Some comments on the concepts of 'Bürgersteig' and 'erotomaniac'

I must make some comments on some things since I could be the only one who could tell it. It is about some hopefully coincidental co-references on a certain spot in lower Rotenturmstrasse in Vienna.

Bente Lassen was my teacher in the greek course in the beginning of 1985, but there was a change of teacher to Hugo Montgomery about mid way through the semester. I postponed the studies due to various factors and completed it in 1987. Huggorm = viper.

There seems to be a quite widespread phenomenon with abuse of surveillance data from me as the deep under-message in much advertisement in Austria. (For example, this ad came up recently while I was writing this article - with ideas of Volkswagens and 'brown sugar' matter - before it was published). Niederösterreich insurance had an ad (doorframes in mountain environments) which seemed to be all too far into my private life, as if it were based on a camera surveying my workdesk, I think in the beginning of 2013. Half a year later the electronics chain Niedermeyer was closed - they had hundreds of shops all over Austria. (I hope a 'wax-to-heater' is not the reference of the Volkswagen ad). If these two exemplify the concept of 'ad-olf needler', it could be that the strategy is to associate this with me - as if the mystic presence which people see far beyond the surface of advertisement is an ad-olf with some rooting in reality. It could be about a very serious smear campaign with the aim of dumping on me the blame for terrorist 'needling'. That should not be allowed to continue. I do not know who really controls the ad publishing.

There is the phenomenon of the socalled 'erotomaniac' which seems to be an old concept. For example, it may be that if my trip to the mountains in the summer 1976 were coordinated with the death of Mao and me hitting myself in the head with an axe had been planned by way of intrigues on 'pulling the unicorn', the concept could nevertheless have been 'ser [h]o to mani-acs' = 'sees she two mani-acs'. I refer to the story with me turning the corner up from Schwedenplatz into Rotenturmstrasse (probably on 14 october 2011) and the car alarm which went off in the same moment as I turned into the street - a person went in and out of the car, the alarm went off when he stepped in and on when he stepped out and he finally stepped onto the sidewalk (at about 'Aida') where he stood pressing a remote-control button in the attempt to get it off. Of course this could have been an incident which had no political rooting, but it happened on the other side of the street relative to 'Niedermeyer' where I had bought a computer and I fancied that he perhaps had tried to tell me that the computer I had bought there was leaking information. It was also on the spot where I in december 2011 photographed the garbage bin with the interesting image with some interesting details. There could in theory be links to the new Neos party with 9 seats in the parliament after the election in the autumn 2013 and to the closing of Niedermeyer. I was, when the car alarm went off, on my way to a coffee point in a bakers shop near to the place where the car alarm was sounding - and now it seems that there has been a largescaled replacement of female employees with males in the bakers shops at least in Vienna. This could of course be a part of the same 'erotomaniac' program - concept due to the location, the Rotenturmstrasse - which could have been thought of as as a personal challenge on me if it be about a place where many different developments run together in one person (me). Clearly much politics can be obtained with 'ad-ulfs' and abuse of work and things like that - which is why it could be important to know these details.

It is, though, not impossible that this was the 'meaning' of the Moscow bombs in september 1999 - angloamerican interests who told in that way what sorts of programs they wanted to have through in Austria and the power they planned to use for getting them through. It could be for making that andorran enclave, for example, Austria reduced to a small ring muscle around the innenstadt of Vienna. When I registered my first residence address in Vienna in 2004 the president died almost immediately, reportedly on the doorstep in the early morning when he was on his way out. I tried to move to Venice but after the two nearest neighbours had died around the same time and they seemed to have started to empty the street, I found that it was time to move back. It must noticed that Jörg Haider died on the same day as my application for residence in Venice was accepted - he had been to his mother's 90th birthday party and was on his way home in the evening when his car crashed. Nelly Sachs was born on 10 december (1891), the day when the Nobel prizes are given out each year - in fact she got her own on her 75th birthday. It can be noticed that the car alarm story from lower Rotenturmstrasse was, as far as I remember, on the day, could be two days, after the Nobel literary prize had been announced in the autumn, which would mean at the end of the week when these prizes typically are announced.

It is therefore possible - if the bombing of Russia in september 1999 was about Austria - that austrian independence is pressed to its very borders and that national interests could be considered only partly under national control. Could 'erotomaniac' be the contents of the truck bomb in Buinaksk, Dagestan in 1999? Could be the concept is part of an old plan and they just waited for an incidence which was suitable and when they found this one in lower Rotenturmstrasse, a number of developments was set agoing co-indexing the incident.

Could be an Ad-ulf Needler/Hiedler program is the purpose - as if they try to create the space for an Adolf Hitler or 'ad-ulf' Needler and dump the blame on me. There is a tram 49 going from the parliament up past Zinckgasse to Breitensee and further on up to Hütteldorf - if the program is the Feeling Inside when the wife or female lifts her Bein over the Schinken down on the Bettenseid (ironic or not) on the other side, it could be the way to suck inner identities around by index redundancies and vacuums on the chessboard for mixing Hidlers and Nidlers. This could be a very 'smart' political project, of course - Easter Island projects etc. (Easter Island is also called 'Rapa Nui' - while 'rappa no-i' means 'stole something in/from sth'. A man with false passports was found shot dead in a car in the intersection Kopalgasse/Rappachgasse soon after I had moved to Vienna in 2004, around the time of the death of the president, and not long after the terror in Khobar). I notice also the european Schengen agreement which opens for e.g. international flow of surveillance data.

