I have told this before (such as on 1 december 2023) as a possible evidence suggesting that 'cognitive surveillance' of my mind (my 'mental content') could be going on and that data from it could be forwarded to abuse in various activities - the following example could indicate that these data could have been converted into political activities in Kiev, Ukraine:

The story is from Kärntnerstrasse on 24 august 2023 - I was walking down Kärntnerstrasse in downtown Vienna for the first time in many months when a photographer held up a big flashlight parabola over a camera house - if it were not only playthings made of cardboard or whatever. I dont think there was any photo taken - could be it was only pantomime - but after I had avoided this scene and continued down the street, there started an inner imagery of amusement among the authorities seeing little johnny up and going again - it was the same old amusement game coming up again with all this expectations and the little jesus there - when I felt the response in my mind that "I am only a private person without any connections with all this mockery game - there is no reason to involve me in all this" and my boot (in my inner imagination) was planted in an authoritative amusement behind. (As I wrote this originally on 1 december 2023, the onscreen cursor hopped two pages up as by itself - I didnt notice that I had hit a corresponding key - and I now can recognize the potential 'XP' background of this). This inner theatre/scenario/imagination was an inner expression of anger by this apparent abuse story - but it was of the kind which I would not pronounce or write down and there would have been no outer expressions referring to it. (This could also be a possible childish strategy - to find something in the surveillance data which the subject will not or dare not speak about in public - then the abuse will not be brought to daylight). This inner imagery could have been around 11:00-11:30, is my guess, on 24 november 2023.

Probably the next day I read that Zelensky on the same 24 november 2023 had fired some commanders from his National Guard - it was the names of the people that had been fired that gave rise to the idea that the decision to dismiss them could have been motivated by such 'cognitive surveillance data' from my mind in that street - since the names seemed to sum up that inner scenario. The names are given in this article in Kyiv Independent of November 25, 2023 1:10 AM - that is, soon after midnight to the following day. The names that could be telling this were Yuriy Kondratyuk, Oleksandr Nabok, Oleg Sahon and Mykola Mykolenko.

'Yuriy Kondratyuk' tells of a 'decision' about 'kan dra til yuk' = 'can go to yuk' - an informal expression of the same character as my inner scenario.

It is the other three names that constitute reasons for alarm - on the following condition: As far as I remember, I bought in 2006 Moritz Hartmann's 'Adam and Eve' in the antiquariat in Annagasse in Vienna - that is some steps further on down Kärntnerstrasse relative to the location of the 'inner scenario'. It would also have been the same antiquariat wherein I bought another of his books - the 'Briefe von Moritz Hartmann'. If I do remember right, that is - but if the book were acquired in another antiquariat, then there is not so much left of this reasoning. Furthermore, and still as far as I remember, there was on the corner Annagasse / Kärntnerstrasse a shop selling 'Ricola' herbal products - at least the herbal tea they are known for. Today there is no such shop there but I think there was one in those days of 2006. I found the observations on this among the comments I published on my internet page in those days - in those years even private homepages had to be delivered to 'legal deposit' at the relevant libraries in Vienna, and I made each year a printout of new material which I had published, bound in bookform with a CD with the electronic material attached. This comment was found in the volume called "The website material 2004-2007" - as it is written on the inside title page: "The present volume contains a printout for legal deposit of the internet page which was established on 13 April 2004 under http://www.geocities.com/johnbjarnegrover". The volume is 1518 dense pages - here follows a quote from pages 418-419 - the following was from a running commentary which I had published on 18 July 2006:

