After a decision in the norwegian parliament ('Storting') there are 6 weeks of potential appeal before the decision is legally valid. On 21 may 2025 there was the deadline for this as far as concerns the middle of the tax year on 2-3 july. I had fancied that there has long been an international call for an apology and economic compensation to me - this should have come in the year 2000 at the latest but we are now a quarter of a century later and so far nothing has happened. It may be that the waiting cannot continue. Did anything happen on 21 may 2025? When I saw the news of the shooting of two employees at the israeli embassy in Washington in the evening of that day I first thought: This is very strong signal to the norwegian state that time is out and the delay cannot be tolerated any longer. On the day when I turned 16 on 29 june 1973 I should have got the new father's identity but got it not - and the israeli ambassador to Maryland was shot 'instead' and the palestinian intelligence chief was shot the next day - and the Yom Kippur war followed some weeks later. The world has to get that story of Hitler and his colleagues before it is all too late. Jimmy Carter and Walter Mondale were names telling of that replacement of the official father in 1969 and such highlevel politics must have a good reason. However, the second thought was not so good: Ahja, it may look like that - but it is probably only the nazi liga who shot the employees at the israeli embassy in order to control this call for an apology themselves. There probably came no decision in the norwegian parliament but there came this newspiece instead.

If I were the world's people, I would have concluded that there could be the time for an articulation of a deep distrust towards the world's current situation - since they have not yet come out with that story of the postwar Hitler and his government (if that is what it was). The people must ask for an explanation. The socalled expeditions to the moon in 1969 - in that same summer when my official father was replaced with a copy (who never told his identity and therefore could have been Adolf Hitler) - were of course factually impossible in those days - it is probably still not within technical reach to send humans safely thereto and back again and much less in 1969 when a computer such as a smartphone today was as big as a house, if it could be made at all - so this story of the alleged landings on the moon only served to tell that "THERE EXISTS A TERRIBLY BIG LIE IN THE WORLD and we cannot tell it so far". ('Do you believe in these stories about the moon'?) But one day it must be told - otherwise it will come to turn around on those who left it to the perpetrators to confess. If this is the real reason for the war in Ukraine, why hasnt Russia told it? Or this BRICS association of countries - who probably can be sort of defined by just that?

Are the moon landings what makes for the unity of NATO?

It is said in the news that the man who shot Milgrim/Lischinsky outside the israeli embassy some days ago allegedly was called 'Elias Rodriguez' - which could sound like 'a lie as [big as] rådhuset' = 'a lie as [big as] the city hall'. The 'Crocus' of the 'Crocus City Hall' could apply to the private address of Jens Stoltenberg, former chief of NATO and current minister of finance in the norwegian government. 'Rådhuset' means 'the advice-house'. I hope the story from Washington does not apply to me and my good advices.

Norway may have been established in 1814 for being the shape of Henry VIII's penis (for his marital conjunction) and the dumpingplace for England's problems with such a constitution of their anglican church - that the pope would not allow him to divorce and marry another woman and therefore he broke with the Vatican and made his own church of England. This is what all norwegians feel very well - if there is talk of marriage a norwegian mind will fall down in mental attempts to cling on to something dignified etc untill it stops on 'the in and out of the vagina' - isnt that what a marriage is? Everything is condoms and non-condoms - isnt that what logic is all about? In this helpless and ridiculous situation, the norwegians have a need for a dumpingplace for jerking these spiritual problems (which they have got from England) further on elsewhere and they probably use me for that - hence all this penis program on my person - such as by the assassination of Aldo Moro ('that old fun') in 1978. And they dont want to give up that dumping-chance by coming with an apology. There could have been much terror which serves this 'international' needs. The quasi-official reason for the norwegian state formation in 1814 was the british need for making a swastika on Europe for getting not only napoleonic France but also (and probably primarily) catholic Italy under control thereby - and this was the logo and program of Adolf Hitler who thereby served british interests. Therefore Hitler in Norway for his 'zweite Reich' is easy to understand - and one could guess that he could have gone back to England for a 'dritte Reich' and that the whole story with Hitler was a gigantic 'jerk-off' of that old spiritual problems they could have (also) in England due to Henry VIII's marital conjunction problems - this would also have been the reason for 'Adoll Fitler's name, not the least in combination with 'Heinrich Luitpold Himmler's.

