The apparently very extensive abuse of data from my life and work through the last decades is probably not something that was planned in advance: I have conjectured that the administrative plan could have been to allow for 8 main abuses in my life up to age 18 and thereafter the socalled 'octogon', if that were organized, and in such a way that it should be impossible for me to discover the administrative involvement in my life. However, the plan seems nevertheless to have been based on the fundamental assumption of a fair treatment and fair play and respect of normal justice - and it is likely that the US Apollo program (probably initiated by Eisenhower but launched by Kennedy) in the 1960's could have been a very clear demand that the abuses had to be tidied up in and apologized for. (Had the US democrat party borrowed a part of its authority to secret intelligence by Kennedy - and cannot afford to let it remain there?) I have no data on what sort of time schedule could have been preconceived, but the impression has been that the time limit was the same as the end of the millenium: If so, it would have been that when the new millenium dawned, there should be no more abuse of the PTRSIM PIK - that is, the person (me) inside this role, otherwise the story would come to look like an alarming return to times of disrespect for human values on a par with the times of slavery.

This program failed and the abuses seem to have been only escalated after 2000, even if I applied for a political asylum in France in 2002: A pity I did not get the asylum since that probably would have brought me out of the unfortunate dependency relation to Norway, and this could have made it difficult also for the state of Norway to tidy up in the story.

It is, though, very possible that when it just continued after 2000 as it had before, another path for a solution could have been chosen by administrative authorities instead - scheduling a 10 year time limit for rounding off the entire abuse program. When 2010 came and there were no signs of any end to it, rather the opposite, there is the theory up that the state of Norway had to be rounded off instead. Some evidence which could tell of this interpretation are the following:

- In the spring 2010 there was the aircrash in Smolensk in Russia: An airplane filled with the entire top polish state leadership crashed and nearly 100 top leaders (government, church, military, media) died in the crash - allegedly during landing on or in towards the airport. Speculations could not be avoided that it was about a coup d'etat - or rather an attempt to avoid a coup d'etat - say, if nearly 100 copies of the top leaders were on their way and could not be stopped, these would have small chances, in spite of their year-long training, if the originals were declared dead. However, since the coup or non-coup were in Smolensk east of Poland, there is the obvious interpretation that the story really were about Norway: Not only is 'Smålensk' the name of a dialect spoken in Sweden east of Norway, but 'på land' is norwegian for 'on land' and 'på len' (norwegian for 'Poland') could strongly suggest 'på lei-len[d]' = 'on hired land' - that would mean that the land was not really norwegian, they had only hired it for a while. If so, it could mean 'time out' for the games of PTRSIM PIK.

- Thereafter followed the Oslo terror - a bomb at the governmental building in central Oslo and a rathunt on the norwegian population on 'Utøya'. But I did not see this interpretation anywhere.

- In christmas 2016 there were the ideas in the air that the entire top leadership of Norway had been replaced with copies on christmas eve, and it seemed that Aftenposten (the main norwegian newspaper) had 'Penelope Cruz Sanchez' as undertext on its front pages in the christmas. It could mean 'the people is asked to remain calm'. A russian airplane with a russian choir on its way to sing for the troops of Syria or thereabout (or was it in Iraq?) on christmas eve crashed into the Black Sea - but I later saw an announcement for the same choir giving a concert in Bratislava. If this should have been the case, it could mean that there would be no more chances for the state of Norway - and such copies of christmas 2016 would then be similars whose job it would be to keep it going with empty talk untill the bombs start falling, so to speak. But I have no data or knowledge of these ideas beyond what I have told here.

I refer to the article 'Comment on some poems and their parallel texts in 'The Endmorgan Quartet'' which I published yesterday after I the day before had published my entire 'collected work' - more than 5700 pages of literature written in the course of three decades - on this homepage. The article gives reasons for the understanding of the following essential point which could be the entire history:

It is because of my poetic authorship since 1997 that the abuse program has continued after 2000, not because of any PTRSIM PIK role.

The organizers of the abuse programs have probably constantly continued to insist on the point that it was all and only because of PTRSIM PIK and not because the authorship had any value at all. The Beachy Head jumped into the sea on 10 or 11 january 1999 and I was 'jumped' into forced psychiatric custody from 22 november 1999 to 14 january 2000, in spite of my very peaceful and undangerous and undramatic life, due to allegations of misconceptions and megalomaniac ideas. The reason for this tragic misunderstanding is likely to have been simply that the poetry could be 'misconceived' and abused for 'megalomaniac' political programs under the umbrella that the entire abuse program was only because of the preparatory work which the organizers of the PTRSIM PIK program had made and not because of my work, and, besides, the poor poet wasnt much worth on the labour market after all.