It is likely that all the Easter Island mysticism is a lot of freemason vanity, a secret boys club who tries to block for others making progress in this field of study in order to reserve it for their intrigues - therefore high secrecy on the data. It is semiotic studies which should have handled these issues - not vain political power games which aim at replacing people with copies or moving one soul a a mask over onto another etc - for cheating the people to believe that things are different from what they are.

I saw some news about US supporters of gays feeling that russians are in opposition to their program. Why did it start really - this 'homo wave'? I hope it was not for getting some nazi program through in e.g. Austria? Is it in the Moscow bombings? Homosexuality has, if I have understood it right, traditionally been considered the same as sodomy - and the catholic church does not reject anybody for being homosexual but they do not accept homosexual intercourses.

The bomb in Buinaksk in Dagestan in Russia in 1999 could in principle mean this Feeling Inside when the wife or female lifts her Bein over his Schinken at night - and if that be Buinaksk in Dagestan, it could mean the corresponding Feeling Inside at daytime when it be about being inside a house rather than inside a body - 'bo i naken' = 'to live (as in as house) in naked'. Clearly a Bürgersteig program could be about this. It would mean the idea of replacing people with identical or rather near identical copies - that is normally for getting an alien agent in. 'Homo' seems also to be in use for referring to an illegal copy of a human being - somebody who has taken somebody's place is 'homo' in the sense of being similar but not the same.

A country can normally handle a certain percentage of secret agents but in the moment when the percentage transgresses a certain border, the country is out of control - is controlled by others.

I recall my probably 9th or maybe 10th birthday - I was sitting in the lower stairs at home in Moldeliveien in Molde, I think I was alone, and waiting for the parents to come home - they should bring a birthday present. I was getting very nervous, for reasons I could not understand. It turned out to be a hobby microscope they had bought - with which I could microscope e.g. hairs and onion skins. But it is only today that I understand what it would have been for - with this they could have shown me how to study the small mystic items that can cross the border to reality and which seems to constitute the backbone of political reality and be the Most Holy Inner Secrets of 'secret intelligence' - but they would not tell me these secrets. That is likely to be what it was for - to tell that it is considered 'nervous' to believe that the items can cross the border to reality. The lower Rotenturmstrasse could in theory relate to this situation in the lower stairs in Molde 1966 or 1967 (probably not 1965). Could be it meant in the 60's that an Easter Island piece of mystic origins can be studied under a microscope.

Or does it even mean 'microscope' in the sense of 'Vidkun Quisling'? I add that the 'black snowflake' pieces which one can find now and then tend under the microscope to look smooth but nevertheless a little rough = norwegian RU on the back side ('KNUDRET' etc) - and with black rings (under the eyes of the microscoper) on the other - could it be called KU = 'cow'? RU is a part of the norwegian meaning of the german SPRÖDE - as with a hoarse voice etc. These black snowflakes could thereby look like bark that has fallen off a twig - and could be taken to be the contents of the BARKs in Sedir's famous article on cabbalism.

One guesses the freemason highlevel political program, designed by some ideologists in a political party: They hope to make a program of replacing Easter Island megaliths with the identities of the masks on their forehead - and the wife's Feeling Inside cannot tell the difference.

If so, the question is: Who was behind the bombs in Russia? Was it the austrian government who announced their plans in this way? Or was it angloamerican 'interests'? When considering the indications that the bombings were related to the contents of Modern Language Review in july 1999, it is permitted to speculate on british or angloamerican connections. Norwegian PM Kjell Magne Bondevik (not Bolshevik!) had been for treatment to the psychiatric clinic Modum Bad and his standin Anne Enger Lahnstein during his sick leave resigned from politics soon after the end of the bombings. 'Landstegn' (pronouced 'lanstein') could mean the border to a country, or the characteristic signs of it. Hence one can speculate on this 'united and loyal until Dovre falls' as the motto of the norwegian constitution-making in 1814 as telling of a union and loyalty to the land-signs of Dover. It was some white cliffs of Dover that crashed into the sea at Beachy Head not far from Brighton in early 1999 - as if it were about a 'Breiten See'? 'Bretten-se' is norwegian for 'see the folding'. The cliff crash of Beachy Head (cp. 'bitchy head' with sodomitic allusions of 'feeling inside') reached just out to a lighthouse that stood quite a distance out into the sea, and one could, after the crash, walk on dry shoe out to the lighthouse - except for the last 8 feet for which one would need to bring a plank. That was a real Mystery! What a precision of Nature! (It wasnt a dirty trick, was it?) It could perhaps be considered 'an english land sign' or landmark (my official family is said to come from a 'Landmark' before it turned into 'Devold'), this sea border to Norway.