When I bought Hartmann's "Adam und Eva" some days ago, the bookseller also told me that they had another book of his - an exchange of letters with a 'Rikola' or 'Wikola' or something like that. I asked him again: 'Rikola'? Then I must have it. He looked it up again and it was not Rikola, he said, it was by R.Wolkan. Aha, then I postponed it but in the weekend it occurred to me that I should have bought it nevertheless, to find out if it could be about Wirkola nevertheless, not to speak of the biodynamic tea. On Sunday 16 July, I put out the analysis of the two biggest earthquakes 2002 and 2003. And I forgot to include the credit of source to my mention of 'seimenn' in terms of the 'Corrs' in a record shop. Early Monday, I added the credit with the mention of 'halvt-øres drops' which seems to have a rather decisive function: 'Halv-tørres clrops' could mean 'Duschnik' as well as 'Jarle Bruvig' etc. I added this around 7:30 local time (6:30 UTC). Then I simply forgot to run to the bookshop to ask for Hartmann's letter-exchange book. If the shop opened at 9:00 local time, it would have been 19:25 minutes past when the big 7.7 quake struck South of Jawa, and which produced a tsunami which claimed a number of lives:

This is closest to 'The Settlement' on the small Christmas Island - and it is closest to the district on Jawa called 'Ci Wulan'. But that is the editor of the letters of Hartmann! When I went to find the book today, it turned out to be published on Rikola Verlag (Wien, Berlin, Leipzig, München) in 1921, edited by prof.dr. Rudolf Wolkan. Why could this be such a big thing - magnitude 7.7? I turned the leaf and found the following:

One of Ole Krøtøe's friends in Fredrikstad, whom I think I also met briefly there, was Hermann Hebler, whose name is or was strangely similar to Irmfried Eberl, the chief of Treblinka. They were also same age, and Hebler is German and makes to attempt to hide that. Another of his friends in the town was Søren Gangfløt. Hebler lived and probably still lives in the Old Town and is an artist who also is well known for arranging a biannual exhibition of international graphics.
Whether there should be any link to Eberl or not, the name and age and nationality and all that is the same as Hebler, and it could here be about the Kurt Waldheim case which started soon after the 'biodynamic death' - cp. the biodynamic products of 'Ricola' which can be found on many tables - of Olof Palme. If all this should make any sense here, it could even point to the 'exchange of letters' - which then even could be about the letter from Celan to Sachs of 13 January 1967 - with the mention of 'post-kakanisch / Vidimierung' of Bengt Holmqvist.

This is the fragment which makes a reference to the antiquariat in Annagasse and the 'Ricola shop' on the corner to Kärntnerstrasse relevant for the three remaining names in Zelensky's decision of 24 november 2023:

Oleksandr Nabok = the neighbour to the antiquariat
Oleg Sahon = the 'old salon' = the antiquariat itself

Is this interesting? Only if I really bought the book in that antiquariat some metres down the street from where I had the 'inner scenario'.

'Moritz Hartmann' could be 'politically interesting' because of its allusions to 'mor is hartmann' = 'mother is the hard-man'. There is also the story with the blue mark on the shoulder after the car crash in 1981 - which I had guessed could be due to the safety belt that snapped.

I add the following:

This is the book with Hartmann's letters. It contains also some comments from the editor 'Rudolf Wolkan', such as on page 52 where I find the story told of Hartmann being arrested for 'oppositional journalism' - but with the undertones of a 'rude olf volcano' possibly having been in bed with the russian Anna Troubetzkoy (or her daughter) whose husband was often out travelling. On the contralateral page 53 there is mention of 'schauerliche Einsamkeit [...] zur vollkommener Demoralisation'. There could be several such editorial comments in the book. I recall from Bierlein's chancellorship the idea of the 'Prague structuralist' Trubetzkoy coming to my mind several times - although I dont think I mentioned it in speech or writing. It is of course not impossible that there could be a background in the book with Hartmann's letters several of which are to Anna Troubetzkoy.

Again, these data are probably not much interesting if I bought the book elsewhere - that is an empirical matter. Neither are they much interesting if Zelensky fired the people before I went down Kärntnerstasse.

However, if there should be a connection to these data, one could guess that 'Yuriy Kondratyuk' could have been fired because of data from 'cognitive surveillance' of my mind - the other three names being matched against data from my formerly published comments from a location very close to the place where I had these ideas - the inner scenario.

