Belt and Road and other infrastructures

China has in recent years launched the socalled 'One Belt One Road' infrastructure initiative, or 'Belt and Road'.

In the article 'Why the gynaecomastia in political history since 1917?' there is the following observation:

Chinese for 'parquet' = 'pinhua diban' - while the 'window/vindue[t] divine' can be spelt out in chinese signs as

wen = literary composition, civil, script
hua = blossom, multicoloured, expend
di = position, place, ground
wan = bowl

or, simply, if 'wen' is what leads you when you are led (such as me when I believed that an angel took me by my hand to guide my way), the form 'winhua divan' can mean 'Lead lushions in a bowl' - the title to my TEQ book 12 (written in 2000-2001 - the title may have been written on 19 june 2001 if not in late 2000).

Furthermore, in the article 'The evidence of MacDonald's government' there is mention in the PS towards the end of a semiotic principle constitutive of the progression of lines in the title poem to 'The Endmorgan Quartet':

PS - as to the shootings in Christchurch, I had a couple of days earlier (in Hungary) studied the chinese for 'parquet' which is 'pinhua diban' - with 'lenition' it becomes 'wenhua divan', with an obvious reference to PM Wen and president Hu, more or less 'divine'. This can be recognized also in the poem TEQ #198 signed 'The Endmorgan Quartet' (a sort of 'title poem' - written on 13 may 1998 - parallel text is the first part of Luke 22:61), the lines 'Mibedium and Ondetje / I never read fiction' = 'by medium and donation: I'm wenua divan' (so to speak). A story from 2013 - my reason for studying the chinese 'parquet' - suggests that logical order and semantic reference can behave this way (like the planklets of parquet springing up) and be an essential part of TEQ. This leads to a theory on the reading of this poem, starting with the fundamental theorem in line 1.

This intertwining of my 'The Endmorgan Quartet' with the chinese government and policy could perhaps be even more extensive in the global infrastructure program called 'Belt and Road' - for the chinese terms see this article. I noticed also this recent article.

It seems that the signs for 'dài / lù' = 'Belt / Road' also can mean something approximately like 'Lead lushions in a bowl'. Well, that is if lead solutions in the brain is the meaning (such as molybden as being needed, in however small quantities, for keeping the nerve cell walls intact) and this is taken to mean 'logic' - here translated from 'Das neue chinesisch-deutsche Wörterbuch' (2004):

dài = belt, band, zone, area, to take with, contain, with, and, teach, educate, to lead, put in motion, to upbring

lù = road, street, distancing, travel, means, way, logic, reasoning, region, line, route, sort, class

The main meanings of the signs is naturally closer to 'belt' and 'road' - but my own title can perhaps be spotted. It means that 'Belt and Road' could be taken to be about the parquet complex - although there are other and more prominent interpretations. Likewise, a misreading of my own title 'Lead lushions in a bowl' could say that it is about the release of the force in 'lead' and that could mean terror a la Christchurch. But that is certainly not the meaning of my title nor the contents of the book. In the worst case, though, a certain 'pirating' potential could be spotted - if I be credited with the terror and e.g. the chinese government with the authorship. The chinese president Xi went to Italy, Monaco and France after (but it was certainly planned before, at least Italy and France) the terror in Christchurch. 'Mona' was my first girlfriend - I met her via a classmate of mine.

It may be that the balance is a little delicate. My books are not yet published - that is the essential observation which maybe makes the present discussion needed. 'Belt and Road' collects members from large parts of the world for a global infrastructure organisation - hopefully not for a united front against my claims that the book (and its Fatima origins which seem to have prompted the russian communist revolution in 1917) is mine and not theirs. I had computed that 4 october 2018 was the day when I risked being replaced with a copy if I were in my flat in Zinckgasse that day: The logic would have been that Fatima qua origin of communism meant (also) that a later poet (me) would write a work which contained a divine revelation which was the 'reason' for the Fatima revelations decades of years earlier. (It must be noticed that communism and christianity share important features in conception of the relation between subject and community - and an intertwining of my TEQ with chinese communism could also be explained in this way). Ugly plans of replacing me with an agent copy would include the idea that the original author (me) should have been Jesus Christ, a divine revelation, and if this poet were replaced with an agent copy, the copy could make corrupt claims that 'the work contains a divine revelation'. If he were an 'agent' only and had 'got' the work from e.g. the secret intelligence services, this would also imply that the copyright and authorship to the work would have been theirs (the services') - and thereby they could have gained political control with eastern communism, especially the russian one. This seems to have been a probably primarily western project - which luckily did not come about. (Also, eastern communism isnt what it was).

