The 'raggsokk' Doppelgänger theory

This file shows that my genetic parents probably are Nelly Sachs and Paul Celan.
See the 'ABC of politics' - search 'childhood memory' - for my first childhood memory and how that constitutes a proof of Sachs and Celan as my genetic parents. This is discussed also briefly under this file - search 'Balfour declaration'. This 'Balfour declaration' of 1917 is the beginning of the state of Israel - and it contains the essential formula that 'it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country'. It is possible to see this as the inherent 'british' reason for Hitler's holocaust - since it is likely that an israeli state could not be erected in the palestinian area without this leading to problems for the civil and judicial rights of the palestinian people. Therefore, this logic would go, the holocaust was a severe injustice against the jews and hence the same injustice against the palestinians could be what secured the rights of the jewish people to take the territory there. If there are speculations of a british Hitler, this could be the point to see its quasi rationale.
The question is therefore whether the recent attack on Israel of 7 october 2023 could have been what prompted a counterattack from Israel as revenge against Hamas allegedly hiding behind civilian palestinians - and if this attack came to be sufficiently serious - the numbers that are mentioned so far run to 20.000 palestinian civilians or thereabout - but these numbers seem to come from Hamas - it could serve as quasi justification for a corresponding decimation of the israeli population 'in any other country', that is, the diaspora. This could even be seen as a possible strategy for a 'Black Sea Loop'.
Now it must be observed that this 'Balfour declaration' associates via 'norwegian-style logic' with my first childhood memory in the sense of 'på alle fire' = 'on all four' = 'ball-four' - from which it furthermore associates with the austrian 'ballroom' phenomenon. It means that the issue of 7 october 2023 could be tentatively associated with my person via this Balfour declaration mentioned in this file. If that were the explanation, it can be observed that it thereby also could come to associate with this file - of some relevance now at the centennial anniversary of the death of Lenin on 24 january 2024. The question is therefore - if norwegian interests, could be via austrian ballroomers, were involved in the preparations for the attack - if the purpose with it could have been about 'dumping blame' for a centennial memory of the death of Lenin - to the extent that this death is associated with norwegian political intrigue - onto me.
I think I recall that a good part of Antarctica (Queen Maud's land) used to count as a legitimate norwegian territorial claim - and hence Norway, with its 4-5 million people, thereby could aspire to be one of the world's biggest territories. I think these territorial claims or rather aspirations came to be considered as annulled after the death of Indira Gandhi - was that the story? But dont blame me for that. Svalbard is half norwegian - shared with Russia - it is 'the same land'. The theory that Norway could have been involved in the death of Lenin could be same as the theory that it would have been Hitler's coup attempt of the russian revolution - see the article on the possible Hitler's postcard.
The theory is that Celan visited me in Odda in Norway around 2-3 september 1960 - this theory finds some evidence in the poem "Die Schleuse" which he wrote immediately after his return to Paris. According to Barbara Wiedemann's "Kommentierte Gesamtausgabe in einem Band", he started writing the poem on 13 september 1960 and ended it in may 1961. The theory is that he could have met me - then 3 years of age - some days before he started writing it. In probably late 1960 I got a fantasy friend called 'Gori'. I remember this well: We played together in a cardboard box and he claimed to live behind the mirror on the wall - which I had to doubt since I inspected the mirror and it seemed to be too thin for that.
The theory that Celan visited me in 1960 - probably on 3 september 1960, that could have been - would assume that he had gone there under false identity - but probably with some legal protection from french or jewish intelligence. But for Celan to travel on false passport to Norway it could have been necessary with a 'Doppelgänger' for swapping passports, a person who travelled under Celan's identity to Stockholm while Celan went to Odda - and the natural theory is that he would have been found by french or jewish intelligence, who presumably also would have been responsible for the quasi-crime. Nelly Sachs had visited the Celans in Paris in june 1960 and on her departure he could have given her a letter with high-classified secrets about their parenthood to me (including details on my environments), and with the instruction to destroy the letter after she had read it through. Indication of this is found in Sachs' letter of 18 june 1960 to Celan immediately after her return to Stockholm:
"Und ich hatte Gisèles Brief und Pauls Brief und zweimal Buber. Und ich legte dies alles zu den anderen Geliebten und dann schlief ich und war wieder bei Euch. Und alles getan wie du wolltest Paul - den Brief vernichtete ich mit geschlossenen Augen in der dunklen Ausstrahlung des Schmerzes".