There exists also the alternative explanation that Zelensky had fired the people in Kiev before I went down Kärntnerstasse and therefore I had this inner scenario - because I had many years earlier published some details from some events at a location close to the place where I was walking in 2023. It is of course possible that thoughts, ideas, inner imagery could be of this type generally.

Kyiv Independent reports that new names were Vadym Gladkov, Oleksandr Bilous and Oleksiy Osipenko. It is easy to spot these in the new shops on the corner Annagasse/Kärntnerstrasse: 'Gladkov' would be the 'Hubschrauber' = 'helicopters', the sound of which would be 'Hall-huber' (by вадень = horsefly, mosquito with rotating swords (latin 'gladius'), 'Osipenko' would be the 'hoarse warbler' of 'Falconeri' (I dont know if falcons sing at all), while 'Oleksandr Bilous' would be the 'belows' of 'Calzedonia'. This seems to leave little doubt - could be so little that the alternative explanation is possible as well.

Reading in that "The website material 2004-2007" could (maybe with norwegian eyes) invoke the idea "gee, this looks schizophrenic". I think this format developed after my PhD dissertation was rejected in 1998 - and it is easy to see now what could have been the background of this: The way of thinking in parts of my 'website material' could look approximately like an average draft paper for some plans made in a political party headquarter office at e.g. Youngstorget (Labour) in Oslo - or even a materialization of such 'inner scenarios' - could be found in the wastebin by a cleaning assistant in the evening (like a photographer lifting up a big flashlight parabola over a camera wastebin house) - and the purpose with the rejection in 1998 (as well as other such situations) could have been to swap roles in this sense of it.

Clearly this would be a social mechanism which it could be wise to be more conscious about.

Would cognitive surveillance of the helicopters conclude that they are visible on cognitive surveillance but not on ordinary surveillance of the landscape? In Norway that could mean that the visionary (me) is classified as hallucinated and hence mentally disturbed - while in other countries it could count as an indication of a religious vision a la Ezekiel's ("Inaugural vision Ezekiel 1:1–3:27: God approaches Ezekiel as the divine warrior, riding in His battle chariot. The chariot is drawn by four living creatures, each having four faces (those of a man, a lion, an ox, and an eagle) and four wings"). The theme would anyhow suggest 'cognitive surveillance' with potential forwarding of available data - and the abuse in terms of availability of such data must count as rather raw. Some could call it 'completely crazy abuse'. In terms of 'religious vision', a swap function could intend to swap roles for lending the label of 'completely crazy (abuser)' onto me.

And, even more clearly, if there is such 'cognitive surveillance' of me and the data are forwarded to e.g. ukrainian administration, then it follows that it is forwarded not only to them but potentially also to lots of other interesters - Hollywood productions, media channels, advertisement etc - and the war in Ukraine could then be considered also from this point of view. It would be a very serious matter which has to be tidied up in. Not the least, perhaps, since this could constitute a factor also in socalled democratic election mechanisms.

As far as concerns 'Ci Wulan' on Java, I notice also 'C.Whelan' mentioned on page 1110 in volume 3 (62 MB) - as a comment to TEQ #412. I think I remember the name C.Whelan from The Times around 1998 or 1999 in the context of some ado about the Blair administration. I notice also these news on background of my mention (in these 'brief comments') on 10 september 2024 of the train crash near Zehetnergasse in Vienna.

A story of 'feeds'

In june 2015 I bought an adobe house in Sziget Utca in Szolnok (Hungary) via 'Openhouse' estate agents - they later changed name to 'CASA Network. I' have never used the house for residence but have spent some nights there. My residence has been in Vienna all the time.

There have been three burglaries in my house:

1) Some weeks after I bought the house, a break-in via the kitchen window, little damage but theft of one hotplate value 8999 Ft. and one bakelit handle to a gas convector, worth perhaps 135 Ft or so. The insurance fee to Allianz was drawn about the same date - but they had given a discount of 9134 Ft for unknown reasons. Hence I decided to change insurance to Generali. Police came and took report but nothing happened.

