State intelligence should expectedly and by all normal human standards be defined as the truth and moral integrity par excellence since the security of the state otherwise is endangered, and this is the reason why it enjoys such public confidence, but the empirical fact (see end of the article 'The transfiguration of Venice') seems to be that the intelligence business is developing into more and more of an international mafia which (as I guess) escapes the law under the protection of a paragraph called 'the security of the state'. Hitler was probably a result of this mafia which works for enhancing their own unconstitutional powers. How could it happen (the holocaust etc)? Probably because people have such undivided and unconditional confidence in the state intelligence. It is very possible that the western world is in a critical condition because this mafia is financed by state money and commit their crimes against the people and the own state under the protection of secrecy. A guess (although I know little or nothing about this) is that every normal state intelligence agency runs hundreds or thousands of socalled 'intelligence projects' (probably more or less designed by the new aspirants who want to make a career in that business) which are criminal and which constitute a rot in the core of the state - which thereby drifts towards a new Hitler as long as these intelligence projects are allowed to continue. It can be guessed (and many are probably inclined to believe) that terror reported on TV (say, a gunman shooting around or a car driving into a mass of people) is organized by state intelligence for the construction of a mythos apparatus under the weak pretext of the government's need for control of the people's ideas - while state economy is declining under the burden of such mythos and the intelligence mafia gains more and more control and install their representatives into the government of the state. They probably try to build a new world as alternative to ordinary religion by 'integrating' themselves into people's way of thinking and gain control of this not the least by way of terror.

Conclusion to this: If there is any independent and mythos-free power left in the government, they should close down absolutely all 'intelligence projects' and delete all 'extended authorities' that have been granted to the intelligences for interaction with the public - then perhaps the remaining 'intelligence' can continue to serve as a source of needed information for the administration and not develop into its opposite.

The story of PTRSIM PIK's is probably more than 200 years old and seems to be the story of how this complex has developed.

Vienna: The 'presidential election in Ukraina' could mean 'the choice in the head of the voters'. The same day as the ukrainian presidential election in 2019 there was the bombing of the churches and hotels in Sri Lanka, the first bomb in Sebastian Church. When Sebastian Kurz started his austrian government in Vienna in january 2020 a few day before the nomination in the US democrat party, the covid-19 pandemic broke out. I have earlier told how I for a few weeks was in bed with Erna Hauge in 1974 or thereabout (she has later worked as professor of piano in Vienna) but she never took her underpants off so it never came to a normal coitus. It could be the masks people all over the world are wearing today signify or associate with these underpants for me as the PTRSIM PIK. The terror in Vienna in the evening 2 november 2020 - the evening before the US presidential election started in the morning 3 november 2020 - was in the socalled Bermuda triangle in downtown Vienna, at Seitenstettengasse with the jewish synagogue and Schwedenplatz. The Bermuda triangle is where the ships are 'sinking in'. B-Erna-huda = B-Erna-Hauge - here possibly for the 'B-URN-Ruda ('urn' = 'ballot box' for the election) of the 'lapis philosophorum' with the naked woman and the two male faces. I have earlier told the story of Fjellheim telling of his uncle or so reporting on the workers in a barack-hus-[ein], one of the letting out so much flatulences in his sleep ('flatus vocis') that the others could not sleep and one of them put fire to the gas and the poor chap died from the wounds. This dramatic story could tell of the name of Barack Hussein - but what is the 'Obama'? I once (end of the 70's?) made a joke to Fjellheim about the lowest castes of society, the 'Opel-whores' who could be even lower than the normal whores. Could be the name of Obama was established already then - but it seems somewhat relevant to the idea of such 'ma'-s. If so, a gunman shooting around in the 'B-Urn-Luda triangle' - stuffed with people at tables and bars - could serve to change people's choice in the last minute: Certainly it will be urgent with getting out of here. They have gone to the place with a certain preconception of sitting there on their 'republican' Sitzfleisch in the hope that something positive would happen, such as being acquainted with people they had not calculated in advance - like coming to a 'polling station' for dropping or sinking something into a slit ('urn-ruda') - and it gets urgent with finding an alternative. B-urn-luda could be the quickest way out of the problems. The terror is then likely to be for that single purpose - of changing the republican voters choice of ballot in the last moment.

I looked at these photos when I wrote the article on 'Köteknö' and frankly I did not recognize him on the photo where he is 'leaving office' but on the other photo (en face and profile) I recognized him well, could be because of the characteristic wrinkles around the eyes.

