Why is it important to find a solution to the acute problem of plagiarisms of my work in public media?

Economy is up if the society can keep agreements and low otherwise. The law is the ultimate agreement, in particular when it comes to the law of intellectual property. If a TV series is a plagiarism which is not stopped by the authorities, it tells in every episode that the society does not respect the value of your work and thinks that it does not matter if you or somebody else is credited for the work you have done - the sum total should be the same anyhow for the national economy, tells the TV series. This clearly can lead to low morals and the economy will suffer from this. It is well possible that this is a factor in the 37 trillion dollar debt in USA where the TV 'swap' (or is it 'soap') is rolling on the screens more or less constantly.

It is possible that there is a very massive amount of plagiarisms of my literary work on the market.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) "was established in july 1944 at the Bretton Woods Conference based on the ideas of Harry Dexter White and John Maynard Keynes". This immediately suggests that the fund could have been established for solving just this problem - and that they knew well in 1944, at the end of Hitler's 'erste Reich', that the problem could come to be critical in the course of the 'zweite Reich'. Therefore the fund could have been established in 1944 - for preventing that world economy came to be the tool for the intrigues of a 'dritte Reich'.

Plagiarisms must be paid for - either in the form of money or (more normally) in the form of epidemics, terror and warfare. That could probably be a part of such a 'dritte Reich' strategy - for making it possible to hand out terror and persecutions for traditional exploitative purposes - 'since there is no other solution'.

It is likely that abuse of data from my life and work is a very substantial political and cultural problem in the world today - I have guessed that my novel 'The Dreamer' from 1995 can be the world's most plagiarized novel, could be there are thousands of plagiarisms based on it? - and that it can be urgent with finding a solution. The cat must out of the sack - not the least in order to prevent the growth of a 'dritte Reich' cult of some diffuse spiritual being who is under the control of certain politics (and potentially also 'online' TV channels etc) - the new priesthood.

Nelly Sachs was born 'Leonie Sachs' - the cat in the sack - and her name suggests in norwegian 'det ondes akse' = 'the axis of evil'. Not the least for such reasons must the cat out of the sack. She was born in 1891, so the problem is not new. Paul Pessach Antschel was born in 1920, and so the idea with the 1944 Bretton Wood conference was perhaps not so new either.

The IMF serves to keep the world in balance and could be the right solution to these problems. Since I cannot launch claims of reparation for singular plagiarisms under such organized circumstances, the IMF could have been established also for such a 'pumping' solution - that IMF pays to me on basis of a catalogue of cases that call for reparation - and that the relevant plagiarisms and data abuses be stopped by the states where the abusers and plagiarists are located. If e.g. Microsoft should have incorporated data from my life and work into the personal computer interface (I have guessed that the name of 'Windows XP' could be an example of such), it is very important that this (presence in the personal computer interface of a diffuse spiritual being) be stopped by sensible politics. The various states wherein abuses have taken place can stop the plagiarisms and claim money for these paid to the state, and then possibly also pay these back again to the IMF if that is a good solution. Clearly this could have a very positive effect on the national (and international) economy. This solution could solve the global problem - and it is well possible that it could have been contained in the original idea with the fund in 1944.

But it is a little difficult for me to suggest this without more precise knowledge. I have in fact never been told a word about all this circus and have guessed all of it. But some people certainly know more and can do something about it.
