Austria is, by the Staatsvertrag of 1955, not allowed to have a military defence. They are not allowed to participate in war, it seems. They seem to have built up something called 'Bundesheer' nevertheless, could be a civil defence system with yoga etc, but it may be that if there are military units there, this is not really permitted. However, there probably has not been any CONTROLLO yet, so it has perhaps not really been discovered if they have military installations.

But clearly this could put nerves on end nevertheless, and there is the temptation of dumping the problem onto me. See this story for evidence of posible presence of a phenomenon called 'feeling of invincible wellbeing' by invasion and quasi annexation of my authorship - a feeling which perhaps otherwise only a military defence could provide.

Austria made in the end of 2021 a law of obligatory vaccination against covid. There would be a slow progression - from 1 february it would apply but police CONTROLLOs in the street - with possibilities of imposement of fines - would start only from 15 march onwards.

Due to the heavy abuse which there seems to have been on my authorship and the overall structure of 'Glovenia-Glovakia' fingers with a 'Presspurt' thumb through Austria and 'Spritzerland' into France, plus the borders of Austria relative to PTRSIM PIK and the ideas of puberty ('Jungholz') rapes, I would naturally try to avoid an obligatory vaccination in order to avoid that my authorship be turned into a means for feeling of invincibility by terror-and-monkey-business as alternative to normal defence - and, even worse, thereby be reshaped into a formulaic template for global terror - and hope that the pandemic would soon be over while living rather isolated.

But I would be threatened with potential CONTROLLO from 15 march onwards: What if inspection should show evidence (MRT scan of my brain by MRT Mariahilf, Wien) of such de-fence installations - being at odds with the law, without 'vaccination'?

I therefore wrote on 3 january 2022 to Bürgerservice in the ministry of health and asked for exemption from the law, but there came no answer.

My ability to succeed with applications has through the years reached a minimum. The relevant story to tell is perhaps this: My PhD dissertation 'A waist of time' should, according to my view, have been accepted for the doctorate degree in 1998 - but it was rejected and Gro Harlem Brundtland was elected chief of WHO 'instead', so to speak, while the twin bombings of the US embassies in Dar-es-Salaam and Nairobi plus the bombing of the peace conference in Omagh - for the formula 'rejected on a political basis' - took place while I was writing the appeal to the rejection and in principle could have made just that claim that the degree had been 'rejected on a political basis' - as if I were credited with the bombings while somebody else ran off with the credits for my doctorate work. Gro Harlem Brundtland was appointed chief of the world doctor organization WHO after many years of prime ministry in Norway - starting 13 days after Chernobyl = B 'round the land' like the austrian borders - she was appointed to WHO before the bombings but after I had delivered the dissertation to evaluation in december 1997. This suggested that I became 'chief of WHO', so to speak, and if the chief of WHO in 2020 appointed with Pfizer to make a drug against covid on basis of a theory of mine, but possibly without crediting the source, this could explain the massive rise in the global corona curve from the day 21 december 2021 when the new Pfizer drug 'Paxlovid' was launched on the market. This story suggests that the disease really could be a political-cultural condition which is best battled by crediting the source - and then of course vaccination can help only marginally, if at all.

However, on this background of 'unfortunate application' history, which could include an unfortunate start of my life with my 'ukraine' in july 1957 (12 years, 2 months and 3 weeks = '1223' after the founding of ÖVP, currently in government - and it may be a question whether this 1223 concept also is a driving motor in the party), it was in this situation that I wrote to Bürgerservice on 3 january 2021. I dont know what emotions or ideas may have arisen in the recipient on this application story background. There came anyhow no answer but on 24 february, which was 52 days later, Russia attacked the military installations of Ukraine.

If one wants to see it that way, the reason could have been in the austrian law of obligatory vaccination - on background of the apparently illegal military installations in Austria which could be in conflict with the preconditions for the recognition of the state. It could have been these installations which make the country nervous about CONTROLLOs - and this problem could be dumped onto those who do not want to vaccinate - when the CONTROLLO is made by the own state police rather than the other way round. Could be it turns the roles around.

Why could vaccination be a problem - causing some to want to avoid it? So far I have found the essential data for this only in Sweden - wherefrom it emerges that appr 75% of those who get sick with covid are fully vaccinated, and when appr 75% of the population is fully vaccinated, it means that the vaccines have no effect at all. Even worse, some data (such as the most recent weekly reports from the national swedish health service) can indicate that a vaccination can go wrong way - and simply make those who are vaccinated be more vulnerable to covid than those who are not (and indeed it is a fact that covid started accelerating markedly after the vaccinations began) - and thereby be turned into a political tool if the disease is political-cultural and can best be healed by crediting the source rather than by vaccinations. (In addition, there is the problem of possible 'stigmatization' of the 'Judenblut' from the phenomenon of '666 beast' of the Revelation: Is the PTRSIM PIK role associated with such deplorable ideas?)

Clearly then obligatory vaccination could be nazism up and going again - which again would be in conflict with the preconditions in the 1955 Staatsvertrag. But of course problems with this 'permission to exist' should not be dumped onto others by smart turnaround tricks.

It would have been the military installations that are to blame, said Russia. Austria is, like Ukraine, not a member of NATO - and probably cannot be either on background of the preconditions in the Staatsvertrag.

Clearly it could be unfortunate for me to solve this problem by allowing for a Glovakia-Glovenia Pressthumb spurt through the 'country' (with Jungholz, Pamhagen and all that) - that could have come to make things only much worse.

I would have needed an exemption from the ministry (a normal doctor cannot evaluate this story) in order to avoid the 'cack of bards' (see also this) by a CONTROLLO.

Covid mortality has been falling rather constantly since the high rates in the spring 2020 and has now come down on 0,1-0,3% - which is so low (well below normal flue) that obligatory vaccination seems completely superfluous. The old cupboard was probably overstuffed with old uncredited jumpers and shoeboxes when the doors were opened in december 2019 - or at the Steiermark election on 15 november 2019 - appr 6 months after the burglary of my house in Szolnok and 2 days before the first attested coronavirus case in China - and now the cupboard is rather empty and the contents is all over the floor.

Of course Austria does right in terminating the law of obligatory vaccination - that could bring relief to the troubled situation in Ukraine.

I hope I will not have to flee the country before 15-16 march. And where can an unvaccinated go?

Later in the day: It seems that the obligatory vaccination now has been stopped, or at least postponed for three months. Chancellor Nehammer announced some weeks ago that he opposed the law and appointed a committee to evaluate the matter. Health minister Mückstein resigned some days ago and the new minister Rauch was officially appointed yesterday when the committee had completed its work and this was presented to the public this morning.
