Some meticulous and boring mention of details:

When I got the disability pension in 2002, there followed the rules of obligations connected to it - which were not many: It was basically 1) to remember to report information on changed status on family conditions, such as marriage or children, 2) to report income beyond a certain limit, the value of which I think should have been specified annually but I think was not communicated to me - but initially should have been given (were it about 60 thousand NOK annually?), since income beyond this limit would lead to reduced pension payment as long as the income lasted, and 3) to send in the annual life certificate: Form for life certificate fill-in would be sent to the pensioner, was the wording. It did not say in 2002 that absence of form would mean absence of obligation to send life certificate. I have since then sent life certificate every year but in the recent years it has become more and more difficult: For once, I feel that I should not ask two adult witnesses to sign since I would prefer to avoid to ask people because of a potential political value, secondly there are apparently new rules in EU or Schengen about how to obtain an official life certificate: In the first years after 2002 one could use any public institution such police, post etc, but in the recent years the life certificate function seems to have been narrowed down to only one accepted office and that has to be in the region where one has the official residence address. In 2021 I tried to get a life certificate in Venice but they could not since I did not have my residence there - in reality this meant that I had to travel up to Vienna for going to the one and only office (the Magistrat) for Bezirk 15. But there has not been any forms to be filled in for this certificate in the post since many years ago - then why bother about it? If one has a residence address one also has a life register which will report deaths and hence termination of pension/benefit to the electronic register and this can easily be automated for life status to any country at least in Schengen, I would guess. Therefore the logic should have been: But, John, why do you run around for this life certificate every year - if you have not got any form in the post? For once, I do not trust the post and Nordea Bank once told me on the phone that they had sent a communication - which did not arrive, and Erste Bank sent me a bank card which did not arrive - they told me this in their office up the street and I had to ask for a new one. The NAV office also told me that they send monthly payment slips on paper to me (even if I have not myself registered for reservation against electronic communications): Some years ago (5-6-7 or so) these monthly payment slips, some of which had been badly delayed, stopped coming and I received an information letter and there was an article on NAV's homepage telling that paper slips were out and electronic communication would take over this function - sending it to your digital postbox - a practical installation which could be used also for giving information about new address and new bank account for the payments. Clearly this digital postbox would be password protected - but since passwords are easily stolen and the digital postbox could be just as easily hacked, I preferred not to open mine - if I had one. As far as I remember, there was no information about the chance to make reservations against electronic communications then. This option of reservation is what I have discovered only quite recently. Around the same time (some years ago) the monthly paper printouts for my bank account to which the pension (then benefit) was sent also stopped coming - an info letter told about this but when I eventually contacted the bank they said that it was a little strange, wasnt it, that balance and account printout wasnt sent independently of your request? (I had used the bank's telephone service instead). However, after this telephone inquiry to the bank, paper printouts started coming again - but I do not know if the previous absence of them were because post was stolen. Now I was informed by NAV that they have sent payment slips on paper to me - I think for a longer time - even if I had not made any reservations against electronic communications - but NAV said that there was such a reservation registered on me. When I contacted the registry directly they said that there was no such reservation, though - so there is some mixmax of type 'tick the box' somewhere. There was also the problem with my postal dispatch of banknotes for paying the PO Box fee for 2021, which I tried to do from Venice - but the internet could not provide any telephone or email or other contact possibilities for austrian Post - there was only one single telephone number for the entire Austria Post on the web and that number even changed from day to day, which meant that this info on the web was under some hacker's control. I tried one of them and came to an automated answerer which read a menu for minutes - if you want to inquire about a loan press 1, if you on the other hand want to ask about postal fees, press 2 etc etc. Pressing one such led to new minute-long menu recitals - in effect it was not possible to get in contact with them, in particular not from one of those hyper expensive telephone boxes which swallowed euro coins almost at a heart rate. Therefore I sent 140 euros (2x50 and 2x20) in this envelope which I dropped in the postbox outside the Santa Lucia railway station in Venice centro storico on I think 14 december 2020 - but when I arrived back to Vienna in early march 2021 the postbox had been closed and post therein returned to sender because, as they said, the fee had not been paid and there had not arrived any letter with payment. In short, there have been goodenough