The identity of the shooter in downtown Vienna was given as 'Fejzullai Kujtim'. There is arguably a certain relevance of the names of the two US democrat candidates in the second of these photos.

The discovery of mine - the music in the air apparently in the extension from my poetry - told in the article 'The transfiguration of Venice' - can be called a piece of 'snadder' - the word means the sound which geese make ('snadre') but is normally used about 'delicacy'. Indeed it could be about a delicacy for poetry, semiotics, linguistics, musicology, physics etc. The correlate is the word 'sladder' which means 'gossip' but is also used about police informers. 'Sladre' is a word used by children when some schoolboys in the schoolyard harass a small and weak boy in the class and one of them reports this to the teacher who can impose the proper correction. Then the informer 'sladrer', the word also used about 'gossip', but geese 'snadrer'.

Therefore, if somebody in the intelligence services try and turn a piece of surveyed 'snadder' into terror (such as at least seems to have been the case in the Nice and Vienna terror), ideally there should be some good-guy colleages of the bad guys who then go for 'sladder' and run to the police and tell them about the plans - and the bobby is quick on his feet and runs to arrest the criminals before it is too late. But unfortunately this respectable and valuable 'sladder' sometimes seems to be conceived the other way round - that the 'snadder' they have found is given ('sladret') by surveillance to abusers such as plagiators and competitors who thereby earn the money which the true author should have earned. But that mistaken form of 'sladder' does of course not solve the problem - it only looks like solving it since it gives a brief relief by the parametre of 'sladder' - and probably only leads to the phenomenon of 'terror-and-monkey-business'. The phonology of this 'snadder/sladder' complex could be seen as an essential part of the present US election if one compares with the name of iranian head of state Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamanei. He was wounded in an assassination attempt on 27 june 1981 (only few days after the attempt on the pope) in a way which could resemble the name of president Banisadr who then had just left office - and I have to observe the role of the paralysis of my left arm in 2002 (and the reflex of it in the right arm in 2014). For this 'Banisdr' name, I notice also the 'Beiden-Seiden' of the Graben-Seitenstetten in Vienna and the corresponding Bendai-Sendai. Also, the Literaturhaus in Vienna is in Seidengasse, intersecting with 'Bandgasse', cp. Banda Aceh. There was also the bombing of the Port of Beirut, cp. Beirut/Beir[m]ud[a]-triangle. (I put these two article out on the web once again for reasons of this reference - cp. also the '1312' issue which could have been a theoretic background for the function of this reference in that single line).

This suggests a quite clear link from the Vienna terror in the evening of 2 november 2020 to the US election the day after in such a way that it could seem to be an attempt to make voters in USA change their choice from republican to democrat.

Trump was impeached for his inquiries into what the 2019 ukrainian election had been really but was freed from the suspicion in the eventual vote. But it meant that the 2019 ukrainian election - on the same day as the Sri Lankan bombings - were of quite considerable political interest.

It is likely that the phenomenon of secret intelligence is nothing but an offshot from the phenomenon of bad morals. The boys peep on the princess when she is going to the loo - they stand behind the outhouse and peep in through knotholes and thereafter they sit there talking with her at the coffee table pretending like nothing. Then it is inevitable that there arises a compartmentation in their soul - and that gives rise to secret intelligence - a sort of secret partitioning for hiding the spied 'intelligence' away in an attempt to relate normally to the princess. (I guess that the example could be standard or is there somebody who has told it?). It is caused directly by bad morals - peeping through knotholes like that - while the official status of the secret intelligence is high morals as the necessary definition of 'intelligence'. That is the gap.

The historic background of this could be in the stoic LEKTON as the basis for PTRSIM PIK in the sense that a piece of info can be TRUE in one metaphysical reality but FALSE in another, even if an item in one is recognized as the same as an item in another. These different metaphysical realities is the essence of the fundamental theorem of linguistics and the PTRSIM PIK construction. It probably interprets the anglican rebellion.

The fundamental theorem tells that the function of human language is to preserve the understanding of the metaphysical origins of the human existence and therefore it is consonant with (is not in conflict with) christian mysticism oriented towards word-based prayer such as the rosary. (It is of course not in conflict with word-less mysticism either). Anglicanist rebellion can therefore be the reason for the PTRSIM PIK program in the sense of being an attempted suppression of just the fundamental theorem by installing it in politics (and possibly terror) - the apparent tradition from Henry VIII of turning it into political power.

