I registered a SIM card for telephone in mid march 2021. As far as I remember, it was of annual reload type, not monthly, since I rarely use the phone and have internet at home. I cannot have it switched on for ingoing talk, only occasional uses out (and I am so tired of those weather-beaten telephone boxes with the problem of coins). It was a tariff for telephone only, I think even usable only from inside Austria. I upgraded the 'reload' value in april and in june - but I think there was no reload in may, which could tell that it was not monthly. On 15 june I tried to reload with another 10 euros, to go from 11,80 to 21,80 in 'guthaben' (valid for a year) - but something strange happened and the system stopped and when it was finished it had changed to a new tariff (with telephone and internet) and the 'guthaben' value was suddenly only 1,80 - since it cost 20 euros per month. I went to have it changed back to the original tariff but it was not possible before a month had elapsed, they said. The next day 16 june I returned once again and now it was more easy to change it. As far as I understood, it was now back on annual tariff (0,- euros per month) - but the 20 euros I had lost were not returned - and it seems that the tariff changed once again to monthly rates. I upgraded with another 10 euros - to 11,80. I used the phone a little but the sum 11,80 remained invariant - which means that it was once again switched over onto monthly tariff. I returned today for yet another talk and a shrill alarm went off repeatedly in the premises of the telecom company - but it was not possible to change the tariff back this time either - I had to return in mid july (probably on the hour or day when the month expires) for changing to the old tariff again. What is the purpose with all this? Could be it is only for challenging my volition for creating the impression that 'he is an agent and does not himself decide on these matters'. Why should I be an agent? Could be for lending a shade of credibility to possible american or other claims that it doesnt matter if my epidemiological theory for a medication against virus diseases generally is used and implemented in farmaceutic industry (billions of dollars that could be) without crediting me as the source of the theory or granting me any money or rights for the discovery.

Do you think it was Ian Fleming who discovered the penicillin against 'inflaming'? Do you think it was Alexander Graham Bell who invented the tele-phone - the bell that could be held against the grayham for listening to the other one talking? But the world should have advanced a little further towards a state of global equilibrium today.

'England Ampel' (see 'Lampe') is not the name of the traffic lights at Wiener Stadthalle.

It seemed that one desk in the Drei premises could solve my problem but the other could not. Now it is on monthly tariff again and I have to come back just before it changes next time, I think they said, in mid july. (Is it the 'secret intelligence' who - with 'extended authorities' - goes inbetween me and the world in this way?) I lost 20 euros on this 'escapade' of some sort. I cannot guarantee that it could not have been for technical reasons triggered accidentally by me, but I opened 'Kundenzone' on www.drei.at and logged with password in on my telephone number and pressed on 'guthaben aufladen' where I wrote the 16-digit guthaben code into the proper field and pressed 'enter' (or some 'go'). Then the system went into a veritable total change which took some minutes, probably. This was highly unexpected and I believed that it should have gone from 11,80 to 21,80 only - but instead it dropped down on 1,80.

In the worst case, if it is for preventing that I get the billions which the farmaceutic industry hope for, it could be that the databases of 'Drei' have been edited as well, but I hope not, of course. When I tried to open with password in 'Kundenzone' yesterday, some programming code flashed childishly over the screen a few times, as for telling that this was not totally under control yet.

My 'Lampe' poem is, I think, a good poem - from 'SNEEFT COEIL' - it adds to give value to this book, is my opinion. It is written by my volition, not somebody else's. I hope this is not part of an organized hatred campaign (by 'secret intelligences' of some sort?) against this book of mine in german language. Such a campaign could, for example, serve to dump blame on me for organized disasters 'that cannot be avoided' because a body fell out from some metaphysics - because I lived in Zinckgasse in april 2021.

See my discussion of the Catalan constant (under this page - see e.g. this article). See this page on the Catalan constant which seems to suggest that it probably was not Catalan who discovered the constant first - he may have been only #3 in the series. The first to discover its importance seems (from this ranking) to have been Thomas Clausen and the second could have been Danielsson. Both these names 'Thomas' and 'Danielsson' (see this file under 'Marketing') could be of importance for understanding the apparent intrigue with the woman-in-the-street in the area around Wiener Stadthalle. One could guess, therefore, that these two names of the story of the mathematical constant could be the real interests in intrigues of type 'England's Lampe/Ampel' - that is, a role for the author Ian Fleming who wrote the James Bond books possibly in the mix of the scientific discoveries credited to Alexander Fleming (penicillin) and Alexander Graham Bell (the telephone). The bank called 'card complete Service Bank' was earlier called 'VISA Electron' but changed to new name some years ago, after I had been customer there for some years - I had a VISA card for smaller payments on internet etc. Would their new name be in allusion to my name via 'johng/ronk røver' + 'James' (the 'James' being a 'servant/service man')? But then the distance is short to a 'James Bond' Bank if the literary character '007 James Bond' be based on my name - the 007 upside-down is 'LOO' = 'g-Røver' while the 'James Bond' spoons to 'Bames John' = 'Bjarne John'. If I am a PTRSIM PIK who was scheduled to live in Austria already when the new borders were drawn up in 1919, the connection between my name and this '007 James Bond' may well be non-coincidental. And then the 'Ian' name mixing in for an 'England's Ampel' could concern my authorship. It is my conjecture (and that may be another important discovery which is not easy to make) that 'Lampe' is the secret of the german language such as 'hymen' (from an anglophonic viewpoint) could be it for the hungarian - with potentially much political power interests involved. It could be the cornerstone in a new centennial intrigue for trying to run a new 'Hitler' for gaining more british or 'anglophonic' control with Germany. And then the question is what is going on with my scientific discovery in my epidemiologial theory for a new method for making medications against viruses and possibly even cancer. (Were this method of mine used for making the new vaccines in record time? For the discussion of the role of #5, I refer also to my vol.4 p.1017-1010 for the evidence in this study - but please use not pirate copies if you want to check the theory). It is fully possible that my theory could entail a completely groundbreaking revolution in the sciences of medicine and farmacy (although I am not informed about results from any empirical studies yet) - possibly a potential for battling all viruses (including the biological weapons of mass destruction) and cancer - and then a mean strategy for couping this into dirty political intrigue for making new hitlers etc (rattling virus bottles for getting to the power) cannot by any means be defended.

Of course if my theory be used for making new scientific advances, my name must be explicitly credited. If the story even could come to lead to a new cold war in the absence of any such crediting, it could be even more urgently important. I do not know if Dan Brown's novels could be based on structures in mine, but it may be that that american industry and business have grown too accustomed to think of plagiarisms and abuse (of my things?) as permitted. Then the problem could be simply that USA hasnt paid yet - but then it doesnt help to add just another problem on top of it. But, once again, I am not informed and do not know what is going on with my things. Where is the international group of lawyers and other experts who can start the Big Work of bringing such abuse (including old cases) to court for crediting me (to a smaller or larger extent) as the source? There could be an ocean to fish from - and such work could have a massively positive effect on the global culture. It is self-evident that the world cannot continue the program of abuse (PTRSIM PIK or whatever) as basis for its economy.

I repeat that I am not involved in any intelligence projects or other forms of intrigues of secret activities - you cannot ask in some organization in e.g. Norway for permission to use my work. I am only a private person (for a brief account on my doctorate degree, see this page) who work in isolation and there is nobody else who has the right to grant permissions for use of my work, my intellectual property.