This could have been a megalomaniac misconception which could have meant the end of the state. A pity - it could have been only because the poetic cakes of my self-published poetry books were too tempting for political power.

My norwegian bank Nordea moved its head office to Helsinki a few years ago and Sweden and Finland have talked about joining NATO.

When I now have published (made available) my collected work in four volumes on this internet homepage, it is a pity to discover that the download (or file opening) of the large files (the two smallest files are 5-6 MB, the biggest 62 MB) seems to take too much time for a normal student WiFi connection. If one gives it repeated attempts it is possible that it will succeed, but it seems to be cumbersome. I tried it on a commercial internet point with highspeed cable connection and there it functioned well, even if the 62 MB took a minute or two to transfer. The web hosting was originally at Yahoo when I started, but they sold their Small Business module to Verizon after some years - this was thoroughly preannounced and looked sound and safe, but more recently it was said to have been sold on once again to a new hosting service called 'Turbify' - it happened in the same night as Gorbachov (once perhaps the world's most powerful man) died - or at least the news of it came in the following morning - that the web service went out of order and then a message followed that it had been taken over by the new 'Turbify'. There could also be echos of the story with my 'Erika fragment'. Is the apparently slow PDF document transference due to some rotation mechanism that picks out the one byte after the other? Some time after the Gorbachov death there followed also the Nord Stream disruption. 'No-ord' = 'some words', here maybe from 'the norwegian'.

It is not impossible that this could serve to suppress my poetry even further. If the transference rate is so low that one must have access to quite fast cable connection for being able to download the volumes, there could arise among interesters the natural temptation to forward or 'borrow' copies directly by USB memory stick without going via the internet since 'the result is the same anyhow'. However, if that disrespect of copyright should come to take place, there is the deplorable danger that some typing error could come to sneak in and later be accepted as 'canonical' by e.g. 'intelligence services'. See e.g. this study of the short poem TEQ #971 in parallel with Acts 9:9 - if an erroneous 'service' form with "the [... reputation ...] goes beyond the hopping" should come to take the place of the original, it is seen how fundamentally damaged the poem would be. The 'hooflin' can be recognized in the bandage on Lazarus' exposed calf / leg of Tintoretto. In addition, such a lax solution would serve to demolish the copyright control - a strategy which unfortunately could have been for no other reason than the continued suppression of my poetic authorship for the claim that "it is not the poet, it is the PTRSIM PIK that calls for our attention".

But that would perhaps be not entirely true and then it can end not so well.

I am a serious poet who has absolutely nothing to do with all that PTRSIM PIK nonsense of politicians and 'secret intelligence' interests - I am a victim of that dark mythomania fleeing from it while the mythomaniacs try to prevent my escape by keeping my resources low - and to see public authorities relating to me like a sort of alien or divine from another globe walking around inside a glass bubble should not be tolerated. The police in Hungary could not solve any of the two burglaries of my house there and the insurance company Generali has probably not paid me the insurance money - but since the OTP bank will not give me the data from my bank account there it is hard to tell. The police probably says "he has done it himself" - but it is probable that some political interests did it - for keeping the abuse game going. And the house was probably constructed for my use in 1970 by norwegian authorities (or the abuse program possibly since Kennedy) for being my only chance - which then turns out to be useless for habitation because of water pipes installed inside the adobe walls ('vanne[t]-i-huse[t]').

If the transference of data from my web domain to the users is deliberately delayed (a 'zinck-gasse'), that could serve to stigmatize the poet for communicating to the users the same message that "it is the PTRSIM PIK, not the poet, who walks inside this glass bubble". But it must be understood how seriously bad this story can come to end.

If Beachy Head jumped into the sea in a way which seemed to relate to my work, that was not because of PTRSIM PIK - it was because of my poetry. But that does not mean that one should screw this poetry up into mythomaniac hysteria. I am not making any hysteric mythomania out of my work. The cliff followed a logic resembling my own poetic logic. I am a serious poet and that is why my work could be needed - and should not be abused for more politics that does not understand how bad it can come to end if this continues.
