I am falling between stools. In Italy my work progresses and I should continue the work here. In Austria it is not really possible any longer. The wife wanted divorce because he got drunk every saturday and beat her up, on sundays he recovered from the hangover and on mondays he regretted it badly, it would never happen again. The rest of the week was upwards-going and he was still among the able ones, he certainly was, and hence when the comrades came over on saturday they went out on town and the cycle has repeated itself for years. The wife cannot take more of this 199 as soon as he gets a little chance for a glass and she wants divorce. This has been going on for so many years that it is not really repairable. It is the advertisement on the huge outdoor posters which is the visible evidence but it is probable that there is much of it elsewhere as well. And as soon as I start getting the work going again, the 'on-sitters' feel inspired as well and launch new hatred campaigns probably in order to defend their positions. The wife is tired of the same old story over and over again and wants divorce. But, alas, she has not much money - that is the problem.
I rent (on time-unlimited basis) a nice and affordable flat in Vienna but cannot so easily continue the work in Italy because there is the legal obligation to be present in the flat and not only pay the rent. That is because the municipality has paid for a part of the construction of the house in order to make it possible for people with little money to get a decent home, including even students age 19 etc who thereby need not be dependent on their parents, but that presupposes that those who get such a flat do not find another flat as well and uses the first only for occasional use. The judicial expert in the association for rented housing ('Mietervereinigung') told me that one can be away up to 50% of the time and still defend the right to have the flat, but paragraph-riders who have written books about this (and want to sell the book, perhaps) tell that you can be away up to only 3 weeks a year if you want to be safe. There are only three reasons that are goodenough for not using the flat while still retaining it: That is work, study and medical treatment (disease) - and these must be formally proven if one wants to be safe - a proof of studentship, employment contract, medical authority proof or something like that. (When I was away 7 months in 2020-2021 that was because it could be shown that my staying outside Austria was favourable for the COVID curve - that certainly should be a goodenough reason - and I even paid the stay from my own savings - but as usual I fall between stools - and 'disease' could probably not really be used as reason even if it could be 'formally proven' with statistics). My reason is now work and that is certainly a goodenough reason, but the POWER does not want to acknowledge my work and therefore will not give me a proof that my work is not only worthless krep and therefore the need for having my work done because of advertisement persecution in Vienna is not a formally provable reason, even if e.g. 199 probably can be formally proven. It is therefore a matter of political control, and if I get too rebellious they can probably come up with paragraphs.

But it is easy for administration who wants to continue the abuse of my work to suppress it - and it is easy to find some 'expert' who doesnt understand anything of the 'krep'. Therefore I tend to fall between stools and cannot easily prove formally the need for continueing my work - and hence the 'obligatory stay' for a good majority of the year has to be observed and that means that the work every now and then has to be interrupted - since it seems that elements in the state or society of Austria will not really terminate the abuse of my life and work - and the hatred campaign against my SNEEFT COEIL probably continues as before - a 'national intelligence project', is it? Compare this Grünewald detail from the Isenheim altar (the angelic orchestra + Madonna & Jesus child) screenshot from this source with this graffiti - the white jug which seems to be the SNEEFT against the black COEILs on the corner with the shadows which look like the background of the Jesus child on the Madonna & Jesus child artwork - hence the 'high and lofty' basis for the 'Horatius Quintus Flaccus' → 'floor-rat-ius hintus quackus' which could have been the basis for one of the two mass shootings in USA recently - the 'floor-dance' shooting with 12 deaths apparently interpreting or 'controlling' the progress of my work with the Grünewald article along with the Himmler-created Flossenbürg concentration camp which could have been part of the holocaust structure as a 'secret intelligence project' precanvassing my life (PTRSIM PIK) well before I was borns - in such a way that the QUACKUS could be the Hitler who could have taken the place of my first official father in 1969. Hence mass shooting in USA could have served to try and lift the authorship of the article (or my work generally) from my to Hitler. The graffiti just underneath the main public library at Urban Loritz Platz (on the back side) seems to be of a comparable 'philosophical' kind - and hence be part of an apparent 'secret intelligence' crusade against my work for getting it under their control. If 'ACUS Bacchus Fill-i-jackus' is the slogan, it could be about some philosophy for the idea that it is the Jesus child who 'fill her green goat' and hence prompts the icon on the tilma of Juan Diego in Guadalupe 1531 - and this could have been the philosophy behind some intrigue for mixing my authority up with the official mother's - highly unwelcome association that would be for me. It is all this sort of weird philosophy that must be taken to daylight - it is probably nothing but pretext for terror - and if it is more than that, then why should it be secret?
If the mass shooting on the 'floor-dance' in USA should have served to derail my work into being identified as Adolf Hitler's work, it is more easy to understand how e.g. banking could be modelled on a 'doppelmonarchie' basis including a dumping of the blame for Hitler onto me.
If the holocaust (organized by Himmler) canvassed my life in advance, the Bergen-Belsen camp with subcamps could have been about my time at Bergen University. When I arrived there in 1995 from Oslo, I lived for a transitional period at Fantoft student town (cp. Fallingbostel), which could be called 'bo med litt spenefett'(?), before I moved in to the centre of the town where there was a basement room with a view to a bedroom window which seemed to have only rudimentary curtained windows. I did not follow the news (I saw only once an enlightened bedclothed bed through that half-curtained window and dont know if there were anything exposed at all) but one could guess that e.g. 'Unterlüß-Altensothrieth' could have been a comment on this. I bought a computer for my office from 'IQ Computer' - it was Anders Frihagen (not Bruce Taylor) who connected it manually to the network. One understands the idea of a connection between the identity of my official mother and Heinrich Himmler.
If Herdis Eggen (or Saul Bellow?) (and the octogon could have been the 'Auschwitz'?) resembles or resembled the Grünewald Madonna, and if her name served to associate with the number '37' from Shijing which could have been the entire Kennedy association to the political history with the potential chief nazis, the need for a 'great warrior' in this '37' could be the point where Kennedy (who seems to have got USA just faintly involved in the Vietnam war when he himself was shot as a 'brave soldier', if I have got it right) could be swappable in role with Hitler, another 'great warrior'.
The germans probably hate themselves because they have let Hitler and Himmler run off and they have not been able to fish them in later either. Instead the germans talk backwards as for rewinding back to the time when it was still possible and put the finite verb in the end of the dependent clauses.
What is the connection between John Lyng and Kings Bay? Stop all that surface foam-gas and come to the point: Were this John Lyng and Kings Bay preannouncing the Kennedy assassination on behalf of Mr.Kennedy who wanted to tell in advance that he would pulk and take on a new identity in Norway, or was it the chief nazis in Norway (who held the real power and controlled the parliament because they had got political asylum there) who presented their responsibility claim on the Kennedy assassination including some Wittgenstein-Wörterbuch which they had made in order to dump the blame on the US president? This is how it should sound on debates on TV, if they still exist, and they also come up with some austrian oldies who still remember that Wörterbuch well, not that old tiptoeing and beating around the bush telling code-words to the informed. The people must storm the secret archives like they once stormed the Bastille - that is what modern republicanism should be about if the people shall succeed in taking the real Doppelmonarchie with its feudalistic 'international secret intelligence services' - people who have been promised land and fiefdom and positions in the new global empire - and not that hollow echo of Mr.Bjarne Grover's words and ideas. Wipe the doubletalk out of administration - so that the administration can serve the interests of the people and not the other way round - like that royal idea that the people are only there for the sake of serving the interests of the monarch. In order to get to this point, it is absolutely important that the full story be told so that one can understand why John Lyng and Kings Bay could be about the Kennedy assassination - because it could be about the people surrounding PTRSIM PIK, then only 6 years old. Of course it is the Doppelmonarchie who wants to prevent that Mr.PIK's role leaks out. Untill the story has reached the public, they use me as the smart way of cheating the public to serve the dubious interests of the administration.
I am happy to have a nice and permanent home in Vienna but it may have been better for the progress of my work to be in another country. My percentage of presence in the flat in Vienna is very high, though - I would guess that I have been there 90 percent of the time (at least well above 80 percent) since I moved in there in late 2009, so maybe there is no problem with my rights to use it - I dont know how one computes. Also, I have no other housing - the house I bought in Szolnok was apparently an 'intelligence trap' planned for me possibly at the time of Hitler (could be at the time of the Wannsee-Konferenz?) - could be my acquisition of the 'jord-gamme' was planned was included a part of the holocaust . It is not really habitable as it is since there seems to be waterpipes inside the adobe walls and a Wandsbek could be a catastrophe if some agent in some neighbourhood turned the tap for letting the water run inside the adobe. And with such an apparent 'international secret intelligence service' control of the house, the chances are small that I can contact a firm for getting an infrared photo of the housewalls or otherwise get assistance to have the pipes plugged or removed to make the house safe. So the flat in Vienna is still my only home - I have no other housing beyond normal short-term possibilities elsewhere. And, just like it is likely to be difficult for me to have the house in Szolnok repaired, so it seems difficult for me to find another housing elsewhere without getting some help. But if the Doppelmonarchie can be brought to daylight, one can hope that there will be an end to all this nazi farce.

