After the interesting result with the idea of function 13 for the hypothetical construction of a phrase structure knowledge as fas as Luigi Nono's string quartet (with the 'calibration point') is concerned, I decided to check for another point in Nono's quartet and considered the line in my poem 37 with the word 'vertsekolltiden' which is close to the TEQ doubleword 'ZUM' (page 169) of the computer glitch described in volume 4 p.1256. It has a very notable reflex in Nono's quartet - the place around 12:14f. in part I where the ZUM leaps off and down to CULTURE. This example could therefore tell of another important parallel of my book with Nono's quartet.
My rough computation with the limited tools available for finding the correlate in TEQ book 13 - trying to compute on number of inner poetic articulations in book 13 - landed me tentatively on the transition to poem #1150 - on volume 2 p.1265:

with section title 32bottle 'intruding' (like a lamb of Knock?) inbetween the second and third line - but it is not certain that my entry counts and computations were good enough. I recognized the Madonna of Rue de Bac in Paris 1830 - it was Catherine Laboure who met her in the chapel - the Madonna was seated in an armchair and Laboure rested her folded arms on her knees and it was the happiest moment in her life, she later told. 'Deeplest happy' it could be - and the Madonna from Heaven (the section title? - see volume 2 page 6 for these titles of books 13-16) could have been a little anxious about bodily contact with possible 'trible'. If '32' can count as 'rue de', then then bottle could count as BACk - and this could explain how the doubleword ZUM was jolted BACkwards to land on the CULTURE in the print from 2017 - the file I used for converting to PDF did in fact contain this error on page 167 (it was later corrected for new prints) - see the doublewords for poem #23 - the fourth last which should have been CULTURE but is ZUM - apparently originating in #37. This mysterious computer glitsch seems to find its possible 'reason' (however armchair-philosophically) in this Rue de Bac-wards from 37 to 23. I found that there were 296 lines (or doublewords) between the two ZUMs in the doubleword listing: Dividing this 296 with 32 (of the 'bottle') gives 9,25 - looking up poem #10 one fourth from the beginning gives the line "som var du en still-bereds klage" which is rather intranslatable but I clumsily tried "like were you a still-prepared's elegy/complaint". The philosophy could be traced to the poem "Das kosmische Tier" from my 'SNEEFT COEIL' in volume 4 p.588 with the last concluding line 'Das Küssen ist genau wie das Stillen'.