So religion isnt much outdated - on the contrary that is still what humans are constantly concerned with. But in Norway they tend to believe that religion is oldfashioned and outdated and soon the computers take over and computers dont believe in Santa Claus, and norwegians may feel that it is ridiculous to believe in religion - since the theology seems to tell that Jesus was a sort of 'loopaper' whose function is to make human life more comfortable since he can be used as dumpingplace for spiritual problems. The norwegians (by the state formation) have this problem of falling down in the mental attempts to cling onto something dignified etc untill it stops approximately down there (under the waistline) - by the 'comfort' with Jesus etc. Therefore the 'dumping' solution and they wont apologize and lose that chance. They feel that they are the 'loopaper' for England and dont like that but there is not much they can do about it. 'United and loyal untill Dovre falls' was the motto for the statemaking in 1814 - 'Dovre' is that snow-white mountain region on the border to Sweden - but the motto probably meant the white cliffs of Dover.

The problem is the norwegian state formation in 1814 and then the state was established for being antisemitic - hence Hitler and Himmler were as well - that would have been the background of the tragic story from the israeli embassy in Washington some days ago.

All these problems were probably the reason for the two world wars in the 20th century - and the winner of the war was the one who got the chance to dump these problems onto the loser. Now if the story with Hitler and Henry's penis is not told out loud, the same problems may come to arise again and it is too bad if the world must enter into a third world war for getting the dumping machine up and going again.

The problem is probably mainly the moral. China had a (moral) culture revolution the result of which is seen today: Western media channels are now completely bogged down in aggressive marketing, which can be seen as a sort of 'dumping' solution, and it is hard to find a western news channel on internet which allows you to read through an article without being attacked by hostile propaganda, in some news channels it is even hard to distinguish between news and advertisement, and nearly all western news channels will prompt you for a consent on (Henry's?) 'cookies', while chinese newspapers - such as e.g. China Daily - are rather free from all those moral problems.

My article 'The submorphemic Aristotle' presents an alternative solution to these problems - by suggesting that the reformation around 1500 (when these protestant problems started) really had its basis in a theological mis-reading of Aristotle (due to the epistemic shift around the birth of Christ) which could not be solved in those days - it is only with modern postwar information theory that it can be solved. This theory also tells the solution that the state formation of Norway in 1814 really could have had its origins in the norwegian language which could have been found to possess a unique chance to understand Aristotle right and therefore could have led to a solution to all those protestant-catholic conflict problems: Therefore the urgent need for a state formation of Norway in 1814 was this linguistic-philosophical reason - but this reason was couped by the british need for a dumpingplace and therefore the reason came to be misconceived as the one of the swastika and all that politics. There was a strong language conflict in Norway - between the language people who wanted to establish the original and radical 'nynorsk' as basis for the state against those 'continentals' who wanted to reconcile the norwegian with the danish administrative language - it was the latter who won and Hans-Henrik Holm came to be badly abused probably by the nazis who wanted the political reason for the state formation of Norway instead of the linguistic-philosophical one. (I have guessed that his 6-volume poetry work 'Bygdir i solrøyk' = 'Villages in sunsmoke' could have been the basis for the hundreds of episodes about villains in 'Gunsmoke' on american radio and TV through some decades after the war, which means that he could have been almost as persecuted as I seem to be). There are some reasons to believe that Hitler's government was built up around Holm's poetry. Again, there would have been a quasi-reason for this - that the reason was the name of Holm since the Madonna of Fatima used to appear on a 'holm-oak' in Cova da Iria when she revealed herself to the visionary children (and when Hitler tried to dress up as Jesus born from the Beer Hall Putsch whereby he 'putsched' the 'beer hall' of the Madonna - whereby God 'putsched' the fatherhood to Jesus - from Lenin's revolution which Hitler may have taken to have been released by the Fatima revelations, then he really tried to coup the linguistic-philosophical reason - dressed up as 'Holm' + 'oak') - while the factual reason probably would have been Holm's radical 'nynorsk' program - he tried to dig up that original language which probably could have contained the solution to the riddle of Aristotle - that riddle which was the source of all the problems since the 1500's and this was the revolution which Hitler factually wanted to coup.

