My Lenovo tablet-laptop is of a 'Miix' type.

It is likely to be intrigues from somebody who can control the interface to the web at some level or other.

PS - As far as 'intrigues' are concerned, there are some reasons to suspect that an unfinished manuscript of mine - possibly years ago - could have been sent astray on basis of surveillance sources - that would indeed have been unfortunate if it be the case.

The question with the 'Götterfrucht' which occurred for the first time on 18 may 2024 is whether the fruit label with the same name and look that I saw in the shop in Vienna for the first time towards the end of that month is a piece of plagiarism of my label - that is, swindle. The oranges had been called 'Senorita' in april and early may - then at the end of may they were suddenly called 'Götterfrucht' with a label looking exactly like what I had published on 18 may. Of course it could have been a case of plagiarism - and if the archives and registers were also subjected to swindle with antedated registrations, it would have created the impression that my work were swindle and theirs were not.

My 'semantic label' could have been my description of how I conceived Yuja Wang's music on her record 'The Vienna recital', with the most recent occurrence a refinement on my views of her bass lines (such as e.g. in this earlier referred-to example). If the fruit labels in the shop were swindle and plagiarism, it would have created the impression of the wolf and the granny - that it were the wolf who said so and not me.

This is no small matter. If it is swindle, it must of course be investigated by police and brought to justice. There are some reasons to believe that it could be my intellectual work - of very much potential importance for the development of the new information technology.

To tell the truth, my theory is that if the fruit label in the shop is plagiarism and swindle, it could have been caused by the idea of 'Götterflucht' - the idea of e.g. Eurofighters flying like gods through the air - what the austrians wish they had the right to have like other countries. There were articles in the newspapers some years ago telling that Austria had bought 18 Eurofighters for 2 billion euros - while the 1955 Staatsvertrag is very clear on the point that military installations are strictly forbidden in Austria - the country is supposed to remain demilitarized - and as far as I know this restriction is not renegotiated. If, therefore, the fruit label is swindle, it could have been in an attempt of the wolf to dump this problem on the granny. The wolf is not allowed to meet the little girl on the forest road, but granny is, and the wolf tries to solve this problem in a smart way.

If this is the story, they anyhow have to face the facts of their restrictions and not dump those on me.

My theory is also that there has been much abuse of my intellectual work in public advertisement in Austria and that could have been an equally serious crime that likewise should be investigated by police and brought to justice - in particular such cases as could have been based on illegal surveillance of my workdesk with abuse of unfinished and unpublished work. Of course restricted freedoms like in that 1955 Staatsvertrag cannot be solved in such ways. If they are afraid of losing the state, they should not compensate for that by occupying my intellectual 'territories'.