The poem tells the story of this file - it is possible that this is the mystery associated with 'Belcez' - if this name of Hitler's death camp is derived from a jewish mystery - here about the glimpse into another reality with an animal or being which then is thrown back again to where it came from as it landed between the two formations in the garden of two ivy heaps suspended in metal wire - as if it were female breasts in the garden. Hence 'Das Küssen ist genau wie das Stillen'. I do not know if this is the standard story of this mystery - but it makes sense here.
ZUM → CULTURE (by 'verrückt' movement) is then contained in the line 'ZUM DUNKEL [hinunter dem Bette]' in this poem. The last line of the poem tells of "som var du en still-bereds klage" - whereby 'Stillen' is found in the 'still-' and the 'Küssen' in the 'bered[s]'.
The music of Nono at 12:14 in his quartet part I for this aspect is notable indeed in its 'leaping' aspect.
I had just looked for the correlate in book 13 to this 'vertsekolltiden' in 'Stillhetens åndedrag' poem 37 before I travelled from Venice to Vienna on 27 november. I was then in a good mood after some time in Italy. On the train I made some notes in my notebook to this analysis (with the 32 bottle) of a second case of 'function 13' in the white metre. The next day 28 november I went for the PO Box to look up the few letters that had arrived and paid the fee for another year and then continued on to a computer shop for assistance with a machine. The tramstop I should have stepped off at was just around the corner but I did not remember the location and therefore travelled too far, to the next stop and went back again to the shop. As I was about to step in a man - who could have been an employee - appeared in the doorway and blocked my entrance while he held a mobile phone towards his ear and looked past me into the sidewalk of the street and pronounced loudly "ein hundert neun und neunzig!". This sounded like an echo of the telling number 32 in the '32 bottle' I had drafted some notes to on the train. It was in the morning the next day 29 november that I discovered what it could have been: I observed an advertisment telling 'sich alle 11 minuten verlieben':
I dont know when this came up - if it had come up after I made my drafts on the train the dating annotated on it could have served as a counterproof - otherwise it looks like 'deeplest happy' with this 'sich alle 11 Minuten verlieben' - with 32 bottles 'überklebt', so to speak.
Hence I could - on weak basis, though - be inclined to suspect that my work on the train could have been surveyed and leaked illegally to advertisement for abuse - and the good mood I had been in when I left the post office turned completely around with this loud "199!" in the doorway and I changed my mind and left the place without going in. Things started to turn totally around and my good mood turned around to a bad mood. I do not believe that the man in the doorway had seen me arriving - I would rather guess that a mightily strong impulse pasted this numeral up inside his mind and he went to the doorway to tell what he knew, so to speak - as if "I suppose you needed to get this info". My guess now is that it cod have been the effect of illegal abuse of surveillance of my private work in advertisement that left this '199' in his mind and which made all things turn around - as if the society believed that my private things were their things but I could not agree to that. The 2 following days were bad indeed - while it had been a good day in my life untill this turning point - and I could not have made another day in Vienna without getting ill.
It is the material in this file which presents the historic background - see the last comment on the page with mention of the first line in the evaluation of Brown of 1996 - starting with "Jeg sender dette brevet..." which could have been the background of the terror attack on USA on 11 september 2001. It could have been the first word 'Jeg' which had taken on the form of '199' - by 'J-e-g' = 'I-9-9'. I have also noticed how this complex could have left traces in austrian culture - on the form 'G-9-send' = 'geniessen' vs for example 'P-9-send', leaving apparent traces in advertisement for 'geniessen' - and I would guess that my errand of finding this 1998 booklet to scan along with possible ads for geniessen of Sachertorte etc could have prompted this '199'.
When did this happen? I went to the post office not so late in the morning - could be the story in the door opening to the computer shop was around 10 o'clock or something like that. Could be a little later. Anyhow the world's biggest active volcano erupted surprisingly at 10:30 Vienna time (23:30 Hawaii time) - for the first time since 1984. It is the Mauna Loa volcano on Hawaii - more than 4000 metres high. The eruption is at the moment of writing held as a sea of glowing lava inside the 'caldera' but it seems that it could continue and spill over and run down towards the highway connecting Hilo with Kona.
If the story were that my handwritten notes in the notebook on the train were surveyed and forwarded to advertisement, it comes at the end of what I suspect has been rather massive abuse of my private life and work in such contexts - I have often observed how my handwriting on my workdesk seems to come up on the huge outdoor posters around town in the course of only hours or a day or two. I should learn 5 new glosses after breakfast and these were up on the ads in the course of the day. It is, I have concluded, very possible that this harassment (assuming that it is not 'coincidences') has been so massive that it no longer is possible for me to work or even only reside in Austria without getting sick. The hernia (on the abdomen between the genital region and appendix, or is it between Penisen and Geniessen) which I had developed, forcing me to wear a truss, disappeared after some days in Italy but it quickly returned after only 3 days in Austria. It could perhaps be about a cultural imprint of this 'I-e-g' of 11 september 2001 - and I notice also that the woman who had fallen on the ground in Hütteldorferstrasse - with two males apparently trying to help her - could be seen as described by norwegian 'dette' which means 1) this and 2) to fall. I am not the type who runs around for revenge of insults against my person, but I have guessed that excessive insults against the copyright integrity, however much ignored, can lead to malfunctioning of the body - could be such turn-around with private notes pasted up on huge outdoor posters all over the country is particularly stressing and can wears down the health whether one ignores it or not. It seems that the ad campaigns, if they are based on abuse of illegal surveillance material from my life and work, could have had the intention of turning things inside-out - such that my inner ideas glare back from the walls of Austria. And then I cannot continue residing in the country unless they tidy up in this problem.
The story with the '199!' in the door opening could be tell‌ing. Could I e.g. order Luigi Nono's record (which this story was about at the calibration point for the phrase structure technology and here the 32 bottle) and believe that I get the original in the post? If my ideas of advertisements in Vienna have a basis in reality, then I have to assume that a CD recording with this work arriving in the post could come to appear as edited by some funny and giggling 'boys' from the quasi intelligence services inbetween - and then the studies could come to be worthless. I bought (could be 15 years ago) a toner cartridge for my laser printer and there soon appeared an ad with "h_____" forms - just a white screen with this single line was the ad - and it was only later, when I installed the cartridge - which I think was new from the producer - and some words starting with 'h' (I think 'historic reality' was one of them) appeared as blank after the 'h', printed in white colour - which suggests that the giggling boys from some services could have had access to the production of the cartridge for making 'fun'. This is no small matter at all! If this were not a coincidence, it could be a part of the reason why I cannot continue residing in this place.
I refer also to this story with a possibly edited CD which I bought in a shop in Vienna.
It is probable that the real problem in Vienna is that they in 1955 signed the agreement on the conditions of the state after the war, including the point that Austria should remain demilitarized and denazified (which are the two requirements that Russia now has put on Ukraine!), but that they have felt uncomfortable with this complete lack of military weapons and have started to build a military defence nevertheless without having got the permission - and then they try to keep it going with giggle and fun with the tanks and fighter jets they have ordered little by little. 'Add-Wehr-tease-ment' it could be - and with this teasing of me plus an apparent identification with me through role-turning advertisement controlling the joint attention in public space they hope to smuggle the rights to a military defence in that way. Now fire erupted on Hawaii - last time it was on Iceland and La Palma. The impetus to such a role-turning could have come from the story told in this file.