2) Around april-may 2019 a burglary with doors broken up with crowbars - some damage, valuables stolen, things pulled out of cupboards and shelves and left in a mess. Police came and took report but nothing happened. I got a documentation from them which I gave to Generali but it is probable that they never paid - although my bank OTP has not given me information on ins and outs of my account (they now and then, maybe once a year or so, send me the balance number) and I cannot therefore be certain that they have not paid. It was on the same day as I discovered this and reported it to the police that the 'Hableany' boat some hours later crashed with the 'Viking' ship and sank on the Danube in Budapest. (I believed 'Hableany' could have been significant of the name 'Skundberg' - 'hab' = skum' - see the article ''1223' for ÖVP chairmen and the Kennedy assassination' for this name in the context of the Kennedy assassination in 1963).

3) While I was in Italy in the spring 2023 I got an email telling that somebody in Sziget street had sent me a letter by post to Vienna telling that there was a hole in the roof of the house - but I had never got the letter (is there censorship of my PO Box?) and they therefore tried email instead. I fancied that it was from Sziget rock festival who wanted to use me for public relations and therefore I did not travel from Italy to Szolnok before many weeks had passed. When I finally arrived to Szolnok on 26 july 2023 it turned out to be right that there was a hole in the roof - several rooftiles had fallen down and the lock to the attic had been broken up. This was on the same day as the car carrier 'Fremantle Highway' took on fire outside the coast of the Netherlands - the fire may perhaps have broken out when I was preparing for going from Vienna to Szolnok by train. I took it as a correlate to Hableany for burglary 2. I now believed that 'Fremantle Highway' could have been put on fire for turning the roles around when I would be sitting at the police for reporting the burglary and the damage - and there was not much more evidence of burglary than the padlock to the attic that had been broken up - apart from this I could not be certain that the rooftiles had not fallen down because of the age of the wooden lists that held them up. I therefore - since there had been no response from the police to the two first burglaries - let it be to report this to the police but repaired the damage myself - and could only hope that my old and very simple adobe house were not too damaged from the rain that had fallen in through those weeks or months.

My ideas about this third burglary with damage to the rooftiles was that it could have been carried out by the same political interesters as I have described in the article ''1223' for ÖVP chairmen and the Kennedy assassination' and who could have been interested in turning the roles around. Evidence of this could be seen in the evidence of the damage to the padlock to the attic: This is how the attic lock was when I left the house (with the lock itself intact, though), and this is how the lock was when I returned to the house and found the roof damaged. It is seen that the lock could have been left in this position for turning the roles - and the fire in the car carrier 'Fremantle Highway' ('frem' is norwegian for 'forwards' - see also this file for 'Freemantle' - I notice also 'Vista' which was a 'Windows' version some 20 years ago or so, I think) could have been for similar reasons and for lending punch to the role-turn. The theory - supported by a magnet scan of my brain showing that a part has been scissored off while the skull is intact - is that I was opened in the head some days after my birth in 1957, with a part of the brain scissored off and probably somebody could have masturbated a spurt on the other cortex for the concept of 'dirty beast in the revelation' for turning this role with me. This evidence supports the theory of role-swapping strategies. This story from 1957 would have been the same as the basis for ÖVP interests in swapping roles with me and the basis for the Kennedy assassination from such a viewpoint. The 'Fremantle' would then also have been this 'opening of the head/roof' - and the role-turning would have been in my 'revelation' to Szolnok after having been away for months. The Hableany disaster could in principle - by name of the boat and the crashing 'Viking' - have been for similar role-turning purposes.

