The story of the shooting spree in a supermarket in Boulder in Colorado on 22 march 2021 could of course have been organized for prentending that this was the 'inner poetic articulation' of mine - or, rather, that it was the 'outer articulation' that was the reference in a semiotic union of signifiant and signifie as in the work I was into at that time: This work seems to lead to the conclusion that the 'british supremacy' resting on the Gryfice and Natolewice phenomenon is not sufficient but has a deeper explanation that is not 'royal'. Could be this also lead to a weakening of this 'royal pretext' for 'intelligence power' via the PTRSIM PIK. The 'arbitrarity' of my work is not a matter of 'will' (volition, political power) except in the sense of 'divine will' - for which a confusion with 'royal will' could come out in an unfortunate way. It is possible that this was preconceived already in 2002 by the opening of the will of the Buckingham-family princess Margareth when I suffered a brainstroke that may have been triggered by a laser beam - or, as was my theory, could be an angel took me by the hand for showing me the way. My left hand was rather paralyzed, called 'lam' in norwegian - same word as 'lamb' - even if it has regained much (or at least some) of its agility as years have passed by.

The Boulder incidence can, if organized and not being a matter of individual 'holy wrath', bse seen as based on this complex - also as 'ralle-tuckey' - in the sense of an administrative 'finger' down into the lungs, past the glottal constriction of protestant/catholic dispute, causing the covid-19 symptoms - as if in extension from the 'finger-bet-han-kort' = 'finger-bit-he-short' of the 2002 brainstroke story by the 'opening of the will'. News told that a policeman called Eric Talley was among the victims of the shooter in the King Sooter grocery market in the Table Mesa district of Boulder. The incidence can be called a 'Ran' - hence the policeman was the 'Ran-unkel' and the concept of 'purkinje' light (as for the face of the lamb of arbitrarity on the map of Europe at Gryfice) in the eyes could perhaps be associated with a photo of him that was published with the news. Hence he would be in the role of 'Jesus' in Caravaggio's 'Calling of Matthew' - and the peculiar role of the table relative to the chinese radical #104 (that is the enumeration of my poem in 'Der Dornenstrauch') - on background of the studies I had published in 'additions' for 13-14 march and later: These tell that the bricks leapt forth from the wall as if significant of a 'divine revelation' similar to Jesus in the work of Caravaggio. 'Table Mesa' could then be significant of just this 'table' of Caravaggio in its chinese radical format. This reasoning on my poem 'Unter Gesellschaft #30' is not immediately relevant to the lamb of arbitrarity on the map of Europe at Gryfice/Natolewice, but the way of reasoning is highly relevant - and if the conclusion be drawn that 'this PTRSIM PIK thinks in terms of terror such as in Boulder, which means that even the lamb of arbitrarity is a product of 'intelligence terror'' - a la an anglican possibly 'royal finger' down into the throat - then the conclusion could be sought that not much is changed by this lamb of arbitrarity - it remains the same 'intelligence project' by way of terror anyhow.

Which is not right - there is a factual difference which could be the essence of the story. Or the end of the 'revolt' since Henry VIII. The four quadrants of the 'ranunkel' flower as the face of the lamb of arbitrarity has nothing to do with the four quadrants around the 'origo' of the human bottom - such as in 'royalist' (?) associations to Natolewice and Gryfice (Hen-ry-VIII's). (Unfortunately, it is not impossible that such 'royal power' comes to be associated with 'flatulences early in the morning' and ideas like that - 'Gro Brundtland' was norwegian PM for some years).