On 1 february 2023 I went (for a while) back from Venice to Vienna with the RJ 132 train at 09:56 AM.
The afternoon 31 january before I left Venice for Vienna I looked up on their web page internet payment options from Erste Bank - card systems etc. My bank card had refused to pay for my web page on 7 january and I had been told that there should be some possibilities via some 'Epp on Google' - on the page of Erste Bank. I had also asked in a shop in Venice for a record by Yuja Wang but it was not easy to get hold of it there. A new MBE service ('Mail Boxes Etcetera') had come up (or had it been there for a while) near Rialto - but they had no mail boxes. Why not?
If the austrian surveillance had followed my moves on the web, they may perhaps have thought: "Ah, he plans to buy a record by Yuja Wang on the internet and needs a payment system. Some years ago he bought a 'giggled' record from EMI on Kärntnerstrasse - that seems possibly to have had some influence on the presidential election in USA in 2020".
But how can I buy a record via internet? I need some payment system that functions - and a mail box - I have one in Vienna.
However, today there has - for the first time for many months - come a sort of apparent virus on my internet computer - the pages seem to hop around and if I put the cursor on one place the page hops on to some other place - it seems to be about an alternation between ordinary view and 'readers view' - so certainly it could be difficult to order a CD without getting another one instead - and a 'zidalweidun' copy with specially tailored ups and downs and greetings from the services is not something that I want to order from the internet. See the comment on 1 february on the issue of the house in Szolnok with the possible relation to Hitler's Neuengamme and Wandsbek concentration camps. Nazismus is forbidden in Austria, so these ideas should not be expected to have relevance. I did not see any military installations on the way, though.
As the train stood on Tarvisio Boscoverde station, I looked out the window and saw in readers view another wagon parked with graffitis:
Isnt this the 187 I recently discussed on my web page in the article on Grünewald - in the double phenomenon of 187 poems in TEQ book 12 relative to the 187 poems of relative enumeration in my Dornenstrauch - and my observations on this as a possible background of two mass shootings in USA - one of them in a floor-dance hall - again with possible relevance for Hitler's Flossenburg concentration camp? I noticed the double occurrence of 187 on this graffiti - and the possibility that the mass shootings could have been an attempt to coup the authorship of this potentially far-reaching idea of mine for derailing it into the interests of hitlerish nazism. Then somewhat later when the train exceptionally made a stop in Friesach, I think it was, I saw another graffiti on a small house and photographed it through the train window:

People dressed in black and white (6/2-23: I do not believe they were 'involved' in anything, though), loudspeaker going up and down in volume. As the train was leaving Bruck an den Mur at 15:50, the female loudspeaker voice was replaced with a male who said:
"Wir kondolieren auf die Strecke von Venedig nach Wien" (or was it auf der Strecke). It arguably looked like a comment on the possibly 'grieve up' related graffiti.
I looked up this RJ 132 on the web and there is now some comments on some Gondolieren - but I would doubt that this is the name of the train - the 'Gondolieren' - and the pages starting hopping apparently due to some virus so I dont know what it is. Also, I think the loudspeaker said 'kondolieren' and not 'gondolieren'.
An email from the Erste Bank went in at 02:00 PM yesterday while I was in the train - a request for opinion it seemed to be.
I suppose the two graffitis been not been made overnight for the occasion of me travelling by - as a "message for you".
If so, it could add to the impression of a problem of mobbing by what I have believed could be the advertisement business, could be for a decade or more. If this were about Grover/Griever, it adds to the phenomenon.
I think it was in Friesach I photographed the NEVER GIVE UP graffiti - and I wrote the placename on my internet computer, a note for remembering it. But when I now look up the note I wrote it says Freiburg in my note. Did I write that - or was it a clever virus that edited my composition?
The terror in Vienna in 2020 was by a Fejzulai Kujtim, I think was the name, a name which invokes associations to "a glove in the face on a glittering ball".
Hopefully the coincidences are not planned to be used for a later overly-smart manipulation of democratic elections. Norw. 'neve' can also mean 'fist':

Now I see that Austria has declared 4 russian diplomats 'personae non gratae' at 09:00 this morning - for behaving in a manner inconsistent with international agreements, tell France 24.
By their 1955 state agreement, the Austrian state is not allowed to have military installations. I did not look so much for such through the train window. Neither are they allowed to have nazism in the country. The russian 'military operation' on Ukraine aims at demilitarizing and denazifying the country, according to an early statement.

If one compares the comments on the 'dachs' in this file with the comments on MI6 in this file, one could perhaps come to reach the surprising conclusion that the ex nihilo image of this file could have a general function of encoding 'MI6'. It was a piece of probably ex nihilo matter which I found in 2019. I am still not certain what the status of such puzzling ex nihilo matter is but my working hypothesis is that they are borderline phenomena which are telling of the limits to the human reality and therefore remain somewhat invariant from individual to individual. It could be 'standard forms' of some sort, although I know little of what other people have found.
If so, it can be noticed that the theme of 'Lørdagsbarnetimen' = the saturday radio entertainment for children in my childhood ('Saturday Night Fever'?) could be partly recognized in the image - by the 'dachs' and the 'bar ne[d]' = 'carried down' or 'vanne[t]' = 'the water', could be with 'tidings' = 'time-nes' in the book-like structure underneath. Cp. also 'vanne[t]-i-huse[t]'' for the 'zidalweidun' factor (described in more detail in this study.
This association appears perhaps not all too farfetched due to the nearby street 'Löhrgasse' (there is only one parallel street inbetween Löhrgasse and Zinckgasse - the Pelzgasse) - hence 'Löhr-dachs-bar-ne-time-n'. I have speculated if this concept of the radio entertainment program in my childhood is a concept for the current austrian government - this idea could perhaps be a result of the story with the car that stopped in the intersection Märzstrasse / Löhrgasse and the driver hopped out and a passenger took the steering wheel - just a few hours before the news of the Nord Stream disruption.
If, in addition, this 'dachs-bar-ne-time-n' image could be recognized as or associated with 'MI6', the result could look like 'Löhr-MI6'.
I recall from norwegian radio in the 1970's or maybe the 1980's a program once a week, I think it was, called 'Lyd-bånd-mix' or 'Lydbåndmiks' = 'sound-recording-tape mix'. Was it 'Vidar Lønn Arnesen' who had it - or somebody in the same field of interest? After the story with the apparent function of the recording 'Fantasia' by Wang with Skrjabin which had got an unfortunate scratch in the record - the scratch started just at the beginning of the first Skrjabin, and noting that norwegian 'skraping' = 'scratching', for example on the tracks of such a record, there is the obvious association with this 'sound-recording-tape mix'.
I then compute the difference between the words 'Löhr-MI6' and 'Lyd-bånd-mix' and land on the resulting difference 'ydbånd'. Norwegian 'yppan' could mean something like a 'glove in the face' - an invitation to struggle of some sort. Could be it would have been a possible designation on the possibly unfortunate incident with the austrian president Heinz Fischer who (according to news) seemed to gesticulate with revolving his fists as for inviting the pope for a fistfight during the inauguration ceremony (or just after) in 2014. In norwegian it could perhaps be called 'yppan'.
The sum total of all this could look like a puzzle of associations and memories which not many people share but which could have a systematic function if the overall structure should come to coincide with some attention-attracting news. One result could be that a collective consciousness could come to reach the conclusion that I should have to be an agent, which I am not.
'Sound-recording-tape mix' could also mean 'surveillance data mix' which thereby could come to enter into an unfortunate structure of false surveillance data as far as e.g. authorship is concerned. I am not an agent and I have written my own books, not anybody else's, and nobody else has written mine. It is of course very bad if surveillance data from my life and work have been abused by some administration or busines - but not necessarily if I should have been an agent who had agreed to it. I am not an agent and I have of course never agreed to anything such.
My internet computer interface includes this look which I have not made myself. If I put the cursor on 'global 187', this page comes up - and that is only very few days old. (I have not made that 'global 187' mark on that upper line - although the work - DDS etc - related to that 187 is mine). The semi-blank page for something called 'PHYLAK Sachsen GmbH' - 'Phytoprodukte - Laboranalysen - Krebsforschung' is also something which I believe that I have not made, although I did look up this firm some years ago when I wondered why they never gave up sending me letters (with their logo on the envelope) to the former tenant of this flat - who has not been here since 2009. The letters are sent to 'Zinekgasse' - even if I have informed them that the addressee no longer lives in Zinckgasse. It seems that the firm is producing odours of various forms. Having just published the above, I look up the news and see there has been a devastating earthquake in Turkey with destructions also in Syria (screenshot from this source). It seems the epicentre was in Yamaçoba or thereabout. "Jeg må ha jobba" is norwegian for "I must have worked (a lot)". Today I also received in my PO Box a letter of information allegedly from "La Banque Postale - Pour toute question: 0187 645474" - it had this return address on the envelope - but it seems to me not the normal style of a bank. It is dated 25 january 2023, the day after I published a letter to the french republicans about my name 'Bjarne' - reproduced in this file (the file comes up also if I click on the 'global 187' button mentioned above). It is perhaps meant to suggest that I send my mid name 'Bjarne' to them so that they can include it in their registers - but I notice the similarity of the headline 'Derniere Relance' with the "indischen Relais" on page 447 in my volume 4 - the poem "Das Fräulein mit den grünen Hosen". Associating with 'Tarvisio Boscoverde' recently - with the '187' graffiti? The 'Vectron'? Hopefully my french VISA card will continue to function so that I can have my web page paid also the next time - which is 7 april, an interval of 2 months from tomorrow. Is my flat here in Zinckgasse called 'Stallen'? Is it about 'la banke på stall'? There is no need for psychiatric treatment of me.