Why didnt the Generali insurance company (as far as I have been able to confirm) pay me the compensation money after burglary #2 - I had even given them the police documentation and there could not be any doubt about it? When - or rather if, since the OTP bank has not provided me with the ins and outs of my account - they did not pay the economic compensation for the burglary, it could have served to signal that I myself was reponsible for it somehow - which of course I am not but the political interesters described in the article ''1223' for ÖVP chairmen and the Kennedy assassination' could have been out for swapping roles with me. For example, there is now an election coming up in Austria on 29 september 2024 (in a small week's time that is) and, as my article tells, it seems that the ÖVP party could be related to my person in some essential way - and hence also a theoretic role of Kennedy and hence also the assassination in 1963 - since their founding in 1945. This party could perhaps be in need of swapping roles with me and could therefore in principle be one of the interesters that could have been behind one or more of the burglaries. For precisely this reason I do not want to stay in Austria before the election and have therefore gone to Szolnok for being away these days. (I would normally have gone to Venice but can no longer afford the stay there).

I have speculated if e.g. the norwegian Labour party could have been involved in the burglaries - on background of the data in the article ''1223' for ÖVP chairmen and the Kennedy assassination' - but have only these data as background for these speculations. I have also speculated if e.g. the pagers that exploded in Lebanon on 17-18 september 2024 could have been a part of a similar political role-swap structure. I had planned to go to Szolnok on 17 september but the flooding made me postpone it to the day after. I had planned to be in Venice but could not pay the 135 euros per night which was the price I got on the telephone. They could reduce it to 125 but not further and even this would be too much for my wallet. These two numbers 135 and 125 could be recognized in the page numbers 1135 and 1125 in my collected works volume 1 - the first page for the 'chalet' which applied to an aspect of a former stay of mine in Venice and the second page for the idea of the rights to my intellectual properties. If these page numbers were the story, it could have been the reason why just these 'pagers' exploded. (How many pagers?) The norwegian PM had been to China about a week earlier and the spanish PM had as well - the spanish reached the place one day before the norwegian (cp. the race to the south pole between Amundsen and Scott) - and hence the Hezbollah target could have been about HISP-ollaH for the comparable attempt to turn roles around - now before the election in Austria and there is a presidential election coming up in USA some weeks later. A handwritten draft of mine to a manuscript I am working with had even some relevant words spelt out wrong (since several years ago) - it looks like 'bak' or 'ball' but should have been 'back'. This manuscript should of course not have been available to others - I have never shown or given it to anybody.

I recall from the 1970's that I one winter day went out and the man who was in the role of my official father - he had taken the place of the first father in 1969 - was shuffling away snow from before the garage door which opened by folding up over the car roof. This shuffling of snow could be called 'brøyte' in norwegian, while 'sprøyte' = 'syringe'. I am not an agent.

I have speculated if the house in Sziget Utca could have been a political project intended for me - possibly planned since Hitler took the power in Germany, as is my speculation. 'Evidence' that it could have been planned for me is in the two first photos in the book I got from the first father in the 1960's - the first photo could be telling of 'water in the adobe walls by the chimney' while the second photo could be telling of the adobe house - the building material could resemble a small earthen hut. The idea is that (if the house were planned for me since the 1930's, it could even have been built for me) there could be water pipes inside the adobe walls - with water taps elsewhere in the area - these water taps could then be opened and when water flushes inside the adobe walls the house can fall down. This constitutes a source of political power when political role-swapping is the purpose. I have seen water running in the entrance room in such a way that it would be telling that there is at least one such water pipe near the chimney but I dont know how many such pipes there could be.

I have speculated if this phenomenon - cold but not hot water potentially running inside the walls - could be the background also of the name of the socalled Visegrad Group, but clearly this speculation sounds somewhat farfetched.