This paradox of politics could be the reason why people vote for the opposite of what they want and why terror (paradoxically!) seems to be a way to harvest votes in elections.

The last time I saw Laura Eidsvig she was in a wheel-chair in a retire home and was rather collapsed in her spine - could be politics on 'hunchback' really be about her ('mor til en sølvi' = mother of a 'grøver'). She and her daughter exchanged thunderbolts of power struggle in flashing eyes before we parted for the last time and left the retire home.

The mortality (cp. also 'morthensørlie') of covid-19 in Italy was up to 15-20% or even higher when I was in Austria in the spring 2020, now I have been in Italy since 27 july and it is down on 0% (rounded off from 0,49%). Global mortality is also approaching 0% - currently it is 0,68% but it is sinking every day. Today 9 november 2020 there are 13,681,186 currently infected patients but only 92,621 are in a serious or critical condition, and only some of these will die. The common cold is a pandemic that is caused by coronavirus or rhinovirus and has been raging the world for ages. Could be it is the scare of dinosaurus which was the mortality in the spring? Covid-19 is apparently a sort of common cold or mild flue - but if older people who also suffer from e.g. pneumonia or other respiratory diseases get it, they may die. It is likely that if coronavirus is proven in the blood of dead people, it is listed as the cause of death. Therefore the mortality of this cold or flue will probably not reach 0,0% entirely but it may now have come as low as it can.

So what is it? Certainly the panic must be something - and probably it seems to be about politics. 'Underpants on the head' could mean the Bermuda triangle in Vienna. The 'intelligence services' had perhaps hoped that I (as a PTRSIM PIK) would remain in Vienna - then the current mortality of the covid-19 could perhaps have been very high and the political profit much higher.

Why were 1500 euros stolen from my wallet while I was sleeping in the hospital bed in Venice around new year 2018-2019? The hospital could not help me solve the riddle and I reported it to the police but they have so far not solved the riddle. Such hospital rooms and beds are probably well surveyed so it should not be a very hard nut. Is it the intelligence services who wanted to prevent that I got a foothold outside Vienna and moved out before the election? Why would the police respect such antidemocratic crimes? One can imagine the 'service propagnada': "It is a matter of PTRSIM PIK and this has the highest priority in all western countries and it is the security of the state that calls for respect of these interests". That would be nonsense of course - this socalled PTRSIM PIK story is only an extension of the negro slavery for making still some money and power out of exploitation and the rejection of human rights and there is no justification for that program. The 'US democrats wanted to continue the slavery but the US republicans may have been formed not the least for bringing an end to that unwanted program. I think the story is as simple as that - and it may be true that there exist people in some countries who would give this 'the highest priority' - but that is true backwater and no future at all. Child abuse cannot be right - even if some think that it gives easy money.

I hope the police can help me get the 1500 euros back from the hospital - even if it could be a little late for the US election.

Since I could come to need an item that has been sent to Vienna, on the day after the US election (two days after the terror in Vienna) I had to inquire in the railway station whether trains were going or not. They may have misunderstood me to the sense that I hoped to go back to Vienna and I was attacked by a very unpleasant feeling. I had to go back once more to them to tell that I did not intend to go back there, only to inquire about the train. That helped a little - but I still suffered much blood in the urine in the following two days (could be a red-white confusion somehow). It resembled the bloody urine after I had read Michel Houellebecq's poetry - and although this could be due to his name and book title, I have come to wonder whether the withhold tax that was imposed on my pension in 2010 could be part of the reason - the critical urine 'retention' of 2018 being the 'withhold' and the assumed 'spurt of semen' on my young brain in 1957 being the 'tax'. (This is how my palm looked in Vienna before I left, and this is how it looks today after more than 3 months in Italy. Also, if Hitler's 'smalbart' indexed 'Svalbard' which could be tacked to the wall with withhold tacks, his hairdo could have been for my scissored occipital lobe which could have been 'interpreted' in the US involvement in the Vietnam war). Clearly such PTRSIM PIK child abuse could be an efficient political tool but should not be considered valid and respectable. The whole complex of the Vienna terror 2 november could be about this early childhood abuse of mine. It could be the 'intelligence services' who want this element to be respected and who could ask other people to not inform me of what is going on. I still have got no information or confession or apology as far as such early head opening could be concerned (is this what the world is waiting for?) but I have the evidence in this file and in this one - and it is not likely that a part of my brain has been removed by laser from somebody behind me in a bus or something like that. A close study of the magnet resonance scan could perhaps tell about that.