I dont know if anything is known about when Hans-Henrik Holm, born 1896 had completed his 'Bygdir i solrøyk' - it is possible that the whole 6-volume work of poetry (published as late as 1949-51) was abused for making Hitler's government in 1933 and most of his work thereafter came to be the 7-8 volume 'Norwegian folk epic' (the first volume of these was published in 1933) which could have been his attempt to 'take the nazis' in order to be able to write yet a little poetry. He collected this poetry in his 'Attljod frå gamaltidi' = 'Echo from olden times' (which could have been telling of maybe even aristotelic olden times) and the scandal is that this is not yet even published but is said to exist in one handwritten copy in the norwegian national library. My view is that this work of his - which today has perhaps very small commercial value - should be published on the internet - in its original handwriting and with an attempted transcription. That could help a lot against the nazification of the story.

(Would there be 'intelligence' interests trying to prevent the publication of 'Attljod frå gamaltidi'? If so, would that be because they want to use it for abusive purposes - such as the shooting of the israelis some days ago could have been a part of an attempt to 'coup' my literary work?)

It may be even worse: It could be that the apparent norwegian need for a dumping solution on me really is an attempt to swap roles with me for landing in that linguistic-philosophical reason for the state (of 1814) rather than the political reason which turns them into a dumpingplace. Were this even the reason for the constitutional antisemitism of 1814 - since jews were 'cultural' more than political and constituted the foundation of the christian creed? This could still be the essence of antisemitism.

Why all this nonsense below the waistline? Why does it fall helplessly down - is it only because humans cannot pull themselves up by the hair like Münchhausen? It could be that all the swapomania is only because the linguistic-philosophical reason constantly is couped by the political because the linguistic-philosophical reason could not be described - before I published the eureka now on 11 april 2025. As long as this problem of two different reasons for the 1814 state formation (and many other things since the reformation) is completely unarticulated, it could continue to look as it should be right and just to try and 'swap over' onto the linguistic-philosophical reason rather than remaining in the pitiful political place. Much exploitation (with all its role-swap potential) has taken place in the world since the times of the reformation. Therefore the solution (the 'advice'?) I now have found could be of much value.

PS 1 - What is so interesting about the mid of the tax year? It is probable that my head was opened not long after my birth in 1957 (the skull is intact) and it is known that people who have suffered such childhood abuse will have large problems with paying tax - or even only declaring income to the tax office. My disability pension was tax free untill 2010 when a norwegian withholding tax was imposed on my pension. I was not aware of this condition of mine and therefore sent an annual letter to the tax office in Vienna telling of my income, even if it was not necessary since my pension (later benefit) was tax free by the double taxation agreement. If these factors or other factors (such as e.g. this '1223' one) would have been the reason, I dont know, but the fact is that my health deteriorated rather constantly and gradually since 2015 (possible since some years before that as well) untill I collapsed completely at the end of 2018 and had to stay in hospital in Venice for 7 weeks, more or less constantly on intravenous support. As I slowly improved throughout 2019, I discovered this phenomenon at the end of 2019, by the outbreak of COVID. Since a few years ago I stopped sending the (unnecessary) annual letter to the tax office - and it may have been this which caused such an enormous change in my health condition - I have been on my way upwards since then, and of course the weeks in hospital would have contributed significantly to that. But it is probable that tax is rather impossible for me - just as applications generally are.

