John Bjarne Grover

(I returned from Venice to Vienna on 2 march 2021 because I had not yet found a place to live and a third covid-19 wave could be in the coming, and if travel restrictions could come to prevent border crossings I could be left outdoors - austrian trains to Bolzano were halted from 4-5 march onwards and buses cancelled at least until the end of april).

Today around 1700-1730 I looked up a page on the internet which turned out to be closed by 'server error'. My idea is that maybe there is no real 'server error' but somebody has put it into the network for the single reason of going inbetween me and the world with a 'teaser'.

I have sometimes speculated that Austria came to be a failure for me for one single reason which perhaps could be called 'Europe's most powerful man'. It could be one single person who has been engaging in this sport of turning things around with smart networking tricks for at least a decade. Directed personally against me, that could be. They may consequently have a big problem in this country and they dont know how to solve it themselves.

It could be about a you-and-I type.

This problem may have been going for many years and have grown to look towering big and it now looks so enormous that people think it is something else - some sort of giant historic turn or something like that - and therefore maybe they are not able to solve it because it is 'too big'. But it may perhaps be very simple - it could be one single person with moral problems who knows the art of putting in the blocks just where things turn around and there is nothing to do about it. A hidden 'challenger'.

There was also some terror in Vienna on the evening 2 november last year.

They have this big problem which perhaps could be only about a 'morally insufficient' person. It turns around - and now suddenly somebody rushes up and thinks that 'Mr.Grover is a morally insufficient challenger who throws such dirt at our country' etc etc.

A big pity it is with all the destruction it can have caused. It is not impossible that I will have to move away from the country because of one such single person. But werent it better to try and solve the problem?

I used to write poetry at home but had to give up because of teasers based on surveillance - and so I had to write on coffee points in bakers around town. But then there started appearing muscle selling/serving the bread at the coffee points - and so I eventually had to give up even that. The male breadsellers spread all over Europe. Could well be that single 'teaser'. And, I guess, only because writing poetry is important for me. I like writing poetry - could be the reason.

But, of course, I dont know if there were a 'server error' there.

Added on 9 march 2021: Who could that single human being be who is a problem due to limited humility or other forms of moral insufficiency? Are the 'teasers' simply meant to be a name - in an overall strategy?

It is of course possible that the internet page did not open for technical reasons, but it is also possible that elements of administration had spotted my typing on my home computer (but I had not planned to publish it) "Little mouse has gone in trap. / Can you come and open app?" - and some 'gender-equality-fanatic' could have given in to a 'charming' desire of playing with my 'other side'. This could be a very big problem in Austria - and the highly undesired 'charm' could have been going on for years. So nice to follow the cursor?

But maybe I should not have brought this theme into the discussion? Will it be difficult to get out of it again?

Modern 'etymology' tells perhaps that 'Bjarne' is not 'brave' but rather comes from 'bjørn', an animal that is brown, but most norwegian intuitions will probably agree that this is not a probable derivation. It is more akin to 'barn' = 'child'. It could be political for reasons of 1945? Cp. 'luke-warm': It is probable that one will not find in publically available sources that it relates to 'Vomp-Hinterriss'. ('Lukewarm' is attested allegedly since 1522, according to Oxford's dictionary). 'Luke' in norwegian is a 'trapdoor' or a 'Schalter' in some administrative reception - or as a verb 'to weed'. 'Lukewarm' in norwegian is 'lunka', 'lunken'.

Was it Frau Grøver who could not help rearranging some details in the youngster's room? The quasi 'Madonna'?

I sent an inquiry whether Vomp-Hinterriss, Mittelberg (Kleinwalsertal) and Jungholz could mean simply my name and hence whether it meant that I was freed of quarantine restrictions, but there came no answer - but there came an email from somebody else (instead?). Could be the real problem is that one wants it to mean my name but not to admit that publically. Like 'our policy' not wanting to admit my role as PTRSIM PIK - and therefore the human being (a born sinner, according to christian dogma) is supposed to pay for the costs of moving to another country because that relieves people of the burdens of covid-19 - but the administration will not pay for the costs of the moving because that would be to admit publically that PTRSIM PIK is a role assigned to me. It is these gaps of public truth that are the real problem - and they can be solved by telling the truth, or at least relating to it. To give in to the temptation of using me as a scapegoat is only a trap which no sensible administration will do - but those who could want to go in that trap could find it important to keep the identity of the PTRSIM PIK secret because otherwise it looks not so well with such scapegoating strategies.