If such 'add-Wehr-tease-ment' has abused material spied from my private workspace for lending design to their ad posters, it could be that some quasi-scientific justification could have been invoked for lending legitimacy to this by a logic pronounced by some naive psychologist, on the form:
"A normal person has a feedback system so that what he does in his workspace will come around to meet him in society, and paying tax functions in the same way - if you have paid tax to the society then the society pays you back with progress in your life - but a person who was opened in early infancy will not have the same sort of feedback mechanisms. However, if we help him by spying on his privacy and workspace and paste that up on the ad posters for imitating the 'feedback system', he will thrive in the society as other persons".
And therefore they could have decided to follow this strategy because, as told the quasi-scientific pschologist, it would be a great help for Mr.Grover who should thanks them for it, if not perhaps paying for it as well since they had not asked. The material which would glare back from the huge ad posters all over town and all over the country would, though, have to disguise the material so that Mr.Grover could not prove with any ease that it was from him. Then he would be a happy person.
Of course such silly reasoning cannot be taken seriously in any sense - such immense insults against the copyright cannot lead to anything but a breakdown of the person's relations to society - could be the person's social interface and health generally. In particular if it is combined with terror on indexes that surface in the news - such as, say, this aircraft attack on the kindergarden in Tigray after I had been in the queue of a shop along with some females (= I-9-9 = 'geniessen / penisen'?). Of course they would have had to ask in advance if they were allowed to violate the person's copyright in that way - and of course the answer would have been no.
And they plan to dump the blame on that naive psychologist? That doesnt help - it is violation of the copyright which is the problem.
If they hope to smuggle a military defence into the state in spite of the 1955 agreements, it could be an attempt to create a 'complete identity' of me with them via this advertisement system for a purpose that the agreement on a demilitarized society shall apply to me and not to them.
My SNEEFT COEIL (in volume 4) was completed and self-published in a few copies to libraries in 2018 and I soon fell ill and landed in hospital for 7 weeks. I believe it is a good and interesting book but I have not noticed any other response than what I fancy could have been a rather massive hatred campaign apparently against this single line 'in offene See stecken' - which could include the idea of catching sight of an eccentric drill which is too bad and calls for being returned to the seller. I have fancied that there even could have been tool factories established for this concept. When was the carpentry tool success 'Einhell' shooting forth in the market? Could be it was after this 2018? Drills on Nelly's eye? I have fancied that such a hatred campaign could have been organized, but I know little or nothing about this. (I observed an ad 'Leise pieselt das Reh' yesterday on the way to the train). The book could not have been written by an austrian, could be the logic. Is it the same apparent phenomenon as in Norway - that a rejection is because they hope to do it themselves instead?

A guess could be that this could be (part of) the COVID that broke out in late 2019 - if terror and hatred plus violation of the poet's copyright by austrian advertisement for turning roles around were the story. (It is not even a part of the ukrainian crisis?)
A children's rhyme told me when I was on my way out the door of Jette Råboe Larsen in 1977 or 1978 - her daughter (then 4-5 years of age) came running and shouted to me:

gorilla vrengtryne

This assumed advertisement campaign could perhaps be recognized as the 'gorilla vrengtryne' - 'vreng' is to turn it around, like wearing a jacket with the inside out, and 'tryne' is the face of the pig. It is possible that such a strategy on me - pronounced in this children's rhyme - could have been designed by 'intelligence mafia' many decades ago.
4 december 2022: I add that the historic conditions of Austria relative to me has made it rather impossible to continue my work there and I believe that I have to be outside the country for continuing my work.