Of course I hope to settle in a country outside Austria - that is another reason why I hope to see the riddle of the 1500 euros solved soon - and it is a pity if the withhold tax since 2010 has destroyed my chances of remaining in my home in Vienna. I paid normal tax to Norway through 23 years or so and eventually had to flee the country. Of course, if this assumed early child abuse of me is what can determine the US presidential election, it is not a normal case and the burden it imposes on my life is quite extraordinary and massive.

I would also doubt that the result with a majority for the US democrat party in the presidential election is really valid if the story is as told here.

(Trump encouraged republicans to vote early - that is, probably before the evening 2 november 2020 - but it was, strangely, early letter-ballots that seemed to go wrong way in the count).

Added 11 november 2020: Coronavirus or rhinovirus could cause the common cold. Dinosaurus (tyrannosaurus rex) can be very dangerous - hopefully not the reason for the restrictions. Hence R/D of rhino/dino suggests 'coronavirus' --> 'hore-and-a-fillus' = 'whoring and drinking' (cp. also the ideas of potential rape of me in 1970-1971 along with school dentistry - but I am not the whore). Tyrannosaurus rex --> Syria and no sorrys rex/tax = Syria and withhold tax. Henrik Wergeland was perhaps the first PTRSIM PIK - and Norway could have been established for that project - and he had (tells a website - cp. also the I-BIZ-A (= 1312?) affair) been down to see the damper Constitutionen at the harbour in Oslo (Christiania) when 'Torvslaget' took place and his student uniform was rippet. It could be called 'Sjøslaget' = the seabattle, the binge. ('Sjølslaget' = the jacket lapel made by oneself). Wergeland is known for his many 'unhappy love stories' in the student time - which could be the 'whoring' parametre - adding to the 'binge' = 'drinking & whoring'. This story of Wergeland sounds like lies cooked up later. (Also, the story of Wittgenstein giving schoolboy Haidbauer a box on the ear so strong that he possibly died from it could also be called 'Torvslaget' - the blow which brought him under the 'torv' = quasi 'six feet under' - hence possibly another story cooked up later for that 'Torvslaget' parametre). Is even Wergeland himself a piece of fiction? Probably not. If US democrat president Grover Cleveland masturbated on Wittgenstein's young brain, it could have been for being the mid point between Wergeland and me - that is, Grover/Worker Wergeland - cp. the apparent traces of 'withhold tacks' in my palm in Austria (= 'Suatria' = 'Syria'?) in the summer. The coronavirus pandemic (which could be sth like a common cold in pandemic' format) could thereby concern the matter of the establishment of the state of Norway in 1814. 'Henrik Arnold Thaulow Wergeland' suggests 'Henry VIII' if 'VIII' = the three main archetypes (car-nold, rope-low, wergeland). Is it England (or the 'Bermuda triangle') who would want to try and coup the entire story by a drinking-and-whoring label on me in the form of a coronavirus pandemic? Man-(h)usk-rippet? (It wasnt me who ran around shooting in downtown Vienna on 2 november - and I am not the source of the virus - and indeed I was not informed about any plans on the pandemic relative to my residence in Zinckgasse in Vienna, so dont blame me for the high mortality rate in the spring). The bombing of Beirut could perhaps be called 'kanon-slaget' at the sea = 'Sjøslaget' = the seabattle, the binge - hence if Süd = Beirut, deutsche = Berlin and Zeitung = Bermuda (cp. the time point 18:08:18 for the bomb in Beirut), the publication in Süd-deutsche Zeitung (in 2019 on the internet 17 may around 1814 o'clock) of the Ibiza affair could be part of the construction. It is time to understand that such primitive ideas and 'political projects' (like PTRSIM PIK or high mortality of common cold e.g. on the background of Hitler's death camp program) are created by human limitations which do not have much real value and had better been overcome in more sensible ways. It is not me who can be seen as the cause of the pandemic but rather those who have made the construction. I think the world should try and help me live outside Vienna/Austria instead of contributing to a fuelling of primitive blame-dumping strategies. Of course I do not volunteer as victim under pretext-pressure of bomb threat (from 'kina-putten' - and then blaming Kim or Putin) for England or the Bermudas to quasi coup the whole story.