It is not likely that it was the austrian government who bombed Russia in 1999.

It is well possible that 'Octogon' simply means 'Österreich'.

In Moldeliveien in Molde (the 'city of roses') we had a neighbour called Nyland who was the city gardener. He used very thick glasses - bottle bottoms, so to speak. There were many tulips in the town in those days. Ragna Gröver told that he one day, eccentrically, came up the stairs and sat down in a chair in the living room upstairs and asked if dinner soon was finished: He was so near-sighted that he had gone in through the wrong door and up the stairs and did not see the difference! I don't know if the story was true or if it was only for getting an upper hand on the neighbour. Nyland's son was in my class in school.

There is the natural question whether the Moscow 1999 bombings were for getting things through in Austria, and the question whether Tarkovsky's films could have been based on the most essential concepts for this program. Here are the main place names of the 1999 bombings:

31 August 1999: Manezh Square shopping centre near the Kremlin. A note was found allegedly from "Union of Revolutionary Writers" who seemed (but not really, according to their leader who said they were not involved) to claim responsibility, with the message (according to CNN): "A dead consumer's unfinished hamburger is a revolutionary hamburger. Consumers: We don't like your way of life and it's unsafe for you". I notice Tarkovsky's film 'STALKER'. The bombing was in the shopping centre called 'Okhotny Ryad' - I cannot find out of this form but guess that it could mean 'Desire Sob' or 'Sob Desire' which could go via 'Sedir' to 'Skadedyr' ('noxious animals') of more or less Volkswagen type. One notices the relevance of 'Union of Writers' with the Literaturhaus in Vienna and the large earthquakes since 2003 - including Sendai etc.

4 September: Buinaksk in Dagestan. = EROTOMANIAC = Bürgersteig? Tarkovsky's SOLARIS? (Cp 'ser-o-to-maniacs').

9 September: Guryanova Street no.19. Tarkovsky's MIRROR - on basis of my childhood fantasy friend GORI?

13 September: The house at the intersection Kashinskoye Shosse (no.6) and Varshavskoye Shosse = a wild guess could take it to the shots on Indira Gandhi? Tarkovsky's ANDREY RUBLJOV?

16 September: A truck bomb in Volgodonsk, outside a block of flats 'Valg' = 'election'. Tarkovsky's OFFRET ('The Sacrifice')?

There was a jamaican DJ in Vienna some time ago called Fi**a Warri (a name of type which can be recognized in e.g. 'Warren Beatty' or 'Warren Buffet'). Around mid january 2014 there were UN plans about airstrikes on rebel stronghold Aleppo. Could it simply be about Manezh Square? Would that be a reason why the rebels hold Aleppo? Not the reason for the whole series of revolutions? The 'Viper Ontgomery' = 'Why Bürgersteig'? (Gröver/'Mengele' was member of the municipal coucil = 'byrå[d]', and the form 'bureau' occurrs in e.g. the title of Arne Treholt as 'byråsjef'). It should be an interesting study for a historian - the question 'How did the west engineer nazism in Germany 1933-45'? The conflict in Syria has so far claimed nearly as many lives as the earthquake of Banda Aceh, and certainly it could be right of UN to help the country to peace and an end of the conflict. If that inavoidably also means lending some historic support to a political phenomenon contained in the 'Manezh Square' bombing, not the least for making it look as if the world supports this development, it could perhaps be telling of how 1933-45 was constructed 100 years ago.

Clearly if the plan is to construct a power ring muscle out of Austria - an 'Anustria' for O-packs etc - capable of scaring fantasies and beetle-bacillae off by ostrich strategies, as a power muscle for angloamerican anti-spiritualism with Donald Duck instead of the man-on-wagon, it is not the thing - particularly for Austria. The propaganda can sound promising like 'a future as the most powerful state of Europe' - but that is likely to be in an andorran shape, so to speak. When Gandhi agreed to divide India, it could have been for creating the large historic impetus telling that England must 'pack down' their empire - could be these 'O-pack' strategies are an attempt to counterbalance that impetus from India/Pakistan. Hence even a role for the 'packing' shots on Indira Gandhi, with some 'trökk' in the shots?

It is easy to see a possible driving force in this history: England and possibly USA want to streamline every human spiritual aspiration to go through a bottleneck or ring muscle controlled by angloamericans, and when this includes the gradual re-opening of the spiritual space after all the years of Donald Duck and TV and popcorn, the re-opening to the universe is planned to be under angloamerican control. Clearly they want to be the Kingdom of the Universe - to get all other Galaxes under their control. What a dream! This is clearly thought of to be the counterpoint to the revolution of Christ 2000 years ago. Now the strategy is likely to be that anything 'paranormal' is swindle or deception, at best a product of the administration - who perhaps even knows how to engineer electronic impulses in people's brains for creating 'paranormal illusions'. It is not certain that such a 'british' development is of much value, in particular if the only reason is the british aspirations to have the throne of the universe.
