the car while he himself could have gone for the Vatican and tried to take the place of pope Paul VI. Whether that is an interesting theory or not, I have not been able to verify.

My home in Ehamgasse 2005-2008 was administered by ÖVW. Gröver/'Mengele' once (if this were before or after my mononucleosis I dont remember) took me for a ride with his VW to Veum psychiatric hospital somewhat in the forests outside the town - we steered into the parking lot and an apparent patient stood there conducting incoming cars. He waved us in to the left please, to the left - Gröver/'Mengele' turned to the right, and the patient changed his mind and waved us to the right, please, to the right. Gröver/'Mengele' (a Josef?) said: "He is conducting the traffic".

The question is whether my stay in Zinckgasse is considered a challenge.

That cannot be my business. I am not involved in neither politics nor that sort of behaviour (the octogon being behaviour in the past - and had I had the information I would have gone to the police rather than following the diffuse 'threats'). It is not permitted to make such constructions on a single person and not tell a word about it. For all I know even the Gulf wars 1980 and 1990 could have been about swapping over inside the Hormuz strait - like swapping on a 'Donbas' for chinese radical 27 to 28 in the 188 system. The wildest theory goes that if Mao asked Nixon to help him find the desired assassin[in] for him, on the idea that this would dump the west in the category of being NOT RIGHT and make it possible to rescue the chinese revolution, Nixon could have agreed to it (in spite of the unfortunate role that could have given to the west) for the purpose of the Zagros mountains at the Hormuz strait being turned into the Dagros mountains ('Dagros' is the name of the archetypal cow in norwegian) - that is, for a 'hotaram' blame-dumping which would make even more out of a 188 - by way of the Corps (or was it Zore) Diplomatique.

Clearly the right thing would be, if there is anything resembling a challenge around, to dismantle the challenge in such a way that I can be free to move away or stay on my present location. In particular if the alternative is to steer towards a new holocaust. But to dismantle that challenge must be done by higher powers than me.

But to tell the truth my problem is that I know so little that it is hard even to come to grips with the problem, if there is any problem at all. But I know what I have told above.

And certainly if e.g. the US democrat party should have decided in e.g. february 2013 to allow for a new persecution program, e.g. on a more or less global scale, these matters cannot be left unsolved.

It should not be possible to manouvre the world by smart tricks and administration into a new holocaust. If it is possible, then there is something fundamentally wrong with the administrative system - probably the factor called secrets. Such secrets are probably not permitted.

To this comes my concerns about POST delivery and the big question whether my authorship now soon can be published. Works such as the PEB shall not be left unpublished - and it is extremely important that my work does not fall into the hands of the services or whoever could be planning new extermination programs.

I am not interested in entering into any form of personal relation with Clinton (or Clinton/Skundberg).

I must add the two other graffitis that came up in Venice around the same time:

Helmut Kohl was chancellor, Horst Köhler was president.

When I moved from 'Calle Pedrocchi' in Venice up to Zinckgasse in Vienna in late 2009, it was after things had happened which could have been taken to mean 'leka rockpedo' - which is swedish for 'playing rockpedo' (not 'rockmusic'). Clearly a rockpedo down under Venice would be very unpopular in that place. Cp. also the current 'trapiza' ado. My DDT part 3 (Linien...) poem #11 = DDT #371 can go in parallel with the 'looped' Rigveda 1-28-1 - or the unlooped 1-32-3 (Rigveda verse #371) which includes the long vedic form 'trikadrukesvapivatsutasya'. For a better understanding of this verse, I point to this great artwork of Xiuxia Jing. Could be this artwork solves problems in politics - which does not mean that it is political any more than my work is. Whether a relatedness to my recursive sample 13 - ESP&ESP - has been recognized ('krukk-tönden'), I dont know. (Cp. also father-of-the-austrian-republic 'Victor Adler').