I recall the official father twice reaching out his arm as over a landscape:
1) In about 1966, the first official father, while we were eating outdoors outside the house in Moldeliveien in Molde, soup or something, showed how Charles de Gaulle had a grip on the french people - reaching his arm out in a gesture while saying "la gloire!".
2) In the 1970's the second official father stood under the 'himling' (high slanting ceiling inside like a roof outside) in the living-room in Labråten, that high ceiling which could be seen from the road outside, and used a similar arm-hand gesture down towards Labråten street, towards the house where schoolmate Anders Framholt lived (and he could probably see that 'himling'), saying "la mer!".
('Anders fra Molde' could mean something like 'otherwise/another from Molde').
At another occasion he said, with a somewhat guttural german sound, the words "Jawohl, herr Oberscharführer!" The architect for the house in Labråten was called 'Romberg' - while 'ombrekk' (old form maybe 'ombreg') could mean that page-typography that could have created the problems of the dictionaries I got from younger sister Tone Helene Grøver - see this page - search for 'Willy A. Kirkeby'. I recently found a new such 'ombrekk' error on page 149 - it says 'Groshen' on top of the page but the last word is 'Goshen', translated 'Gosen'. Cp. austrian chancellor 'Gusenbauer'?
Lore Diab (half egyptian, half danish) was a classmate 1973-74. She later educated in psychiatry.
The recent earthquake of Turkey/Syria could with 'Yamaçoba' (the epicentre of the first and biggest quake) perhaps have indexed Grünewald's Establishment of Santa Maria Maggiore - discussed in this article. The official father in the 1960's on Vågstranda told the joke about the VW beetle (like his own white one) that it is like a pregnant plate of tin ('gravid blikkplate'). The second largest of the quakes was a 7,5 or 7,6 with epicentre probably between 'Akpinar' and 'Gümüsdöven', I think it was. These names could perhaps mean something like 'credit the source'. This is my slogan - but if the quake should have been man-made it could perhaps have been intended for turning roles around in the sense of me having to credit 'Adolf Hitler' (illustration from this source). If he were my second official father, I have thanked him for the upbringing (things needed for a child) but I dont think he ever told anything I would have used in my literary work.

I think I may have earlier, years ago, told the story of the official father at the dinner table in Kongensgate 8 in 1970-71 - there was as usual a bottle of 'Pommach' apple cider he was drinking and he told that the norwegian author Johan Borgen had made a mock slogan for the 1 may celebrations, a banner carried by union workers telling "Arbeid er vårt yrke, idrett gir oss styrke" = "Work is our profession, sport gives us strength". After the Turkey-Syria earthquake one could recognize the 'Oberscharführer' he presented some years later at the dinner table in Labråten - in the sense of 'Oberscharf' as a possible profession = 'yrke' + 'ührer' for the sports - that suggests norwegian 'Tyrkia-Syria' → 'Yrkia-Yria' for this mock slogan told in 1970 or 1971. The slogan which perhaps could be read from the second largest quake could be 'credit the source' - although, if 'dritte Reich' in the sense of rape at puberty time (with victim's own penis contents transplanted onto the rapist, as goes the speculative theory here) were supposed to be the background, it could have been intended as a 'muck slogan'. The nazis may have felt certain that knowledge could be transferred by rape in puberty times? I dont think it is interesting - except for the 'knowledge' or 'experience' that sexual abuse is not good for a person. Would 'pomade' suggest - however vaguely - 'a doll fitler'? Or could 'Pamhagen' have been the reference of the 'Pommach' - and hence perhaps even 'Pentagon'? It was an apple cider that was for sale in those days. I recall that he once put two parallel fingers (righthand index+long) on top of the open bottle.
'Rishi SUN-ak' could be a name applying to the 'Ak-pinar' if 'pinar' = 'source' by 'sucking', and when norwegian 'gummistøvler' = 'wellingtons', there is the possible 'Truss' in the 'Gümüsdöven'. This was the second largest quake, while the strongest and first quake at 'Yamaçoba' - if that applies to Grünewald's Establishment of Santa Maria Maggiore by the chopping 'pickaxe' boring itself into the snow-or-ice-covered ground, there could even be a 'Bor-is Johnson'. And would I be the 'John' of the 'first spadework'? Look at this screenshot from the 'interactive map' close to the epicentre of the third-largest quake - and how that righthand character resembles Grünewald's 'Mocking of Christ' (discussed in this article) - the person standing behind Christ with the 'swastika' arms. (And Christ is down at the 'Kirkpinar'?) The 'NATO' bridge from Grünewald to the Madonna of Guadalupe is not a goodenough reason for nazi philosophies and government - as also the agricultural arts of Turkey perhaps could have been thinking. Then of course one could naturally speculate if the earthquakes in descending Richter magnitude order would be the series of elegies of 'Propertius'. I have earlier speculated if the elegies have been used for the composition or naming of british governments in a countdown towards 'Adolf Hitler' (from this source) as british PM. I notice that Charles de Gaulle 'frexited' France from NATO for a while (but they went back again after some time). I recall Ragna Grøver telling me that 'Fredrikstad' sometimes was called 'Frekstad'. It happened more than once that the official father of the 1970's, if there were cake on the table, announced that he 'would have only a small piece' and then he took nearly half the cake.
Of course, if Adolf Hitler has been rebuilt to a new career in new wrapping, Germany (and maybe other countries) has a definite obligation to ask for his extradition. The earthquake(s) should not be understood as a prophesy of what could happen if Germany so does. Took nearly half the earth-cake? For the british monarchy? The people do not want more nazism.
There is no need for any such totalitarianism in Europe now.