reasons to believe that some post to me does not arrive - (I complained about this closure of the PO Box since I had sent the needed money, and in addition we had an agreement since it was opened in 2009 that I would not risk losing post if payment of annual fee were delayed, but there has been no answer to my 2021 complaint - at least it has not reached me) - and therefore I cannot take faith in the idea that 'life certificate must be sent only if you have got a form in the post'. There has been no counter-information to the obligation stated in the letter with decision for my pension in 2002, and untill such counter-information is given to annul this obligation, I have had to seek such life certificate myself. I have also speculated if the internet page of NAV could have been edited (by local hackers or intelligence services or something like that) for my internet connection - such that I could not get the needed information about the chances to get the payment slip on paper by making a reservation. There have also been some reasons to believe that post I send do not necessarily arrive - and therefore I have sent post from Bratislava instead of from Vienna. Why has there come on probably an EU or Schengen level obligations to have a life certificate only from the office of your residence address? My attempts to get a life certificate in Venice were responded with the statement that I could not get it unless I was a resident of the town. All this seems to imply that e.g. the intelligence services - to the extent that they have 'extended authorities' - in principle could model my social interface qua existential necessities by way of this single little life certificate. When now the change from disability benefit to retire pension will start from the summer onwards, there are some reasons to worry about possible intrigues for making power - for example, if post and telephone and email are under such administrative control that they can manipulate the contents, there are small chances for me to find out of the exact sum which is planned to be sent in retire pension - and if somebody could manage to get a small share thereof, it means gaining access to the political factor which seems to be present in much politics. I would therefore not have been surprised to learn that the railway line to Bratislava could have been closed from border town Marchegg to Bratislava for such reasons - I hope it is not the international intelligence services who are building a side track for virtual coup d'etats of democratic elections around the world. There was also the story when I sent my 'Der Dornenstrauch' to the israeli national library - with the terror against the TOPS supermarket in Buffalo in USA hours before I got the response email from the library - the logo of which resembled the logo of the supermarket. On the way to the post in Bratislava there were some reasons why I changed to another railway carriage at Marchegg - the border placename means also 'must have a beard' in norwegian - personal associations made me think of the 2011 Oslo terror, for whatever reason. Did the bag of the Oslo terror to Utøya contain a 'show-gun'? This was not the attack on Israel in october? The travellers now have to change carriage (well, train) and go to Bratislava Petrzalka instead - the Bratislava Hlavna Stanica (french associations?) can be reached only by a few connections with bus. The 'Hlavna Stanica' could invoke associations also to the Grenfell Tower (at 'Station Walk') in London and hence also to the Valencia fire recently. Didnt also french tax refugee Depardieu lose a flat in a high building that burnt in Chechnya? I think I read that he had got it as a gift somehow. 'Csökkent' is hungarian for 'reduced', 'diminished' - to a norwegian ear it sounds quite like 'kjøkkenet' = 'the kitchen'. Search this article for Rilke's 'dann erst kam der Tänzer' - it is a magic image indeed - and it can serve as proof that my PhD could not be rejected due to the strong role of Rilke's fourth Duino elegy in volume 3 - see this vol.3 (62 MB) for 'dann erst kam der Tänzer' in the context of Inghild Karlsen's "Drive in" artwork. (News tell that 'actress Natalie Portman and ballet dancer Benjamin Millepied have divorced' - cp. the 'carport' in Karlsen's work - in my life the only 'carport' is that youth room rebuilt from a former carport at the Skundbergs around 1972-73). If the reason for the rejection of my PhD should have been that vol.3 is a significant part of it and the committee could not believe that the correlations between the elegy and the sculpture exhibition could have been true - they were perhaps felt to be too good to be true? - and hence they suspected fraud, the magic image I discuss - in particular with this dancer in the kitchen - could serve as proof that there are other reasons than fraud - these are phenomena of esthetic logic. Therefore the matter could have been of much significance for those who try to defend the suppression of my PhD - the intellectual suppression which this rejection were an example of could have been the real reason for my asylum application in 2002 but since it would have been a matter of personal evaluation and judgement I had only the forced mental treatment to refer to in my asylum application. (The 1998 evaluation of the dissertation was not really serious, though: It said that 'all parts of the dissertation must be on a high international level' and since they found a page where a detail was considered to be not on a high international level the dissertation could not be accepted - this style seemed to suggest that the rejection was on a political rather than a scientific basis - this rejection reached me in late july, only a few days before the allegedly Al Qaida twin bombing of the high international US embassies in Dar-es-Salaam and Nairobi).