Not soo long after this started her nervous breakdown by which she stayed in mental hospital for several years - letter to Celan of 25 july 1960:
"Eine Nazi Spiritist-Liga jagt mich so schrecklich raffiniert mit Radiotelegraph, sie wissen alles, wohin ich den Fuß setzte. Versuchten mit Nervengas als ich reiste. Schon seit Jahren heimlich in meinem Haus, höre durch Mikrophon durch Wände".
This could have been words from my own world - conceived in her empathical understanding. She asked him to come quickly to Stockholm to visit her in the psychiatric hospital, which he did, but it seems that she did not recognize him or did not want to talk with him when he arrived and he returned to Paris after a week, apparently without having been accepted by her. See Dinesen 1994 page 310, Felstiner 1997 page 213, Bahr 1980 page 54. [The first issue 8/1-24 of this article contained a deplorable error: The Bahr quote was under the link to Dinesen while reference to Bahr was omitted - this error was due to insufficient work facilities with only scans from the pages available]. Official sources seem to tell that he stayed in Stockholm from 1 to 7 september 1960. Before his departure from Paris, he seems to have sent her a telegram telling "Kann am vierten bei Dir sein herzlichst P." but ticket for travel from Paris is dated 31 august with arrival on 1 september. It is therefore possible that Celan travelled on a Doppelgänger's passport to Odda in Norway for visiting me there while the Doppelgänger went to Stockholm and was not accepted by Sachs. Wiedemann (p. 677 - on 'Die Schleuse') comments on Celan's visit to Stockholm that he himself had notated the address of his lodging there as "Linnegatan 12" which was an error - it was in "Linnegatan 2", writes Wiedemann.
The theory arises that this pretext for Celan to go to Stockholm (clandestinally to Odda) could have been preappointed in Paris - but it is a little difficult to understand that she could have spent 3 years in psychiatric custody if it were only for such a pretext. She was probably authentically ill - see Fritsch-Vivié's biography pages 120-121 for two handwriting samples - the 'healthy' one of 1967 on page 121 is the same type as her 1920 style on page 45, while the sample on page 120 is probably what is recognized as 'schizophrenic' handwriting - written on 1 august 1957, that is, some days after my newborn head could have been opened in probably july 1957.
The 'Doppelgänger' theory could be balanced against the report of Brigitta Eisenreich in her book "Celans Kreidestern" (Suhrkamp 2010). There is a letter there from the same period of the summer 1960.
Sachs and Celan died in april-june 1970 - that is about a decade thereafter. Per Borten was PM in Norway 1965-71 and resigned on the day which left my 11th birthday in the exact mid point. The reason for his resignation was that he had leaked classified material to a journalist in an airplane - but he defended himself with claiming (I recall that I saw him telling this on TV) that it was a GLIPP = 'mistake', a 'glitsch'. 'Klipp' is what you do with a 'saks' = 'scissors'. Hence the theory that she had read the letter from Celan on the airplane and a 'journalist' (= 'intelligence representative'?) behind her had read it over her shoulder. The official reason for or at least timing of the Borten government was in the Lygren case - Ingeborg Lygren (means 'Ingeborg the Liar') was in 1965 suspected of espionage in her work in the norwegian embassy in Moscow. Celan had probably been in intimate relations with Ingeborg Bachmann in Wien in the late 1940's - and as such the story with Lygren could have pointed to Celan as the genetic father of mine. The film "The third man" seems to be about this (the issue who is the genetic father to me, that could be) and it was made very soon after their brief relation in Vienna. If the 'Wachtmeister' (in the film) had found some genetic material left in a rubber 'sock' on the floor of Bachmann, if this were the origins of me, how can we know whose material it was - that not a third man was involved? That is, who is my genetic father? The secret plot is probably to claim that it was Adolf Hitler - according to these data. The film is based on Graham Greene's screenplay - and the real theme of the film can probably be said to be 'Spjelkavik' - if a 'third man' had been 'spjelka' onto the genetics - here a screenshot from an early scene in the film on youtube.com. This could also be the reason why the film has been on Burg cinema in Vienna every day for 60 years or so - as if for repeating this important point called 'Spjelkavik'.