(The order of 7 feb was not meant to be a piece of 'schweizer' after the big quake the day before).

I have earlier speculated if this were the formula which influenced the US presidential election in 2020 by the terror in Vienna in the evening before - 'Fejzulai Kujtim' seems to have been the name - and here present some further speculations.
It was on my younger sister's birthday 23 february in 2002 that I could have been hit by a laser beam on the region of my brain which controls the left hand. It happened possibly in the moment when I had read the news of the abduction of Ingrid Betancourt and was about to close the computer. A strange numbness spread out from the lefthand index finger and soon the left side of the body felt like it had got air pumped in under the skin. The left hand soon got useless and curled up. However, as the years went by the left hand regained some of its capacities and is today almost as good as the right. A brain scan in 2012 evidenced the lesion in the left hand region - there had been a haemorrhage there.
On 23 february 2022 the 20 years limited was passed and if the lesion were due to a laser beam, the criminals could have felt more relaxed after this date. It was in the autumn that year that I started acquiring a heavy cough - and it has turned out that this alternates with broken and unpleasant skin on mainly the right hand: Either the lungs are coughing and then the hands are fine, or the hands suffer from hand eczemas with dry slits that can bleed a little and then the lungs are fine. This seems to undulate back and forth.
The theory that could be articulated is that this strange interdependency could resemble the formula 'glove' (the eczema skins on the hand) in the 'face' (the coughs) - on a 'glittering ball' = the mucous created in the lungs as they are pumped in and out like an inflatable 'ball'.
It is perhaps even possible that this could have been the purpose in 2002 if I were hit by a laser beam - if, that is, such interdependency between respiration and hand were attested in advance. The purpose could then have been to leave a mark of 'austrian' on me - if that formula of 'a glove in the face on a glittering ball' is recognized as 'austrian' - cp. the 'zidalweidun' issue.
I have had strong coughs before 2022 - such as at the end of my work with the blue metre PEB or similar situations. While I was doing the handwork with making the self-publication of the book, the mucous ran from my nose so much that I had to work with a towel across the lap - normal handkerchiefs would not do. It is likely that the coughs could have been related to me terminating my relations with the work - if not simply the surveyed work was thrown to the wolves of administration - but in case the event of 23 february 2002 were intended for such a formula, it is not impossible that it could have been known that such a lesion would paralyze the left hand but the functionality could be largely restored by going via some 'respiration' field of the brain - leaving an interdependence between hand and breath - that is, a 'glove' in the 'face'. I have no idea if that is possible, though.
If, though, this formula were inherent in the terror in Vienna in the evening before the US presidential election, it is perhaps noteworthy that such a hypothesized interdependence could have invoked the name of 'hand-reach himmler' in the sense of the 'hand' reaching the 'respiration' via the interdependencies - could be even by those bullets (often called 'excrements', if I have understood it right) shot out by the terrorist. 'Hand-drit-shimmeler'? Himmler was educated in agricultural fertilization.
If there are such interdependencies, it can be noticed also that, if so, this story could be traced back to me reading the news of Ingrid Betancourt - and I notice that 'in grid' perhaps could mean 'in the ring', like boxers when they show the fists to each other, or like perhaps the austrian president Fischer (according to the news) showing the fists to Pope Francis soon after the inauguration in 2013. Those gestures could perhaps invoke some curiosity after the terror of 2020? In norwegian 'tvi tvi' means 'good luck' and could have been the 'meaning' with such a gesture - but I notice the problems I have had with opening 'twitter' in Austria.
The terror in Vienna on 2 november 2020 started in Seitenstettengasse probably somewhat under the window of the lawyer I had used for sending a letter to Ragna Grøver telling that communications were unwanted.
Are there traces of the 'formula' in the january 2002 issue of Modern Language Review? Could be there are some (such as "Eine immerwährende Umwandlung der Ansichten": Narrators and Their Perspectives in the Works of Adalbert Stifter). By the way, on 31 july 2022 I found this stone on a metal ring grid under a tree outside a nearby school - but I could not take it with me since there were also other special stones around in the area - stones about the same size that seemingly had been painted with colours by children - maybe the schoolchildren. But this was quite special - even a little 'humid' (or 'glittering'?)
Now I hope there are no plans of getting my homepage off the web. I hope it will be possible to renew it at the next payment - but I am a little alarmed by certain difficulties.

I got on 6 february - same day as the earthquake in Turkey - in my PO Box in Vienna a letter claiming to be from the french bank - an office in Saint (= 'Sankt') Avold Cedex which quasispoons into 'Knast Adolf Hitler' for the prison Hitler served in Landsberg Gefängnis after the Beer Hall Putsch. The letter was signed 'La direction de la conformite groupe' which likewise could spoon into 'al erection ed al fonkortime purke'. I have not studied the rest of the letter from the viewpoint of this sort of 'spoonerism'.
I translated Hans-Henrik Holm's poem 'Etter eftasvæl' which I came to use for the article 'The two petrification points'. I had opened Holm's "Bygdir i solrøyk" for something to study and the first lookup (volume I p.65) landed on the poem "Purkerøl". I first thought it meant "Purker-øl" and leafed on for another poem - and studied 'Etter eftasvæl' (volume I p.124) instead. (Volume I is from 1949, Gyldendal Norsk Forlag, Oslo).
When was this? I translated 'Etter eftasvæl' on probably 6, 5 or 4 february and scanned it on 7 february, the day after the quake, but I had waited a little with making this scan. When did I open the book for a first glance on the poem "Purkerøl"? It was probably not on 6 february - my guess is that it was on 4 or 5 february, but I am not entirely certain when it was. If it were on 6 february, then the following considerations are not interesting, but if it were on 4 or 5 february, which probably is more likely, there is the theoretic possibility - if such technology exists - that the coordinates for the quakes of 6 february could have been determined by this poem or rather the following, the 'next', called 'Fjostrygd' (p.65) which means 'Fjøs-trygd' - cp. the quasi-spoon 'skjøv-tyrkt' which could suggest 'Tyrkia + country 'shuffled' next to it'. Here are the two poems from page 65 and here follows my transcription:

My guess is that 'Purkerøl' is a poem playing on the ambiguity of 'su' (in 'raut sui') for 1) su = she-pig, 2) sud = overlapping plank in boat or wall (see this source), and hence there is a theme approximating this poem of mine.
'Fjóstrygd' seems to be a poem playing on linguistic ambiguity:
Gråbein = 'gray-bone', gray-leg = 'wolf'
Varg = wolf, another word for the same
Kua = the cow
Sugga = the she-pig, another word for 'purke'
In this dialect, the wolf is hungry and 'narrow' ('svang') and can take chances for getting to the prey, while the word 'svang' normally would suggest 'pregnant' and here could associate with the stomach of the cow.
Hence the cow lays down due to the weight of e.g. the pig.
The pig is 'trék' (= heavy-weight) which is what the wolf is doing - it 'trekker', while 'mod-sveitt' = sweat from drowsy tiredness compares with 'mots-veitt' for 'bravery-intelligence' - here of the wolf.
Hence the attributes of animal x in this 'rural' dialect applies to animal x+1 in 'state' language, suggesting something like a 'downing' function:

This could be why it is called 'gråbein', playing on ideas of the neural matter inside the skull, the human 'vȃrevegg'.

Hence if a military weapon exists such that quakes of this kind can be triggered by typing the coordinates into a computer and pressing 'enter', there could - if my lookup were on 4 or 5 february - perhaps be an explanation to the quakes in Holm's poems - if the purpose were to mob me with detailed surveillance: It would have been my first lookup in the book (on p.65) but I discarded it and leafed on to 'the next' (on p.124) and hence the quake could have been for this 'next' poem on p.65.
This idea is perhaps not interesting but I mention it anyhow since it could be difficult to spot it otherwise - in case there should be any relevance.
See also Torp's nynorsk etymological dictionary' on 'su' ('su ball' - a game of ball) and 'sud' which could have been comparable to the ('skjøv-gürt'?) 'slit' in the map of Turkey for the distribution of the quakes. Here are the three quakes on magnitude Richter 6:
1) near 'Kirkagaç' = 'beisti'? (= 'gas' in Bible on '666' etc?)
2) = 'smyg'? = 's' & mye 'g'?

It is understood that if surveillance (or maybe under certain specific circumstances) can record the electromagnetic state of the brain to an extent which allows for peeping out through the eyes of the victim of such surveillance, could be even including field of attention, if this earthquake correlates with or even is based on the very brief glance of mine on the poem Purkerøl, and if this happened at least some hours before the quakes, it is not impossible that if such quakes can be computer-engineered and -triggered by advanced military weaponry (say, 'quantum bombs' exploding 'elsewhere' or something like that), it is clear that this could be a story of very bad mobbing. It would also add explanatory weight to the idea why it is not possible for me to write poetry under such circumstances - and indeed it is doubtful whether my health would have been able to endure such mobbing as speculatively outlined here. As my article on petrification suggests, nazism could consist in the very simple principle of making political power by destroying e.g. diachronic values - religious or esthetic or whatever - such as judaism in Europe - the destruction of it could have had the very trivial purpose of enhancing Hitler's powers - if so, it is clear that if this speculative account should have a basis in reality, the story could be far beyond the limit of what can be tolerated for a post-1955 state of Austria.

The 19 february entry ends in some URLs which seem to be suggestive of ideas of the possibility of triggering earthquakes from computer, and by the fourth URL ideas of whether surveillance for 'intelligence' via 'the lens-key' can be obtained - also for such purposes. I added this fourth URL on 20/2-23 at 17:21 local italian time (= 16:21 GMT) - and it seems that a new strong quake hit Turkey a few minutes later - at 17:04 GMT near 'Fidanli' (see the 'interactive map'). What the 5.8 quake a few minutes later were about, I dont know (here are the 5+ quakes). As far as possible cueing for my person is concerned, I could add that my homepage (the present one) were from 2009 at 'Yahoo', then the Small Business web hosting was sold to 'Verizon' and at the time of the death of Gorbatchov further on to 'Turbify' who has a logo which could associate with the idea of a sewing machine, norwegian 'symaskin' (= 'symashin') - cp. ya-'han-drit/reach-Sc-Himmler' - as for the speculative idea of me qua 'dritte Reich' implemented possibly even into - or being the pre-defining purpose with - the holocaust. There is a trivial phonological connection between Himmler's 'Aktion Reinhard' and the name 'Eidsvig Ragna' as well as the three death camps contained in this program (Sobibor, Treblinka, Belcez) for the names of 'Ragna Eidsvig's (later 'Grøver') three children (Vibeke, John Bjarne, Tone Helene). 'Ho' is norwegian for 'she' while 'han' = 'he'. It is this which could allow for the question whether 'Löhr-dags-barnetimen' is a concept which could apply to the current austrian government. There is a phonological link between 'Turkey' and 'Turbify'. It is possible that the story could be about my 'The Endmorgan Quartet' which I published on 24 october 2022 - on 'Turbify', so to speak. Whether the austrian authorities find this 'challenging', I dont know. I hope the program is not to get my web page off the web because of this publication of my work.
There have been more than 5000 aftershocks after the first and biggest quake on 6 february, tell the news quoting a seismologist, so I dont know if this is possible as man-made seismic events.

