Some years ago I bought Wang's 'Fantasia' in EMI in the lower Kärntnerstrasse in Vienna. There was some giggle and amusement with running into a back room but not enough to raise the alarm. It turned out that the record had an unfortunate error which made the needle hop around from the first Skrjabin untill the end, so the tracks 13-18 could not be used - but one could not exclude the 'Fantasia' that this had been made intentionally for precisely the reason that 'skrjabin' sounds in norwegian like running a sharp tool over the surface of an old vinyl record for just that jumping needle effect. It is called 'hakk i plata' - cp. 'Hakkapeliitta'. The effect is also associated with 'onr-over'. This idea was supported by the fact that the last track is 'Danse macabre' and could be avoided by just that disability effect on the record. But there was no outer traces on the surface of the record and therefore one had to guess that it was made intentionally in the production. It meant that the error was a part of the 'artistic effect' of the record as it was published - and it was, having listened through it and been surprised by the deplorable surprise in the first Skrjabin, not impossible that it was an intended part of the published record.

Why doesnt the customer go back to the same place and ask if they had giggled about this? Was even that a part of the publication? It has to remain as stored-away doubts that perhaps could receive its explanation at another time - it was just that the record was shorter than it said on the cover, like my pension when the state gives and the state takes and it was reduced by a 15% withhold tax from 2010. Why complain on that? Of course one does not complain but say only thanks for the pension anyhow.

Then on 2 november 2020 at 20:00 there was the terror in Vienna that seems to have toppled the US presidential election in the next morning - it started in Seitenstettengasse just down from the jewish synagogue on a spot which probably could be spotted from a high window of the lawyer I had used for sending the communication to Ragna Grøver that relations were terminated and communications unwanted by the client - and when the lawyer gave me a reply letter from her it was a catastrophe that started by the reception of the artifact in the hand. The name of the shooter (who ran shooting from Seitenstettengasse up to Graben where I had met president Fischer outside bookshop Frick and down again, as far as I remember from the news) was Fejzulai Kujtim - which sounds like that invisible cut in the 'Fantasia' record: Skrjabin died too young from a pimple on his lip (which turned into a pustule, then a carbuncle and finally a furuncle before they had to cut it away) which probably could be associated with a blowing sound - not to be confused with the alleged 'Polybius' on Caruso's Stimmband - and the error of speech of my niece Camilla in her younger days of speech when she made a labial rather than apical trill for the 'R'. It is a deplorable 'world of intelligence' which thinks in such ways - and it is well possible that the name of the shooter was associated with just precisely that record I had bought some time before. Do they tap my soul while I listen to such a record? I avoided a beggar some days ago and was struck with bad conscience thereafter - and one of those rare communications begging for money from 'wikipedia' came up the day after. Were the beggar an agent for 'wikipedia' or had they tapped my soul with its emotions? An 'U-land' lip?

So the US presidential election could have been toppled by this apparent intrigue from the production of the record.

At last I went back to the same EMI and bought another copy of the same record and then it was possible to listen through it without the 'needle' hopping.

It is this idea over and over again that there exists such gloveslapping in the faceyoulike in Austria which could have triggered an entire covid after a breakout in Wuhan - the Musick is Wusick etc.

Were the two world wars of the 20th century needed for getting the austrian empire down before it was too late and the pandemic were everywhere? It is sometimes said that territorial rights come from the ancestors dug down in the earth which the Stammbaums are standing on - and they have the right to be there. With the smart PTRSIM PIK intrigue on Wittgenstein, and with the 'Schenkungs-Urkunde' being a sort of 'oldest testament' granting the austrian territory as a gift from some Otto of Bayern-München or thereabout, the fact that Hitler dug so many 'old-testamental' jews down in Germany and Poland suggested that Austria would inherit this earth after the war - and if the arrangements in advance had been smart enough (and not too meek, that could mean), they could have had good hopes to succeed in that by such 'natural rights'.

Of course it is not so easy to go into a record shop in Austria and ask for another record.

How would they try and repair it? If it is done in the production - by some liaison - how would the interpretation be? Would it sound Musick? It may be that there is no other solution than to close the 'empire' down before it is too late. The bank is running a new campaign.

Could be the administrative identification with my person via surveillance has gone too far and the goodwill I should have earned from my work is harvested by certain parts of the state administration instead (there was a coup in Burma one month after the coup of my PO Box - I had sent enough money in time but they said the letter did not arrive) and they do not feel for giving it away but sit there listening to my thoughts instead.

(Later in this day - a notice came up that hot water would be off on 25 july).

I had hoped to go to one of her concerts outside Austria - to go to one inside the country seems impossible - this summer but had to give it up because of corona restrictions. (I should suppose there are other reasons for the restrictions than just this - even if the pandemic now seems mainly vaccination-driven and probably is less mortal, less frequent, less symptomatic than a normal common cold which also is a coronavirus pandemic - it seems that most countries still require quarantine for a week or two for those who are positive and that it is difficult to avoid a test called for by surveillance/intelligence - 'face you like covid'?).

As I clicked the link/filename for the image I had stored on my computer, another file came up instead - could be I had clicked the wrong link/filename, though, if it were not the whole story - 'dra kula' is norwegian for 'pull the ball' - e.g. a ballpoint pen - covid attacks the respiration. A natural question is whether human surveillance/intelligence followed my activities when I was publishing this photo and sent on my unwanted behalf the wrong impulse to the computer CPU for pretending that the reason for the image were another - but then the 'mental problems' are not mine but could be a national condition which is none of my business - it is noticed that the same paragraph could probably be used for testing for covid in case surveillance/intelligence could call for the need for it. Austria is not allowed to have military installations - but may have made some nevertheless - and maybe they fear some 'testing' from the allieds).

The coronavirus pandemic could perhaps have been a normal cold that has gone up and down through millenia - and when I lost the rucksack with the 2-3 poetry notebooks, if these were abused by the austrian administration (newspapers, businesses, ORF etc) instead of being returned to me, it could have been the Dracula teeth that were sunk into the throats of respiration and the mortality shot up to 20-30% for a few days before it slowly sank down again - but the panic had spread and vaccinations seem to have driven the pandemic up and going again. It may be the same story as with Wittgenstein whose 'revelation' was hijacked and the world got the spanish flue instead. Why not return the 2-3 notebooks to me - and confiscate the austrian military weapons instead? Even only surveillance copies of the notebooks would have helped a lot and the pandemic would probably have gone down. It is likely that many states could have given me such surveillance copies - but have not done so. Maybe they hand out copies to those who 'need it' - only not to me? But then the covid shoots up again. The level of administration is not much impressive if this is the story.

16 august 2022:

Some years ago I had been out for a travel and on my return I met a man in the entrance hall to the house. He seemed to call for attention to something - and for some reason I later fancied, without reason that would have been, that somebody had been into my flat when I was away and made one of the two records in this recording which I had listened to some times. It is Pergolesi's "Marian Vespers" - one of the two records was later out of order. I had some doubts about the authenticity of the music - it seemed to have been 'restored' or something like that. Now I cannot find it again but suppose it must be here somewhere. The Pergolesi that went out of order was most probably before (I would say several years before) I acquired the 'Fantasia'.

I think I recognize this one, and this one, as far as I remember. And this one, I think.

I have two hotplates. This morning one of them was out of order and took the main fuse whenever I plugged it in. Must have been a coincidence, I would guess.