But if Sachs and Celan are my genetic parents, why am I not so similar to them? I have fancied that certain child abuses leave certain imprints on the physiognomy - and that e.g. the head opening in 1957 could, under certain circumstances, lead to 'cheekbones' which I have but Sachs and Celan have not. The evidence I have is a magnet-tomography scan which shows that a part of the lower occipital lone of the brain is scissored off but the skull is intact. Could it have been a laser? I have furthermore fancied that if such early head opening be combined with systematic indexical mobbing such as these data could be telling of, then a hernia will develop e.g. at age beyond 60, such as happened with me - and that this will not apply if a laser were the reason. But these are knowledges which is not on the internet and not in the bookshop but could be reserved for 'intrigue' in the secret intelligences. But I have more deep-socketed eyes than Sachs and Celan - how come? The official custody parents have admitted that I nearly died from an 'allergic attack' in Hammerfest 1958 or 1959 but claim that I did it myself - by putting a nut in my mouth - but if the head were opened it is of course possible that they had put in the chemicals themselves - and that this could lead to deep-socketed eyes. One could fancy that rapes in childhood could lead to a withdrawn or undeveloped chin - which Celan did not have. Etc - it is even possible that the custody parents could have been modelled on basis of such knowledge for engineering a convincing similarity with me. This again could have been for the idea of a 'dritte Reich' - Hitler entering into a quasi-jewish role while blames for terror and war crimes be dumped on me.
Celan's poem 'Die Schleuse' (source Celan 2003) - named after 'Slussen' in Stockholm - contains the two hebrew words "Kaddisch" and "Jiskor". He started writing this poem soon after his (alleged) visit to Stockholm in 1960.
These two words can be traced to David's Psalm 2, the two first lines, which I can read according to my memories from those days of 1960. I had (around 1960) been with my elder sister (a year and a half older than me) across the river (well, a creek behind the house we lived in - the house was called 'Annekse[t]') to a woman living in a house there - a veritable expedition out in the world that was for a 3 year old - and this woman had helped me off with the wellingtons and I had one green (or blue) and one red sock, the unpairedness of which was felt as embarassing. This is told in the phonology of the first line of the Psalm #2:
"La meg raggsokk og gi meg ulumim, ja Gori" = 'Let me raggsokk [= thick woolen sock] and give me ulumim, yeah Gori" = 'Gi meg raggsokk...' (cp. also a 'ragg-ulum' as in 'graft rag-ula' for 'Graf Dracula' as Austria's other side - transylvanian - which could have been associated with me as a 'beast of terror' - I probably broke a toe on a platform) - next follows with the Q from the end of the first line 'Q-it-jats-vo' for the forms 'Kat-jits-vo' = 'Kaddisch-Jiskor':
This could be related to the reason for the name of 'Gori', my fantasy friend from those days.
La meg raggshock i mora mi-M. Jeg er Gori - Kaddisch...
Let me raggschock in my mother. I am Gori - Kaddisch...
This could also have been taken to refer to the electroshocks ('raggshock'?) given to Nelly Sachs in her psychiatric custody. The difference between the readings 'yeah Gori' and 'Jeg er Gori', 'gi meg ragg[h]sokk' and 'la meg raggs[h]okk' would be equivalent to the socalled 'FISh phenomenon' of children's phonology whereby speaker's and listener's articulatory and auditive features are not distinguished as they are for adults.
See Celan's letter #125 to his wife of 5 september 1960. There are several allusions to Norway in this letter: 1) Those coming running from all sides ('rask-all-de-kom' cp. 'Raskolnikov' at the confession), 2) 'de gants blancs' (= 'de ga blanke', 'they gave a good [damn]'), 3) 'preuve de faussette' ('Beweis der Falschheit') = 'prøvde å få sett det' = 'tried to get a glimpse of it'. The white gloves can be recognized in the 'raggs[h]ocks', while 'preuve de faussete' can be spotted in the two successive forms:

Celan's 'Kaddisch-Jiskor' was written in 1960-61. Whether this could have been any part of the background of the Kennedy-Fitzgerald assassination, I dont know. I recall that the first word I learnt to read, in probably the late summer or autumn 1963, was 'pannekake' = 'pancake', at which the father, who learnt me this, laughed a lot. In theory, the Kennedy assassination (he was allegedly hit in the upper head and in the throat, according to the official version) could have been another such way of hampering my development - since it would not have been a good start of my reading career.
My younger sister was born on 23 february 1961 - while Celan's poem was still not finished. I recall well the news of a sister that morning. Clearly the mythos that Kennedy took her place in the late 1970's could find its origins in this complex - including my reading career.