In the discussion in vol.3 of the dissertation, Inghild Karlsen's artwork relative to Rilke contains "the red gelatine sofa": See this example 40 of possible 'ex nihilos' - the jelly-like clot that attached under a page I was turning when reading - it was theoretically impossible that it had been there before I started the turning of the page since otherwise it would have left a wet mark on the other page in the closed book: This is groundsolid evidence of the phenomenon of 'ex nihilo' formation of matter - it is as close as the psyche can normally accept without getting worried about the firmness of the historic reality - think about the problems which this could imply e.g. for a policeman who finds the forensic evidence of a bootprint in a rosebed if it could have been an 'ex nihilo' phenomenon - and therefore society is often quick to launch pragmatic explanations like 'slip or blackout of attention' - and the 'magic images' are perhaps an even stronger sort of proof since I saw the black spots (wherefrom I rubbed the matter which I smeared on the microscope glass and which gave these magic images) take shape on the white enamel in the bathtub: I stood looking into the white bathtub and the black spots developed 'ex nihilo' while I looked. 'Elfriede Jelinek' could be a name describing this 'jelly clot' formation on the turning page while reading - and 'read jelly at the so far so good' = 'red gelatine sofa' could be another such reference. Hence one could recognize also a role of the Jelinek theme of my conversation with Jens-Erik Fenstad (who years later rejected my PhD dissertation due to failed international heights - cp. also the malaysian airplane border story) on the station of the suburban line at Blindernveien in Oslo in probably the late 1980's - when I was suffering from a phenomenon of what perhaps could be called 'Station Walk' which was the address of the Grenfell Tower in London when it burnt in 2017 - see also the 'Shen Gren Tar' of my TEQ #224 - chinese 'SHEN' = 伸 means 'to redress', according to Mathews' chinese-english dictionary #5713 - while 'SHEN' = 審 means 'to examine', 'to investigate', 'to judge' - like Fenstad's evaluation - in those days of the late 1980's I frequently had to halt my walking while waiting for the energy that had shot down from my heels into the ground to come up again, which could take a little time. (A walk around Sognsvann took normally half an hour - I once spent 4 hours on the walk). There is the theory that my nearest family was crowded with old nazis - would there have been any evidence? There is only one moment in the history when I could speculate that my elder sister were perhaps another and that was when she walked diagonally across the kitchen floor in 1970 or 1971 dressed in a coat - if that 'geht durch seine Küche in die Wohnung' of Rilke should have been associated with Ribbentrop. Nicht der. Genug! Was that also when she went to jazz ballet? Maybe, but the jazz ballet was probably a little later. But this is the only reason I have for such an association and that is not enough for such speculative ideas - it was probably only that she had got a new coat - but clearly Monty Python is something.

Therefore the 'Station Talk' with Fenstad with his mention of Jelinek in probably the late 1980's could be seen as related to the fire in Valencia via the 'contraction under the nose' of the two halves of my moustache - were there sufficient 'cover' in the middle?

In 2015 my disability pension was redefined to disability benefit - this was announced in late 2014, as far as I remember. One of the reasons for this redefinition seemed to be based on faulty information: It said that the disability pension was unfortunate because it locked the pensioners to disability for economic reasons, since, as they explained, if you had income in addition to the pension the pension payment would be reduced - because the disability degree would have to be reduced, and that could not be readjusted back to e.g. 100% disability later. This clearly was not right: The information material I got in 2002 told that if the income exceeded a certain limit, the payments would be reduced but they would go back to normal again if the income went down under this limit. Of course such disability pension payment reduction would not have been the same as disability degree reduction - and therefore one had to be sceptic about this information material that came in the post. The alleged system with threat about reduced disability degree would have been a very efficient obstacle against any sort of income for me - since I was dependent on 100% disability pension for being qualified for a retire pension at age 67. It seems that this was the formal reason why I could not earn any money before the official retire age of 67 - when a computer would come to decide whether I was qualified or not on basis of these in-programmed criteria. It seems that the effect of this was that some may have conceived the conditons to imply that 1) I had to have absolutely zero income except for the pension/benefit, and that would apply also to potential payments in compensation for plagiarisms and other abuses of my work, and hence 2) not only did my status have to be considered 100% disabled but also my work had to be considered 100% incompetent - so incompetent that it could not have been a potential source of income and therefore violations of copyright and plagiarisms and abuse of surveillance data would not be considered a serious problem. This evaluation of my work as worthless could even by some have been considered an outright help to ensure an income for me in retire age.