Added 18 march 2021: Since my return and after the quarantine ended on 14 march, I have three times (three days) tried to access a BILLA grocery shop I have used earlier - but now there is a man standing up against the wall just outside the entrance, leaning up against the wall apparently constantly (at least when I have observed it) with one leg lifted for the knee to point out and with the footsole against the wall at knee/femur height ('Österpeich' posture? - 'Peik' used to be a normal norwegian dog name). He seems to stand peeping at an internet or mobile phone in his hand. The first time I came and intended to enter he said a 'SERVUS' to me so I changed my mind and went elsewhere. It could be about a 'Bilder, Felsen, Zahlen' (from, Celan's 'Hengst mit dem blühenden Docht' from his 'Fadensonnen', relevant to the front page of my TEQ) intrigue for the HOMO effect? I have twice since I arrived back to Vienna on 2 march paid the DREI internet connection online with VISA. Yesterday it failed when I tried to enter 30 euros again and a test repeat with another 10 euros led to nothing, but I know the data I entered were correct. I then bought a LADEBON for the 'Aufladen' and that went normal - so the only possible explanation to the failed credit card updating would be in the phenomenon of WRONG BANKING. If I were to give up and have to move to another country (if Austria turns out to be unendurable), would the LKW be equipped with SERVO? (The coup in Burma...) To me this story looks like personal persecution of me as the PTRSIM PIK or a role assigned to me as a nave in a 'Natolewice' propeller structure. I was today just about to press the button for a SEND the email to NAV when it knocked on the door and a man (resembling my uncle Per? - he once had a dog but that is long ago) asked if I wanted the water metre read. I had got no termin for that, I said. On the way out of the house some time later, the same person entered the housedoor when I was on the way out. SERVER ERROR? Would the email have arrived after I sent it - or is all post 'off the rails'? (The floppy tells 'do pappa do' when files are copied onto it - a la 'Frobby Provides'? So funny - a 'smallcrook' spirituality - not 'crawlsmukk'?).

Is it Vienna that is bisibisi with turning things homo? I dont think that would be permitted behaviour. Or is it just one single 'intelligence' who is organizing such?

Or is it 'political' - a combination of 'homo' and 'unendurable' meaning that if I have to give up and move to another country, so do the austrians as well?

There has not come any answer from the 'Bürgerservice' to my email inquiry about whether Vomp-Hinterriss, Mittelberg (Kleinwalsertal) and Jungholz - on the background of the data in the file 'Why I have stayed outside Austria since 27 july 2020' - listed in the travel restrictions (by the Sozialministerium) as those who are freed of quarantine by border crossing ('Für welche Personengruppen bestehen Ausnahmen bei der Einreise, so dass sie ohne Einschränkungen nach Österreich einreisen können?') - should be taken to mean my name and person. Sie also the Spindlegger story with the 1223.

Theory: If they cannot let it be to abuse me, then they lose Tirol. Therefore I have to move to another country so they do not lose Tirol? Of course not - it means that they have to stop abusing me. But they cannot 'Let it be'? That was the name of the last Beatles record - in norwegian 'La de[t] være' - I think around the time when the Grøvers moved into Labråten - and it could have meant 'Lade gevære[t]' = 'load the gun': The issue could have been that if the immigrants to USA really should have shot dead so many millions of indians, they would not have had the time to 'load the gun'. The issue could have been Adolf Hitler's pogroms in Europe? Mass shootings were conducted at least in Lithuania near Vilnius, at Paneriu, as far as I know.

Of course I have understood the 'administrative principle' that progress can be made for me and my work only if I am outside Austria - when I am inside it goes the other way - but the international 'intelligence mafia' makes sure that it is difficult for me to move permanently outside Austria so it means that the result is not progressive but rather stays within the limits of the Gryfice-Natolewice propeller. Of course I have discovered this principle and of course it is intelligence mafia logic only: It cannot be a part of official administration - I mean, to put up such a chap outside the leben-SMITTE-lshop Billa. So that is no reason at all. Does it mean that the austrian intelligence mafia has to pay for the damages to the world health from their own personal and private wallets? It could mean so. It seems to be that same 'propeller logic': 'Ka febr a un?' = 'what feber does she have?' It is Cafe Braun 'politics' only - the chaps are happy when daddy is back home and they can run around and 'daddy pays'. The stories are told around the foaming beer - the Kennedy assassination... world power... absolutely top politics...

The problem could be that states have not paid for the damage made by abuse of surveillance material from my life and work.