But the wish to get the PTRSIM PIK under 'intelligence control' could be the reason for such attempts to focus the poet's attention on the 'outer articulation' in the form of the terror in Boulder, Colorado. It is even said that the governor of Colorado is called Jared Polis. The name of the policeman who died (assigned the role of Jesus in the associative complex) was 'Eric Talley' - while 'a ralle-tuckey' could be associated with a finger inbetween the hemispheres of an open brain (cp. f-'Ingrid Betancourt'?) or into the lungs - wherefrom the deep rumble sounds can be heard in the moment when the soul is about to leave the body of a person in the process of dying - that sound is called 'ralle' in norwegian. Hence the chinese radical meaning 'disease' - and possibly associations to covid-19. Does this mean that it was fake news? If they had managed to get this father-of-seven policeman on duty just then to the place by smart tricks, they had succeeded in installing some such elements of 'homo'. I add that I had earlier the same day - by a termin which I got by email on 16 march - been to the Magistratisches Bezirksamt für den 16.Bezirk for getting a 'Lebensbestätigung' for my pension, and on the wall there was a probably outdated sign telling that available services were such Lebensbestätigung, Passport, Parkpickerl and some others - plus 'Fundstelle'. It was in 2018 that the Fundstelles of the Magistrats for the various Bezirks were centralized to Siebenbrunnenstrasse - and I had been thereto a number of times in search of the rucksack with the poetry notebooks I lost in the Barnabitenkirche in the summer 2019 - but it is true that the hope briefly flared up again as I waited for the termin and saw this sign: 'Maybe they have my rucksack here?' (There were 10 lovely ladies or so working in the department plus one man at pult 3 where I got the Bestätigung). The email telling in advance of the termin came from the department for 'Lebensbestätigungen und Religionsaustritte'. While I waited for the termin I strolled around a little in the district and observed a decoration on a corner just behind and a little off the building, not just like Bispengsgaten in Bergen or Fjelltunvegen in Ålesund but rather on the other side, annotated with a protest against hate crimes against creeds - it seemed that some other-religious person had been murdered there not so long ago (here a text from the wall of the corner Richard-Wagner-Platz/Hasnerstrasse- about the story from 2 november 2020). Having got the 'Lebensbestätigung' I went to send it by registered post to the pensions office in Norway - and got this receipt for the dispatch. R0693681968AT is the number for the registered post - needed for finding out what happened with the letter. 'Jared Talley aborte' = 'jeg er redd tallet er borte' = 'I am afraid the number is lost': But if the letter does not arrive, I hope that it means not the Lebensbestätigung' does not reach the pensions office and then formalitiesthat the pension can be terminated: I am still alive and such 'extended authorities' as could stop a letter on its way should not alter my need for my pension. 'Bips-engs-gaten' should not be a reason even if 'bis-peng-skaten' by gender change at the counter in local shops could take place.

These were somewhat tough days - could be it was up to the israeli election. R0693681968AT could look like 'Roggbif Goldstein' - and I notice that Simon Perez died soon after I had competed my 'Stillhetens åndedrag' in september 2016. This 'breathing of silence' is not the same as 'ralle', though.

It is also possible to compare the numbers on the receipt for the Einschreiben - 11500410394806 and R0693681968AT - with the numbers on the address mentioned in this file. There was a coup in Burma recently. The 'cartons' which are sent so often through the post have some similarity of designation with the 'cartoons' of e.g. this file.

'Ran' is a word which means robbery of values by way of any methods - and in Boulder it could be said that 'any methods' were in use. But was it for getting hold of the values? Which values? Well, the semiotic values of that arbitrarity lamb could be considerable for the political intrigue - but the story tells that the incident was in a shop called 'King Soopers'. Should that mean 'kings uter'-US? A sort of rucksack from a Fundstelle? (There is also the story of the 'aperta' PO Box etc).

Denver Post reports from the investigation of the shooting in Boulder that the suspect is identified as Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa and that he acquired the Ruger AR-556 on 16 march - while I made the scans of the 2014 newspaper (scan 1, scan 2, scan 3) - for inclusion into this article on 17 march and more extensively into this article on 21 march - around 15:00 Vienna time on 17 march. The Denver Post reports that "Alissa has a minor criminal history in Colorado, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and court records, including a 2018 conviction for misdemeanor assault". If that could be supposed to count as 'Mr.Minor assault', there could be a slight pedo bi-klang there. I am not pedo or have any other such problems, but it is of course not impossible that the political intrigue hopes to constuct such things on me as a PTRSIM PIK. I am not a murderer, not homo, not pedo, not peeping, neither drinking nor whoring - but clearly if these are problems which the 'intelligence business' is struggling with, they could be hoping for some swipswap mechanisms - and that Boulder story could in principle have been for something like that if there were not personal motives of the shooter. A few years ago I went in winter time towards a shop and a boy age 10-12 came running out from the football cage (where he seemed to play with some other boys) at Reithofferplatz right up from the police station and asked me to unscrew a bottle of soft drink that was a little too tightly screwed on and I so did for him before I continued. A day or two later I was to the same Penny shop and it may have been the same boy who came with his father and they passed by close to me in the narrow lane at the cashier apparently without having bought anything or at least not paying for anything while it was my turn to pay. Not 'bisp-engs-money', though, nor 'bis-peng-skatten' (withhold tax?) either. I speculated if the incident should have looked as if for the boy to identify me for the father. It was on that same Reithofferplatz that a day or two before the incident in Boulder I saw a woman walking a dog in a quite impressive 'gold-silber-rainbow' coat. Likewise, just before another election I went up the Goldschlagstrasse and some boys were sitting outside the Fladerei just visavis the police station at Reithofferplatz and one of them said to the other as I walked by: 'Meine Mutter hat sich entscheidet'. (News told while I was hospitalized in psychiatric custody in Sandviken psychiatric hospital against my 'will' = 'volition' in Bergen - while I lived not far from Bispengsgaten - that Aung San Suu Kyi had got her uterus removed). Ah ja, there are many things happening and could be intrigue could want to combine them to something but it is a pity if one has to look at people in the street in this way.