Assume that the earthquake of Turkey were triggered from a computer in austrian intelligence. It was (as the fantasies can go) about 10 years ago that they built a supersecret laser cannon on a concrete platform dug down under a barn in a place 'meaning' appr. 'the beast of terror' - say, in 'Einfühlstadel' or thereabout - it can release earthquakes and is based on the principle of earth magnetism from iron magma causing movement of the tectonic plates by having a different rotation than the crust - and a laser cannon beam can shoot down through the crust a local disturbance in this magnetic balance causing an earthquake in zones prone to such response. What they did not know is that the factual effect is semiotic rather than seismic: It shifts the meaning of Giovanni Lanfranco's "Roger arrivé en Bretagne fait descendre Angélique de l'hippogriffe" = DDS part III:34 by a +5 function over onto DDS part III:39 'Von Erde Pol zu Pol' which thereby receives a 'nazi' interpretation by making the 'hippogriff' being understood as the intelligence finger (pressing the earthquake button) being understood as the griff on the hip of Angélique - cp. also the name of 'Ingrid Betancourt' and my cerebral haemorrhage of 2002 - this would have been the background of the 'challenge' of the austrian president to the pope (german 'Papst') during the inauguration ceremony in 2013. Thereby they hoped to achieve the effect of earth magnetism being shifted 'Von Erde Pol zu Pol' - as if the gates to heaven swung open by a magic password. Another 'nazi' effect of this is that the socalled 'indo-germanic' substrate gets under a synchronic squeeze by comparing a holy cow with a 'hippogriff'. The effect is magnified by the earthquake not being +5 (cp. also Caravaggio's 5-step cycle) but rather magnitude +7,8 which takes it from #39 down to #31 line 3 in stanza 1: "Spät dringen wir vorwärts". More precisely, it is the word 'dringen' which has a function comparable with the "plötzlich versteinert" in DDS I:78: Here it be about Lanfranco's artwork to #31 "Norandino and Lucina Discovered by the Ogre" - and it is seen how the essential 'dringen' is in the hand of 'Lucina' moving forwards - not the one in the background but the one under the ogre - when she moves her hand forwards in front of her face it will glide into an apparent 'glove' in the air, just over a split in the sheep under it: Indeed a 'glove in the face on a glittering ball' - and thereby Norandino's forwards-reaching hand is turned into the mighty forces of the ogre's hand. This is the effect of magnification of the forces that can be obtained by such a laser cannon.
'Yamachoba' with Akpinar and wellingtons. The two quakes of magnitude 7 would be #31 "Wie Meinung unentdeckt" - telling that by 'unentdecken' the 'Meinung' (by 'rak ulla') under the ogre, the forbidden laser cannon cannot be discovered.
Alas, an illusion that was. 'Laser cannot' is the agreement from 1955.
Will the planform (since Wannsee 1942) of an 'Einfühlsnadel' dug down under the surface come into reality? We hope not.
Are the quakes 'meaningful' - like expressions of divine and holy wrath? Is that because the collective consciousness feels the geological state of the globe and its quakes in advance, or is it because some intelligence types them in on their keyboard or even has an automated link from the surveillance of the brain of the 'beast of terror' to the seismic activities of the globe? ('The-lens-key' was elected on the day of the terror on 'Sri Lanka', like typing on a keyboard). The 'semiotic' account could give a joint explanation to these alternatives by explaining it in the form of dependencies in the maya - and hence be the field of study of a 'phrase structure technology' - like that invincible drone. It could be 'the reflex of the reflex' (or revelation of the revelation) in the yellow metre - see the TEQ vs DDS version of the 'nude young man' of Lanfranco - that make for both the lefthand and the righthand parentheses in one and the same account.
This could be the third patent (p.1128) from the chapter 'The patent bureau' (p.1125-1128) from 'And hang under the Justcan keys' in 'My mention e Anna' in volume 1.
It is understood that the exposition of this mystery normally would have had a more general and serious taint - but it is a fact that it would remain fluttering in the air if there were not an element of empirical proof present. And what is that? It is the role of Austria - how they struggle for finding a 'foothold' (= 'molecule') on their territory but are constantly suffering under the evidential pressure from the 'zidalweidun': Since this word is not anywhere else attested there is the danger that it could be fraud and hence the territorial rights are falling away - and their foothold therewith. Therefore 'a glove in the face on a glittering ball' and this 'zidalweidun' problem has come to be important for austrian culture. But why? For finding a piece of evidential proof for this third patent mystery. There is of course no other reason for these problems. And that means that as soon as the evidential mystery is revealed - how the yellow-metre 'revelation in the revelation' can lead to the discovery of a 'computationally possible' phrase structure theory and technology - there should be no reason to uphold these problems any longer. This 'revelation of the revelation' could also be closely related to the symmetries discussed in this article.
The 'foothold' could be the essential element. I refer to DDS III:64, the last poem in DDS part III, ending in the following two stanzas:

3-dimensionally it is the foot of the ogre but 2-dimensionally it is the glove in the face etc. The mystery is the last line. I searched Lanfranco's works on the web for a dry plank and found his mystery painting in Stockholm called 'The death of Seneca'. Is it extremely early experimental art or is a tragically demolished artwork? I find no comments on this. Here is the mystery:

Continued from yesterday's comment: It seems that this 'Death of Seneca' ascribed to Giovanni Lanfranco has certain strong similarities with an excerpt from an ex nihilo which I found in my home in Zinckgasse in Vienna. I quote from this file:
The ex nihilo is from 26 june 2019. It is a small plastic item that looks like a crumpled plastic water bottle or something like that - here in larger view and in details:
In my childhood there was also the children's saturday night entertainment on radio called 'Lørdags-barnetimen' ('saturday's children's hour') which here links to the ex nihilo by 'Lør-dachs-vanne[t]-timen' = 'Lør-dachs-water-the-hour'. 'Vanne[t]-i-huse[t]' could also be an interpretation of that water and the quasi book.
The following compares a fragment of the ex nihilo - under the dachs-head, the mouth and running water down to the 'breasts' - with the 'Seneca' artwork turned 90 degrees rightwards - and I add also the annotated interpretation of the same in 270 degrees (or turned leftwards) - so show how this possible artwork also exhibits a mirror symmetry relative to the ex nihilo piece:
It is of course natural to speculate if this artwork ascribed to Lanfranco could be a piece of swindle from e.g. the british secret intelligence service MI6 who by the reasoning in this file could seem to be indexed by this ex nihilo. The 'dachs'-head is not included in the 'Lanfranco' artwork. Is this sort of reasoning associated with ideas of 'Mira-leksa' and/or the dog-head which appears when the white stone is revolved - as by the terror (or even recent earthquake) in Syria? If the artwork is authentic and not a piece of swindle, its purpose could have been just that - the ex nihilo symbolism without the doghead. But clearly it could look a little special.
If the recent earthquake of Syria were man-made and served to index the austrian government by way of 'Löhr-dachs-barnetimen', it could be about a related form of symbolism. But, again, I dont know if the 5000 aftershocks is anything within the reach of modern technology.
I quote, though, from Grimm's "Wörterbuch" - (front page) - the fragment 6 from the article 'Diele':