PS 2 - Did Holm complete his 'Bygdir i solrøyk' before Hitler formed his government? There could exist a proof of that in terms of the name and birthyear of 'Noam Chomsky': The post-1969 'Grøver' (Hitler?) told me once of the norwegian hymn poet Halmrast that he had written the famous easter hymn 'Å salige stund uten like' but died in poverty in an attic - something like that. The line is 'Jeg levende så ham i haven': By the story of the norwegian king and crown prince escaping the nazis in 1940 when they went with boat from Molde for London but no sooner had they come out in 'open sea' = 'rom sø' they changed their course and went north to 'Tromsø' before they some weeks later continued down to their destination London, when 'open sea' = 'havet' = 'the ocean' while 'haven' = 'the garden', this 'så ham i haven' = 'saw him in the garden' could be interpreted likewise as 'Noam Chomsky' (by 'Chomsky' = 'Tromsø') and hence 'levende' = 'alive' would be a play on 'inheritance' when 'arvam' = 'inherited him', hence 'Avram Noam Chomsky' = 'levende så ham i haven' = 'saw him alive in the garden'. If the theory be right that Hitler's government was constructed around the poetry of Holm, which could have been for the quasi-reason that a line of Holm could have happened to encode the name of 'Adolf Hitler', it makes sense that Chomsky could have been made as a jewish 'proof' of the constitution of Hitler's government when he was born in 1928 - five years before Hitler made his government. It is also possible that Himmler's death camp Chelmno (which opened one day after Chomsky's 13th birthday) could have encoded just this aspect - for couping the linguistic-philosophical reason into the political. It is also a point that 'Grøver' told me that he had once seen Holm walking down the main street in Oslo in a black fluttering coat - which could be a symbol of the name of 'Adolf Hitler' (the coat is then the 'A' of the 'doll') - and hence it could in fact have served to tell about this special role of Holm for the constitution of Hitler's government. But this would have presupposed that Holm's 'Bygdir i solrøyk' would have been completed before Hitler formed his government (or its members had come to some public exposure) even if it was not published before 1949-51.

PS 3 - This morning my bicycle back tyre was flat. It could be pumped up again and then it held the air. A little twig had inserted itself into the nave two days ago when I last used it and the theoretic possibility exists that this little twig could have come in contact with the valvecap and detached it - this sounds improbable but if this were not the reason, the deflation must have been made by some intruder. Hobby, OBI, Hokkaido, Okkaido? 26/5-25: However, this morning it was nearly flat so either there is a small hole in it which takes 12 hours or more to deflate or it has happened again. I should take the chance on a small hole.

26/5-2025: What could have been the linguistic-philosophic reason for the state formation of Norway in 1814? I am only guessing - but one could think of a reason such as e.g. this example whereby e.g. the aristotelian concept of ὕλη in combination with μορφή = 'base of logarithm' in this 'submorphemic' sense of it could have been perceivable in the language in the form of (a linguistic correlate to) an 'exponential' function on the distribution of acoustic elements in such a way that it could have been the same throughout the various hierarchic levels of the language - say, in such a way that the distribution of probabilities (by some metric for sorting and stacking in a spectrum) could have allowed for spectra of probabilities matching the acoustic spectra (by some metric, say, symmetries). One could think of this as an intuitive cultural signal of an expectation of a descent from a higher to a lower level of dimensions (in the language that could have been the hierachies of linguistic levels) in such a way that it could have created messianic expectations - such as e.g. the idea of a PTRSIM PIK could be about - PTRSIM PIK resembles my fundamental theorem of linguistics and could constitute the ideal counterpart to a logical and submorphemic aristotelianism. (This PTRSIM PIK function could have been the background e.g. of the current crisis in the Middle East). If so, one could think of this as the background of e.g. the construction of 'Heimskringla' (which could have been one of the reasons for the 1814 state formation) if this should have been a piece of fraud fabricated for such political reasons - the idea would then have been that hebrew at the time of the birth of Christ could have been on such a distributional kind and therefore one could have made 'Heimskringla' as an antisemitic mock variant for Norway (on basis of word pairs designating 'smelly' or negative concepts in hebrew with homophonic correlates for some positive meaning in norwegian - hence that 'below the waistline' phenonenon) - for example for making that dumpingplace function on basis of some real aspect of norwegian language at that time. I dont know if sufficient language samples from that original norwegian language at that time (some dialect such as e.g. Setesdal or Telemark) exist for a rudimentary testing of such an hypothesis - probably not, and that would have been the reason for the language conflict on the topic of the need for preserving the original language for highlighting such a basis for the state formation. This language conflict came to lose much of its rationale with the invention of more sophisticated recording technologies for acoustic data and is today not interesting any longer. The example with ὕλη and μορφή is only one possible form - one could think of various such solutions for the other aristotelian concepts I have discussed and with a sufficient amount of these the language with these properties could have been conceived as possessing a high explanatory value for solving the political conflicts which have dominated Europe since the times of the reformation. A closer study of my article could tell what sort of enlightenment that could mean - this feeling of an opening of the philosophical space that could follow from the solution to the conflicts that otherwise could dominate and control it.