But if there are things related to me that are used to form the public mythos world, why isnt there anybody telling me at least a little about this so that I do not have to repeat the whole story every time in an enormous lot of detail enough to lend credibility to it? If I got at least some (non-secrecy-claused) confirmation from informed sources, I did not have to struggle so much against these combined data. If there are intrigues that plan to combine them along with a story of 'psychiatric custody' in Bergen and things like that - isnt there anybody who is not a part of this intrigue that could give me at least enough data to make it possible for me to refute such accusations? But then the intrigue wouldnt funtion so well - and they dont want to give me that chance? I mean, if the Capitol Hill - possibly since the times of Kennedy 1957 - has something to do with me and my work they could do me at least such a favour. But maybe there is too much surveillance data consumed (for which there should have been reparation money paid - I am not a part of this intrigue or mythos construction, I am only a private person) to make that easily possible.

Added on 27 march 2021: It was the morning after I had bought and read Michel Houellebecq's 'Le sens du combat' that I peed blood (some deciliters it looked like) and the shell-shaped wheel for closing the bathtub with a metallic cork went off due to material fatigue, probably. The 'shell' fell off and I held it back in the hand. To me these two events in the morning after I had read the book meant the title and author name to the book I had bought. I had used this turning wheel for closing and opening the metallic bathtub cork for 9 years or so - but they were really superfluous luxury items which I did not really need and therefore I pasted white tape over the screw left of the wheel and have used a normal rubber cork since then. I wrote about this acquisition of Houellebecq (but not the blood and the wheel) in my diary of 30 april 2018 - could be that was a few days later:

There were alsosome problems with a hungarian 'Adam', a solid chap who came and sat down next to me in a cafe but soon started getting difficult and I had to withdraw from the place.

The problem is that they survey my workdesk and if I read a book they start such campaign - such as this 'calque raw love' and things like that.

(I dont think 'Adam' was so very difficult - the story was from 1992 - but could be I preferred to sit alone). Now I suddenly discover that there is something called 'Rügepflicht' in austrian houserenting law since 2006: It tells that if some repair which is needed for keeping the interior to the flat is needed for keeping the standard of it 'zeitgemäß', the houseletter has to do it within 3 months after it has been reported. But 'Rüge' means 'Tadel' and therefore there could be an element of 'duty to complain' on certain repair needs which one cannot do oneself - otherwise the house regulations tell that 'minor repairs can be done by the tenant'. Could be it is just to lift the bathtub up and replace the old lever wheel with a new and that's it - in which case there is no 'Rügepflicht'. But if it is not so easy, maybe I have some obligation.

The recent shooter of Boulder reportedly bought a gun type Ruger 556 on 16 march - while I scanned and published the front page of Österreich (2014) with the report on Spindelegger on 17 march. If I had done it early in the morning 17 march, and if the shooter had bought the gun late on 16 march, it could be that he bought it after I scanned the paper. But that is theoretic only - I scanned it around 15:00. However, it is not impossible that this Ruger - if the shooting were organized - referred to Cartoon #1 in the New Yorker issue I discussed - about 'ruge' = norw. for 'hatching out the egg', the two devils talking. And then it could also have been about this 'Rüge-pflicht' - here about the 'screw-cork': But that is just what the boy of Reithofferplatz asked me - if I could open his soft drink 'screw-cork'. (This incident must probably have been before I bought the book). This is a possible theory since the 'Boulder' would then have been Adam - a solid chap - like that boulder coming down the stairs in Bergen. (There is also a town called Bergen in Rügen - the biggest german island not far from Gryfice).

The mid line in the excerpt from my diary tells "No wonder I have turned nearly dyslectic".

I recall a line from an auto biography I read some years ago: "Jeff exploded", was the line. There was a few years ago - probably after this since I made the association - some graffiti in the lower part of a stairway here in this house telling "Jeff. I'm Jeff" - sth like that. Could be "the name is Jeff" - obviously about a Jeff in the lower stairway. The name was mentioned twice, I think, in the graffiti. Cp. also the 'exploded seeds' in my fridge and the main fuse gone out.

Why Ruger 556? Could be because the shell-shaped wheel looks like a wheel on a safe with combination lock: You adjust it to the combination and it opens. Here it is 5-5-6. Not 1-4-4-1 as my bicycle lock in Molde in the 1960's.

In the diary excerpt I also reproduced this photo of an ad up just then and commented: "It could be a paraphrase on Angelina Jolie in SALT saying 'Or-Lov is dead'".

Were there an Or-Lov's captain (isnt that a word? or 'orlop'?) in the Evergreen ship that stranded in the middle of the Suez canal recently? Why did the ship get off normal course? The ad looks also like some words whispered into the top red lights of a traffic light - like that crossing at Wien Stadthalle.

The Denver Post tells that the shooter in Boulder had been sentenced for a Misdemeanor Assault.

It must be called raw persecution if they search out excerpts from surveillance of my private diary and organize such massive media campaigns as this could be about. Of course such persecution should not be permitted to continue for yet another day. Cp. also the issue whether ÖVP is a legal party - or whether it should be outlawed.