It is the sum total of this which could have induced the ideas that a 100% rejection of my work - including my PhD degree in 1998 - would have been an efficient help for securing an income for me in retire age - and hence the idea that my academic work (on my home computer and on my homepage) would have been 100% incompetent and therefore could not have been the basis for other works (considered competent) that otherwise could have been considered plagiarisms or illegal borrowings without a proper crediting of my work as their source. All this could have accumulated through the years to an idea that this was for helping me - due to that little 'tick the box' in the computer program's formalities as concerns the qualification for retire pension.

Have my benefit payment been 100% through the last year or two? I cannot know since the payment slips (which NAV tells have been sent) have not reached me - they must probably have been stolen on their way. In the most recent months - now for half a year's time or so - there has come a monthly and independent confirmation of the sum of probably benefit money that has been sent to my bank account - but this confirmation serves mainly to tell that the sum is the same as in the monthly bank account printouts: It does not tell how much has been drawn in tax and social insurance nor does it tell the full sum of the benefit/pension. [11/3-2024: It seems that I have got one single such letter with these payment data from NAV - that was in the month september 2023 - I believed that this was the month when the computer would check whether the payment were 100% and hence that this was the reason for the letter: I believed that it served to tell me that the 100% criterion was in order]. In addition there is the annual sum total reported in january and that includes the sum total and the tax drawn. So it could suffice - but if NAV is right when telling that payments slips have been sent regularly, these must have been stolen in the post. This also means that life certificate forms could have been sent but not reached me - and hence the Bratislava issue. What could be the reason - as a general consideration - that some pensioner could want to avoid sending life certificate if the form has been sent in the post? That would have been if the pensioner cannot pass a potential biometric test, for example. I am myself and do not have such problems - but stolen post could of course have had such potential intrigues in the planning. It would ultimately mean that the logic of power wants to have an upper hand on the esthetic or poetic logic - and hence wants to consider the PhD as justly rejected. This is no small matter - if e.g. Hitler based his government on abuse of the poet Hans-Henrik Holm. There could be corresponding power intending to abuse my poetic work in a similar manner - and clearly such power would be inclined to consider my work as 100% incompetent.

The conclusion could be, if these assumptions conspire in an acceptable manner, that intelligence services probably should not enjoy too much 'extended authorities'. But that should not apply to me - I am not that sort of service. (I hope my prostate is only dysfunctional and not really stolen).

The revised rail connection details for Wien-Bratislava probably have natural reasons without connections to these meticulous and boring details of why and how discussions and considerations on the theme of acquisition of life certificate could be felt as needed although they probably are not, but although it is not likely that the connection Marchegg-Bratislava is interrupted (or has gone 'dysfunctional') through 9 months for reasons of my life certificate considerations, I include these discussions nevertheless in case it should have had any value for the issue of potential organized attempts to control democratic elections by way of my person.

The law tells that one must be a 'member' of the social insurance for getting the retire pension. Everybody resident in Norway are automatically members. It is possible to get a disability pension and move abroad - and then it is not necessary to continue to be a member for upholding it. The law also says that if one has 100% disability pension then one automatically gets retire pension - and 'membership' is not mentioned in that statement. But the disability pensions were redefined to disability benefits in 2015 - and does this law apply then? I inquired in 2003 about this and was assured that I did not have to be a member since I had 100% disability pension, and I inquired probably another two times about it since there is something alarming there. I have paid all the normal fees - it is only this 'tick the box' detail which is the difference. The law says 'uføre-pensjon' but since 2015 these have been called 'uføre-trygd' = 'disability benefit'. Now Sweden is said to have become member of NATO because the security situation has been unsafe = norwegian 'utrygt'. 'Uføre-trygd' can also be read as 'U before a trygd' = 'U before a benefit' - hence 'u-trygd' (which can mean 'without benefit' or it can mean 'unsafe'). Has somebody told Sweden that the current situation - with Russia and Ukraine etc - means that it is 'u-trygd' = 'not safe'?