The people must ask for an explanation". Is this what Europe says to Russia in the current Ukraine conflict? Were the peace conditions in 1945 of such a kind that continental Europe is helpless relative to England and cries for help from Russia - and when Europe increases its support to Ukraine that is an expression of a 'deep distrust' towards Russia because they have not yet told the truth about Adolf Hitler? As soon as they have got the magic words from Russia they can stop dancing to the british pipes. Austria and Germany may suffer from the waiting for this truth-piece and in the mean time they feel 'homo' - because they are left on the wrong side of the two reasons.

The war in Ukraine claims probably something like 1000 lives per day on each side - that is very heavy terror. It is possible that this is the payment for the plagiarisms of my work which seems to be to an extreme degree. If somebody told me that among the literary works that are published nowadays in Europe something like 80% are plagiarisms of my work, and the aim of the publishers is to get it up in 100%, I would not be surprised. The enormous amount of plagiarisms must be paid for either with money or with terror. The war in Ukraine could probably be stopped by paying with money instead of with more terror - but clearly Adolf Hitler wants it to be paid with terror since that propels his career. It is possible that the situation in Ukraine has the one and only purpose of getting the postwar story of Hitler and Himmler up in daylight - at the conference in Yalta on Crimea in 1945 it may have been Churchill on behalf of western Europe who decided on the status of Hitler's continued career - but Stalin and Roosevelt could have changed their minds later. (Had the russians discovered something already in 1945? Is this photo the background of the joke about Fingal Olsson - which could be a joke about Hitler's 'zweite Reich'?) A war takes many decades to heal and it may be that Europe now wants a 1945 decision to be altered - not the least due to the post-1945 progress in information theory which now (by my discovery) will alter the basis for the conflict between catholicism and protestantism: It may have been this conflict which was at the heart of WWII and the status of postwar Europe.

The computers will take over most of what humans used to do. Some say that whatever a human can do a computer will come to do much better. But dogs can smell a hermetically sealed banknote and gulls can reportedly fly thousands of kilometres through arctic air without resting or eating - humans cannot understand how this is possible. Mysticism will be the new field of inquiry for the computers (the new field of formalization of reality) but they will probably never come to understand it as humans can. My novel 'The Dreamer' and my poetic work 'The Endmorgan Quartet' are mystic works and it may be that this is the reason for the apparent avalanche of plagiarisms on them - on basis of a 1945 decision in Europe. But that is not a smart solution - to try and swap over onto 'the other reason' by joining forces with the computers by way of extensive plagiarisms of my work. It is the mysticism which will be the rescue of the humans - not the least for such reasons will the old battle between protestantism and catholicism be calmed down. The italian renaissance was probably the same as my discovery - but on an intuitive format.

Humans cannot rescue their future by feeding the computers with swindle - such as these secret plagiarisms of my mystic work. The norwegians (the scotsman with the matches, as starts Martin Ljung) are perhaps dreaming of a christmas table with steak and lighted christmas tree and it will be so nice and cosy in heaven. The 'yellow one' is me? Andersen's little match girl - trying to sell 'Hammerfest' matches? But those are fairy tales only. The norwegians must stop swapping around on me.

(Are the nazis or 'secret intelligence services' trying to create the illusion that I am putting fire to young sweet girls in the dark and cold night - and it is such a gripping fairy tale? And by doing it themselves - putting fire to young girls - they try to pretend that they are me? It is time to come down to reality).

2/6-25: 'Deep distrust' could be my situation with the hernia I developed a few years ago and which forces me to wear a hernia belt - a 'hip distruss' is somewhat uncomfortable. Could be it is the 'dyttsche spreche' which has problems.