US president Clinton's vice president Al Gore is a name in potential allusion to this Gori - possibly in extension from this poem of Celan.
Had Celan these Psalm 2 things in his private notes?
The timeline of 1960 is this:
1) Celan and Sachs appoint to meet in Zürich - early may 1960
2) Adolf Eichmann is arrested - 11 may 1960 = 12 may 1960 GMT
3) Celan and Sachs meet in Zürich - 25 may 1960. He invites her to Paris.
4) Sachs stays with Alfred Andersch and wife - 2-13 june 1960
5) Celan and Sachs meet in Paris - 13-17 june 1960
6) Sachs returns to Stockholm - 17 june 1960
7) Sachs has her nervous breakdown, hospitalized - 8 august 1960
8) Celan leaves Paris for Stockholm to visit her - 31 august 1960

Reading this through, I immediately recognize photo #21 from the the photos of the Danube Island in the form 'getanzt die ganze Nacht hindurch' (around the hammer & sickle on the ground). Searching for the mirror point in the letter should - if this theory is right - be indicative of the mirror photo in the series - which is photo #3. This relevant excerpt should be the upper underscored line:

One sees the 'entsetzlichen Angriffe' by the man in tirolerhat shooting 'birds' out against the female body - spurred by that large female breast pointing towards him. (This story could be seen to provide empirical support to 'The theory of menat qua inhalation' in this study - here for the idea of a social-maternal attachment of mine to Nelly Sachs via this letter, in accordance with this theory of Sachs as my genetic mother).
And thereby the question is: What is the mid turning point in this series? Clearly 'würde es nicht wagen' could refer to photo #12 - the man-on-wagon scenario. Soon thereafter follows the following fragment which is easy to decipher:
It turns around for my world in Odda: "Hat 'Annekse[t]' ihre tamen/Damen hinter sich? Und die Ausdehnung mit den Edenstellfarben..."
'Daumen hinter sich' etc (cp. 'dritte Reich') - there could be much 'biz' on this.
For the 'Menschen hineingemalt', see the 'Malve-skurd' of this story: 'Skurd' = the harvesting of the corn, hence the 'AReTs' = 'the land' in this form of the Psalm 2:
In my copy of 'Briefe der Nelly Sachs', I had annotated with pencil 'annekset' in the margin at 'Annette':
The political interests which also could have been active behind the attack on Israel of 7 october 2023 could of course have been out for this 'hat Annekse[t] ihre Damen hinter sich?' - could be even with a background in my pencil annotation. This spoonerism could find some background in the only letter of Eisenreich to Celan from this time period of 1960 - from "Celans Kreidestern":
As it is seen from the notes at the end of the letter, this mention of 'Kreidesternchen' could be also the rationale for the title to this book with correspondence and documents on the alleged extramarital relation of Celan to the aupair - unless she simply had a relation to the 'Doppelgänger' of the same time period. See also the comment on 'fosse commune' which could have been brought to public attention with the literary Nobel of 2023 - and which hence could have added potential 'inspiration' to contributors (by 'armengrab'?) to the attack on Israel 7 october 2023. (Not to be confused with Celan's poem with 'An einen Mund').
If the 'annexe' has his 'Damen hinter sich'? If this be part of an intrigue which also could have contributed to the attack of 7 october 2023, it could of course also have been driven by the socalled 'octogon' for an identification of me with this 'annexe' - or 'annexed' territory? Would 'payé' be 'hinter sich'?
I have speculated if the Watergate scandal with Nixon's resignation in 1974 were about installing the concept of 'Deep Throat' for 'hull i sokken' = 'hole in the sock' (there must be at least one hole in a sock if it shall be usable - cp. the 'deep-socketed eyes' above) for pretelling aspects of the 'octogon' in advance - like the Eisenhower doctrine could have been about pretelling the Kennedy assassination in advance. I tried to find the Eisenhower doctrine on the web and came across this article about the doctrine. It was equipped with some cartoon-type ads (later replaced by other cartoons, it seems) - wherein I thought I recognized two names from my private history of my youth of age 15-16 - 'Anne Helen Skundberg' and 'Petter Enok Skau Jakobsen' - and when I looked up The New Yorker cartoons for the issue 12 years 2 months and 3 weeks = '1223' before the Kennedy assassination, that is, the issue of 1 september 1951, I believed that I saw these two names intertwined in the 11 cartoons of that issue - if it is not only a coincidence on names. (I notice 'Words alone are not enough', though).