This 'tabulae torculares' (cp. also the 'Wermuth-Weinkellerei') could resemble my 'trockenen Diele' (last two words in DDS part III) and then the 'nachmolke' could resemble what comes after 'Moltke Moes Vei' in the vision I describe in volume 1 page 157:
X and I are standing on the big square in front of the faculty of arts at the university in Oslo. We are talking about something. Then there appears a tiny little moving spot in the sky. We are talking all the time while this happens. The moving spot starts to grow, first slowly, and then more rapidly as the moving object comes closer. At last I observe what it is: It is an enormeous motorbike, larger than a bus, coming towards us from outer space with extreme speed. It passes just clear of the top of the 12-store university building and crashes into the asphalt in the road intersection at Eventyrveien. It happens as unhesitantly as a meteor coming in from outer space, and makes a huge hole in the road.
The area is shown in this map: The road intersection was the one between Evenyrveien ('Fairy Tale Road') and Nils Henrik Abels Vei - which could be the 'nach-Moltke' compared with the other road intersection - or a 90 degrees turning. (The vision can be seen as relevant to the structure of my DDS). If the quake were terror, it could also have been about pretending that this 'Moltke Mor' = 'Moltke Mother' is the reason why it should be considered permitted to drain the ideas off my work for abuse in the faculty of arts at the university of Oslo. That clearly would not be permitted. There was this old joke told by the official father on Vågstranda in the 1960's (probably before the replacement, that means) about the man who had been picking 'molte' berries on Finnmarksvidda - so much that he tried to beat/whip them in a barrel inside of which he put an outboard motor, but due to the trembling it caused he had to put the structure on a bed but the vibrations made the barrel disintegrate and the motor starting whipping up bedclothes and berries and was hopping dangerously around in bed untill he had to shoot it. It could in principle have been this story which were the background of the helicopter crash in Brovary some time ago - leaving the helicopter rotor in this position after the crash (photo from this source).
The question is then even if this 'nachmolke' is what could have been intended to be understood as what led to the 'furche' (of the 'käsdiele') in the turkish earthquake.
Of course all these things do not grant any permission to the norwegian or other authorities to use my work without crediting me as the source.

On background of this article on Andrea del Sarto's art - how it could have been the basis for a fraudulent work assigned to Giovanni Lanfranco - I make a few observations that could have been of interest for understanding a possible background of this. I quote from this article:
"My postal address is PF.15 - cp. PFI5ER. I was in Venice and could not travel up to Vienna for paying the fee for the postal box rent from 1 january 2021 without risking being stuck there because of covid restrictions - and there were good reasons to believe that it was very favourable for the covid condition that I stayed in Italy rather than in Austria and so I tried to find a method for paying the fee from Italy - but it seemed that all contact and inquiry possibilities had been removed from the web. Only one telephone number for 'Austrian Post' was available and that was always occupied or did not respond. I found two email addresses which I tried but there was no response. I eventually concluded that I had to send 140 euros in four banknotes in an envelope, which I did on 14 december, well in time for the end of the year, to the department where the PO Box is. On my return in march, it turned out that they had not got any payment and had closed the PO Box and returned the post there - 7 months of mail that was - to the senders. This was in contrast to the agreement when I opened the PO Box in late 2009 - I was guaranteed that I would not lose any mail if I forgot to pay - there would then be a bill for me in the PO Box and I would have to pay this first for getting the post. The 140 euros I sent has not yet been returned to me. It was difficult to make any other sense out of this than a deliberate coup of the contents in the box - I have complained but it has so far led to nothing - and now it arguably could look like an organized action for reasons of this similarity with the 'PFI5ER' name. The coup in Burma on 1 february - one month later - then arguably could look related by name".
Assume that 'Seneca's death' (ascribed to Lanfranco) could be fraud by deliberate imitation of del Sarto's fresco in Firenze - because of a central role that could have been assigned to del Sarto's works in the construction of nazism. See e.g. this artwork of del Sarto - how the name of Heinrich Himmler even could have been constructed on basis of it: 'Himmler' is norwegian for the eyes of the boy on her lap - it means eyes that look upwards so much that they almost disappear under the eyelids. Assume also that those who made such a fraudulent artwork could have been planning to destroy the original del Sarto fresco by a coup or a warfare action: Then the military coup in Burma 2021 could have contributed to create the link that was lost with the fresco to the artwork of Lanfranco with the role of e.g. Himmler: This 'land-of-franking' = Italy wherefrom I sent the envelopes could then have been set in systematic relation to me qua 'dritte Reich' (= 'han-dritt/reach-SCH-himmler'). If, therefore, it is fraud, the purpose could even have been to dump this on me qua 'octogonist' - see this article on some puzzling phenomena related to 'Pfizer' - which again could have been part of a program for re-establishing the reputation of Adolf Hitler as quasi divine when swapping around with the PTRSIM PIK.
The two artworks or items in question - the upside-down and mirrored del Sarto's 'Journey of the magi' (the relevant excerpt - the curving part on top is omitted) to the left and the alleged Lanfranco's 'Seneca's death' to the right:
the similarity of which are based on omission of the high arch above the fresco theme of del Sarto. If this is considered in parallel with the ex nihilo fragment (see these brief comments for 23 february 2023), this high arch with the dachs-head could correspond to the mythos element of the 'Mira' alsation dog of the Grøvers (and ideas of 'mira-leksa' etc) - I do not have evidence of such a speculative mythos element from elsewhere. If so, one notices that this idea even could have been part of a corresponding strategy behind the terror in Syria - including the catastrophic destruction of the Palmyra ruins - which here could mean 'palm-mira'.
Today I also added another artist to the inventory of evidence for the theory discussed in this file - it is Jacopo Bassano who shas some remarkable correlations with my 'function 10'.
