Riddle: What is 'dutch weed-cracker'?

Added on 16 october 2020: I posed the above question on 5 july 2020. In the mean time I have made the observation that another comparable riddle is about 'county secretary for the merger of faculties' ('fylkes-sekretær for fakultets-sammenslåinga') - which I concluded could be the formula for the name of Andrea della Robbia. Ah, that is when his uncle Luca della Robbia could be the answer to the mystery of the 'dutch weed-cracker'.