The person I spoke with on the phone in 2003 was the basis for my security about retire pension and hence I would not have needed to become member of another social insurance system - but clearly after 2015 the assurances she gave in 2003 would have applied to another wording of the law - and would this still be valid? In 2015 it would have been too late to become a member - but the assurances should still apply, I would hope. It would have been the voice quality only which contained this security. When in 2003 I concluded that I had to leave France, it was because I had been guided into the temporary letting flat in a way which seemed to mean that voice recognition tools only were the basis for it: I had not said my name in the phone when I inquired about a flat and I should call back next day. The next day the first temporary flat was gone but I could get this other temporary one instead - like it happened in London in 1997 when the flat I had appointed was gone on my arrival but I got one in the 'Birley Lodge' instead. Did the possibly swedish pianist in Paris mean that I had been guided in there for political reasons - for telling me that I should not try and settle in France? But I had not said my name... Ah, voice recognition methods in the telephone system, I thought - the mere sound itself. If I had been guided to this flat because they knew who I was, it could have meant that I should leave the country, but if I had got it without their knowledge of my identity, it would not mean so. Therefore this voice recognition detail would have been of essential importance for this question - my decision whether I (for reasons that could not be told - like that 'Adolf Hitler' for example) was supposed to leave the country - like the italian terrorist who was sent back to Italy in the summer when my application was rejected - or if it was a coincidence and hence I could have remained in France. It has happened later that persons I have been in contact with have not had the same voice but could have 'looked similar' to how I fancied that the person I spoke with on the phone in 2003 could have looked. A voice typically calls forth an idea of a look - hearing a voice on the phone associates naturally with ideas of other aspects of a person. Have there been some potential problems for some such people - because of 'insecurity' reasons? Have some chinese females been victims of 'feeling of insecurity'? (The telephone receiver is held along the cheek - kalled 'kinn' in norwegian). I could think of two examples - but these are hopefully safe and sound - it is only ideas that have accumulated in my mind - could be on basis of this 'retire pension' security. There have also been riots in France on the theme. The question is whether I have been in the role of the global 'power balance' and this element of potential pension-benefit mixmax could have left traces in the international security situation - could be even to an extent that Sweden felt that they had to tick the box for 'member' of NATO since the situation was 'u-trygd'?

I think it was Stoltenberg who in 2006 or thereabout reorganized the 'FFU' ('Folketrygdkontoret for Utenlandssaker') - on Langkaia in Oslo - whom I had initially spoken with in 2003 - to the new 'NAV' - which hence could have disrupted the contact with or rooting of the original assurances. This security was furthermore dissolved by the redefinition of disability pension to disability benefit in 2015.

Have wars accumulated? England Brexited? Sweden ticked the membership box? If my retire pension had been decided earlier not by law but by decision which could have settled the issue it could perhaps have calmed the international nerves - if, that is, I had been informed about such a decision. The rejection of my PhD in 1998 was the reason why my income possibilities were small - and these small or zero chances were settled with the complete marginalization of my life contained in the forced psychiatric treatment 1999-2000 (when Gro Harlem Brundtland got the 'doctorate' of WHO 'instead').

Had secret intelligence abused surveillance data from Blindernveien station - the conversation with Fenstad on the platform in the late 1980's - and hence he rejected my PhD nearly 10 years later because he could not take more of the underearth rumble - or were Fenstad instructed by political interesters (Brundtland?) to reject it?

The battleaxe/hatchet was buried in 2002 when I got the pension - but recent wars could have meant that it still depends on what happens when the computer is supposed to take the decision on retire pension. Could be Norway has a problem with understanding the role of poetry for the international peace.

Could be there were reasons why I would be secured a retire pension - but these reasons could not be communicated to me?

Norway is not a member of EU. Is that because of a story with nazis in the country after WWII?

'Medlem' = 'member', while 'med lem' = 'with extremity', typically 'with membrum virile' - cp. the many male employees ('med lem') in shops where there formerly used to be females.