My vol.4, see also the article 'Fatima and the fundamental theorem of linguistics' which is an excerpt from vol.4, tells that it is true (in the sense that I outline in the book - via the role and evidence of the fundamental theorem) that TEQ contains a 'divine revelation' which could have been the origins of the Fatima revelations 80 years before it was written, but not in the sense of me being Jesus. It would mean that the poet's (my) job was to give space for the divine revelation in the poetry - by way of the poetics of the inner poetic articulations. Where do they come from? If they come from Heaven they could be called a divine revelation of level 4 type, but if they come from the propaganda machine of a secret intelligence, they could be called a level 2 work. It is this divine authority of level 4 which the secret intelligence and political parties could be out for couping - and the strategy could have been planned to be that replacement of me with an agent copy after the interesters had tried to model me as a 'Jesus' (or converse 'Satan' or sth like that). Clearly all that dominating political and media circus is dirty power struggle only. I am not participating in that - of course not since it would include the murder of me and replacement of me with a copy from those 'services'. In particular the idea of 'self-sacrifice' would have been dirty - since it would mean a self-sacrifice for the interests of the power struggle which seems to include strategies of terror - could be a la the one in Christchurch recently.

So the balance is a little fine - if China collects a global front on the topic, it is vital that they do not give in to the temptation of grabbing the power potential by way of pushing me out of the story - to the extent that my work is a part of the basis for their own 'parquet'. Is it? I cannot evaluate that - but I wrote the title poem to TEQ on 13 may 1998 and later chinese PM Wen was vice PM from 1998 and later president Hu was vice president from about the same time. My work is self-contained, sort of hermetically, by consistency and coherency which makes it unlikely that it is I who have copied them - but it is not certain that they have copied me. It is probably about the same semiotic complex - could be the affinity of the second secret of Fatima with communism in at least Russia. But then it is vital that it be not conceived as a case of competition to the 'rights'.

On 17 october 2018 I went back from Venice to Vienna to write the theoretic part of vol.4 - and there was a sign on the housedoor telling that investigations in 'UPC Infrastruktur' were going on in the days 17-19 october. The whole region had been dug up in the sidewalks for putting down new tele-cables from UPC, and a little earlier there had been extensive replacement of tramlines in the area from THYSSEN-KRUPP. It was in the evening on 19 october 2018 that I last urinated in a normal way - since then I have been dependent on medication or catheter to get the water out. It is of course possible that my mind has taken the door-sign with the message on 'UPC Infrastruktur' to mean 'you piss in fra-structure' - that is, 'you urinate through the body of your brother' - not necessarily an agent 'frater' but something nevertheless. Hopefully it means not the infrastructure of Belt and Road.

There is also the story from the late 60's when my official father was replaced with a copy. He had always been very decent and polite in the choice of words and would have called it 'letting the water out' and things like that. But the last words he said before the replacement was just 'I have to piss' - exceptional words indeed - then he left the car and went behind a shed and another man came back and took his place. His wife did not seem to notice the difference - he had also seemingly prepared for it himself in other ways, such as this story with going behind a shed with another man in the second half of the sixties (which even could have been an echo of my meeting with 'Gori' in 1960) - and I have never got the explanation - which I was entitled to get on my 16th birthday 29 june 1973. I do not believe that he had just changed his appearance when behind the shed. Did the original go for popehood in the Vatican? I dont think so but the theory that he was rebuilt and took the place of pope Paul could be in active use nevertheless.

It is not impossible that the problems with the urine was an important part of the reason for my 7 weeks in hospital. I hope I will not have to use a catheter for the rest of my life.

Why isnt my work published? In particular, if this has been a global project or co-project since 1917-1918, including a self-sacrifice of Lenin for lending a divine push to the russian revolution, could be even a global political division in eastern vs western hemispheres because of just the Fatima revelations, the world has the right to get the chance to get hold of copies (of my volumes 1-2-3-4) published in legal ways. The politicians have no right to keep these works under the surface of potential public attention.

Time is running and the balance is fine.

In late december 2018 I sent from the hospital bed vol.4 by email to LEV = Libreria Editrice Vaticana, which should be the world's top publisher as far as moral uprightness is concerned, but there has come no answer or confirmation of receipt so far. However, on 15 january 2019 this book by Riccardo Bollati was published on LEV - seemingly the first book they published after I sent my email. It is hopefully not an answer to me by my own poem TEQ #114:

As I have earlier commented, 'Lev Xylongabang' could be a play on the norwegian greeting 'lev vel' = 'farewell', 'goodbye', 'live well' - but here as for the slamming shut of the wooden door. The greek of Luke 24:46 tells 'on the third day', not necessarily 'the Treaty of Mare' as for 'NATO'. If this were the answer, it must be understood, as it probably must in any case, that it is absolutely impossible for me to submit my work to peer review - it is not I but the power strugglers or rather some third and interested party who should find a publisher who is interested enough to ask me for permission to publish copies. It is of vital importance that the work does not end up as secret documents in the hands of the 'secret services' who could have planned to define me as a 'Jesus' who was replaced with a copy in order for the west to get the eastern communism under their control. But since communism is not so hot as it was, could be these replacement plans have been tuned down accordingly.