The intrigues of secret intelligence services are not supposed to have a lasting value. It shall not continue to be a common ground that state power and control can be obtained by child abuse, however few children means however comfortable power for the state.
David's Psalms is called 'Preisungen' in german. 'Ungen' is norwegian for 'the child', 'the kid'. The massacre in TOPS Friendly Market, Buffalo, on 14 may 2022 could in theory have been about 'SPOT-PREIS-market' - 'SPOT-PREIS' = 'very low prices' - cp. the logo which has some vague affinities with the logo of the israeli national library via a 90 degrees turn and a backwards ('hebrew') reading of the TOPS.
Do I count as 'Preis-Ungen'? That could explain this Gori from Psalm 2 (and maybe the attack on 7 october 2023 could have been a 'ragg-shock'). But it is my childhood and if I met my genetic parents (Sachs, Celan) in my childhood that could have been a very important part of the reason why I have been going reasonably upright in spite of various problems. This of course is something which Adolf Hitler could have been out for swapping with - and it is not impossible that the attack on Israel could have had just such an intended purpose among possible contributors or supporters.
Then of course it is important to avoid that the attack would have prompted losses of civilian lives in Palestine which could grant reasons for similar losses in the jewish diaspora - by the logic exposed in that famous Balfour declaration of 1917. In particular it must be avoided that I be credited with atrocities by way of the idea of 'beast of the terror' which some apparently organized abuse of surveillance material from my life and work could have tried to associate with me. Examples of such abuse could, as I have earlier outlined, have been about Ukraine - not only for warfare strategies but possibly even attempts to provoke a war - and possibly commercial advertisement in public space in Austria. If the TV series 'The Dynasty' of 2017 were based on my 'Der Dornenstrauch' of 2015 - see this file for the section 'Ich wasche meine Wäsche' - a poem of Sachs from her 'Glühende Rätsel' - my discussion concerns the cover illustration to my DDS - which also can be seen to be present in the intro video to 'The Dynasty' 2017 (mentioned also in this file and in this) which again could have been a part of the background for the attack on Israel 7 october 2023.

There have been radio tunes in the air recently. However, one must be careful not to take too much confidence in the FM radio's tunes and jingles - hopefully it was not a 'bluffalo' about a 90 degrees north-south axis for a TOPS Friendly Market strategy on the civilian public. I posted my DDS for the israeli national library from Bratislava - and travelled across border town Marschegg on the way.
It must be emphasized and understood that if state power has acquired authority and harvested confidence and respect by the 'smart trick' of occupying subjective 'khora', then it would have been a quasi plus for international relations that should not be continued and respected by other states. Do the poems in my TEQ appear 'rølpete' to you? Then it is possible that this is because of a 'rølpete' reading and understanding in a state power that has occupied a part of my 'khora'. I refer to this study for an example: The expression 'jerk off' in TEQ #1594 is likely to be about the technical sense of 'rate of change in acceleration relative to time' which finds its interpretation in the quasi 'clock' with its slanting 'rate of change in acceleration' in the lower part of Parmigianino 'Pala di Bardi' (source). Therefore the serious reality of Parmigianino's art helps a lot for the understanding of my poetry - especially if the understanding of my poetry has been burdened by occupied territories (with following integrity problems) in the 'khora'. It is well possible that Parmigianino's 1521 artwork with its line drawings on Saint Catherine's dress could have contributed to the 1531 divine revelation in Guadalupe, Mexico - and that his diminutive epithet was intended to mean that it was not really little he but God himself who led the paintbrush of his art. But then it is important to not mistake this God for Adolf Hitler or vice versa.
Likewise, if the attack on Israel and other events should have found its innermost motivation in the pencil annotation of mine in my copy of 'Briefe der Nelly Sachs', the letter to Andersch, it should not be mistaken for the 'pencil mark' on the thigh of San Rocco in Parmigianino's San Rocco and donor (source) - as if I as the poet should have recommended terrorists for entrance to heaven due to 'sad' events. It is possible that the reason for some terror could have been that simple and easily understandable - but then it is high time to realize what this is. There was recently an alleged 'suicide bombing' in Iran on the anniversary of the assassination of Qasem Soleimani - and it is easy to spot the facial similarity of Soleimani with the donor of the San Rocco artwork. Are there terrorists who are anxious about possible eschatological perspectives?
I notice also this work by Parmigianino.
My theory is that there are more or less secret intelligence services who could have been involved in these problems of trying to imitate spiritual or mystic matters in terror, and these could suffer from identity or 'khora' identity problems not the least due to excessive and/or obsessive surveillance of my life and work. Such problems should not be allowed to have a place in serious public administration.
Added 14 january 2024: I had forgotten to mention the reason I had for associating Petter Enok Skau Jakobsen with the pesent complex - but can add it here. I was acquainted with him in the autumn 1973 and in those days I sometimes met him in the street along with his friend Pål Aanonsen, the younger brother of Per Aanonsen (mentioned also in this file in the phonological context of the 1980 'Bologna bombing' (qua 'Pologn-onsen'). Pål Aanonsen had a notable long 'curtain' hairdo. When I returned to Oslo from Rome in 1981 for starting studies in literature, I was also acquainted with co-student Jon Lanestedt who likewise had a friend at these studies (I do not recall his name) with the same sort of special hairdo. Although this is not normally a permitted point of fact which can be assigned much significance, the reason why it attracts my attention is the name of Jon Lanestedt (quasi 'Jon Burialplace') which compares significantly with the 'fosse commune' of Eisenreich's 'Kreidestern'. But clearly this story from 1981-82 is only a phenomenon of subjective association to Petter Enok Skau Jakobsen - it would normally be assigned little empirical value. But clearly the Bologna bombing of 1980 is something - I think it went off just at the time of the publication of Eco's 'Name of the rose'. Would the name of the current finnish PM 'Petteri Orpo' (= 'Petter Orphan' - a poet is an orphan, so to speak, cp. also the current hungarian PM 'Victor Orbán') be associating to the same literary complex?
For the above mention of Netanyahu and the 'graft' probe since he had accepted cigars and champagne from the 'Hollywood mogul', I can mention also that I had then sent to the israeli national library my 2016 book 'Stillhetens åndedrag' = 'The breathing of silence', which is the last line in the book then still called 'And wages we got the distance from'. (I had initially decided on the title 'The breathing of silence' but changed my mind and used the alternative for the first edition, but went back to the original after some time). Shimon Peres died about the day when the book was completed. I had started writing on 11/1-16 and wrote the last lines 256 days later which was 23/9-16, and I used a few days for the final editing. Some days later again I developed the 3 cm long archaic nail in the shoe: 'Hammerfest' is also the last line in TEQ book 1 called 'Hammerfest'.

The following could lend some potential explanatory value to the theory that Psalm 2 could be assigned importance in the history around my person. In this file I mention the idea of a link between the name of Ayo Jardar and Jimi Hendrix. The idea of a shared identity I cannot evaluate, but it caught my attention when I read Psalm 2 verse 5 in hebrew - the psalm which has this 'Gori' in the first verse - that it was possible to see the name of Ayo Jardar in the first two words of verse 5
אָ֤ז יְדַבֵּ֣ר
which with some ease can be re-conceived as a more proper spelling of the name Ayo Jardar:
איו ירדר
The differences are not so big - the 'Z' divides easily into an I plus a U and the R and the D are very similar and if the understroke under the B is taken to be a vocalism designated with a long stroke it can look like Jerdar or JARDAR.
I wondered if these small differences - plus the sound and meaning of the verse 2:5 - could be contained in the texts of Jimi Hendrix - and noticed the title 'Axis bold as love' potentially for 'Axis of the heart' = 'Ayo Jardar'. He has also a song called 'If 6 were 9' - not 'if 2 were 5' but a similar logic. Here are the lyrics of Hendrix.

which perhaps also can be observed in some of his texts via a reading such as

such as in this song, for example, or in this.
'Highway Chile' (= 'Highway Child') has probably nothing to do with Chile, the country, but if you drive or move past LA on the way, one could think of Chile as the destination - as ye double her LA move etc. A high-away child could also be me in 1957, you bad harrow now, mr skull-lifter - yeah, behold this surveillance video.
I have not looked at so many of Hendrix' texts but I have seen some that could confirm such a theory. It would mean that there could be a link from the name of Ayo Jardar to the texts of Jimi Hendrix via Psalm 2:5 - whatever that should mean.
But if there should be a connection between Celan and/or the 'raggsokk' story from 1960 and these apparent redundancies by Hendrix, I dont know who would have been planned first - if Celan wanted to tell me of these plans or if Hendrix were modelled on basis of e.g. surveillance data.