I do not know how extensive the political abuse of my work could be - and I have never been informed about this at all. I looked up the possible meanings of 'belt' and 'road' myself after having cracked the riddle with the parquet. Nobody has asked me whether I agree to seeing my work installed in political or other administration - I certainly do not agree to that (but do not know if that is what China is about). I have repeated it over and over again that the work is not for politics but for serious studies and reading by ordinary people and scholars from many fields of study.

Of course it is also possible that an apparent intertwining of my interests with the chinese - not the least on the background of Fatima - could include an authentic chinese wish to make my work publishable - but that would be when the fine balance goes the right way.

PS added next day: There are signs of construction of a new 'Benito Mussolini' - in the form of the joke 'Armando Rattolini'. In this connection I can tell that Grøver/'Mengele's expression "I have to piss" (norwegian sunnmørian dialect "e må pisse") was said while he and the rest of the family were sitting in the T-262 white beetle, queued up waiting for the ferry on Vikebukt ferry station, not far from Bjarne Eidsvig's oyster farm where we had been. I was sitting just behind him. As far as I remember, he was sitting a little forwards-leaning, probably holding his two hands on the lower part of the steering wheel (called 'ratt' in norwegian), curled fingers facing upwards, while saying the words "I have to piss" into the circular form of the 'ratt', so to speak. If this were supposed to mean 'Armando Rattolini', the sudden street language against his whole career of polite and decent speech before he went out to be replaced with a copy could have been a pronounciation of the name of 'Armando Rattolini'. When I lived on Simmering in Ehamgasse in Vienna, the owner of the house was 'ÖVW' - resembling the hands-on-wheel when driving into the parking lot of Veum psychiatric hospital years later. There exists an archive photo claiming to be of Josef Mengele in uniform which seems to encode this 'Vikebukt ferry station' situation. And then added on the second day after: The pronounciation of possibly 'Armando Rattolini' into the steering wheel ('ratt') could have a historic function also relative to the interesting idea that the Fatima revelation of 13 october 1917 with the 'miracle of the sun' could have been a revelation of the 'zifferblatt' as the innermost conception of the human language faculty. This 'miracle of the sun' was promised by the Madonna as a 'proof' - it is said, at least now 100 years later, that all the 70.000 people who had come to see it saw it - the sun spinning around and falling downwards before it jumped back in place - that would mean the cyclicity of sanskrit and the linearity of hebrew: These are my interpretations of today - such as the idea that the 'zifferblatt' is the same as the human language faculty, an idea which is based on empirical evidence from sumerian cuneiform relative to my 'white metre' ('Stillhetens åndedrag' + 'Rosens triangel'), it is not about the permutational scheme - and I would doubt that a 'zifferblatt' interpretation with sanskrit/hebrew were around in those days. Whether these ideas were contained in the steering wheel on Vikebukt I dont know but I would doubt it - the steering wheel would typically mean 'the government', such as hungarian 'kormány'. But clearly if everything is hinged on this pronounced 'piss', and if it means 1) the proof of Fatima, 2) the human language faculty, 3) the centuries-old european panic that the Bible is a mere translation from sanskrit vedas (but the panic being calmed by the marian revelation of 13 october 1917), 4) Josef Mengele of Auschwitz with murky plans of going to the Vatican for taking the place of pope Paul VI, later a sort of Sanpaolo (the biggest italian bank of today is 'Intesa Sanpaolo' - while the pronunciation into the 'ratt' could be called 'innte sa' in norwegian) - and if I am taken to be the 'crux' of all this, then one can see a background of difficulties of various sorts. If, in addition, there are the outlines of threats against me (replacement etc), then it is easy to understand why it could be difficult to get the water out. (Cp. also the 'Medjugorje' marian revelations starting soon after the attempt on the pope in 1981 and still going on with intervals of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month - could be even 1 year). It is my 'thesis' that the 'zifferblatt' (which also serves as logo to TEQ book 12) could be the human language faculty (and also the 'proof of Fatima'), I have not got it from Grøver/'Mengele' or a local intelligence. Could be Sister Lucia whispered it in my platonic ear - a sort of 'spröde Chopin'? It is said that the sun attained colours ('röde'?) and 'hopped around'. It is a mighty good proof.

This article could even comment on the cogwheel of the zifferblatt?