For this reason and for reasons of general security by the idea of potential rot in the ceiling beams (under the hole that was in the roof above for several weeks/months) I found that I should try and find out of the condition of the house. But where can I find out of that? I need an 'infrared' (or something like that) photo of the ceiling and the walls - but where can I find such a service? I have tried in vain by searches on the internet but have found none. I went to a firm selling building materials but they had no such service. I had been to the municipal building council some years ago and went there to ask - they should know where I could find such help - but it was not as before (maybe it was something else?) and I was shown the way to a man in an office. I asked him if he knew where I could get such help - e.g. by satellite photography - and he looked up my house address on google streetview map on the internet but could not help me any further. He knew not where I could get such help. I noticed, though, that there was a sign on the outer door telling that the building council had perhaps moved elsewhere. I then went to the estate agent who had sold the house and they knew about a person who had a drone and camera for such photography and would contact him with inquiry - they asked me to leave my name and email address. When I later opened the browser it did not behave as normal but presented some 'feeds' instead - which were a little difficult to get away. There has been no email for me so far (but not much time has elapsed) about this issue and I should probably not take the 'feeds' to tell about this.

Would the story be about insurance - here 'Allianz' and 'Generali'? The latter have not paid - would it be for helping me to prevent role-swapping?

'Lőkösháza' is the border town to Romania. The train to Szolnok continues on to Lőkösháza. I should not take that as significant either.

23/9-24: The computer is very slow - I write two words and have to sit waiting for them to show up on the screen. A delay has been put in. It is probably meant to 'mean' something. I am very tired of this sort of 'communication'.

25/9-24: Today even more unwanted 'feeds' have invaded the browser's functionality - now for something called 'playhop.com'. This is the first time this has happened on my computer. The 'feeds' are both horizontal top and vertical on the right side.

I have suggested the obvious view on the Ukraine-Russia war that it could have been provoked by way of raw persecution of russian nationals in Ukraine - there are 12% russian nationals there and most of these live in the east of the country.

But another view is that Russia does not want NATO so close and the war broke out in 2022 after Ukraine presented their interest in becoming member of NATO. Then the reason for all the bloodshed looks perhaps not so good as the first view.

But are these two views the same?

The conflict broke out in Donbass in early 2014 around the time when Stoltenberg was appointed chief of NATO and it was extended to a fullfledged war in 2022.

A Black Sea Loop of terror would be running from Turkey around the Black Sea towards Paris for being the eastern arm on the european swastika constituted also by Norway, Italy and England. Norway may have been established in 1814 for making this european swastika. There could be religious conflicts behind it - since England and Norway are very protestant and Italy and eastern Europe are catholic. Hence a Black Sea Loop in the east could be for breaking down italian catholicism in the south - a conflict going back to Henry VIII in England.

This is the background why a Black Sea Loop of terror could be 'the same' as NATO interests - or, say, the original interests behind the founding of NATO after the war.

The referenda held in all the disputed eastern areas (including Crimea) tells that the population there want to be russian rather than ukrainian - that obtains for some 90-95% of the population, which suggests that persecution probably is an essential part of the story. It could have been a persecution that could have provoked the war - and the russian efforts could come to count as heroic also for the interests of Europe in general. None of the people in Europe would want a Black Sea Loop of terror to run from Turkey around the Black Sea towards Paris. A Black Sea Loop would probably mean the same as 'total power' - could be a modernization of the concept of monarchic power. I have fancied (but know little about this) that such a loop could consist in the name of one victim being on a location the indexes of which selects the name of the next victim in accordance with the structure in some literary work - and hence the series of victims can be guessed or intuited from the name of the first victim - something which will create an underearth wave of subconscious panic. If it should be about my literary work, the political intention behind such a loop would be to turn it into a bible of terror for ruling the world in accordance with the principles of Hitler. Of course I do not want such terror - in particular not as related to my literary work.

The story from Kärntnerstrasse (the replacement of leaders in the National Guard in Ukraine in 2023) told on 17 september 2024 could provide fuel to a theory that the war in Ukraine could have been provoked for the purpose of enhancing the effect of a rape of my authorship and intellectual properties (including 'cognitive surveillance data' - which I suppose means 'thought reading', nowadays perhaps more commonly and imprecisely called 'AI'?). Who would be interested in that? Would it be a 'Kennedy' matter - or a part of Hitler's zweite Reich program?

It is very possible that Russia heroically defends the future of the european people. Is Europe drowning in a floodwave of plagiarisms of my literary work? (See the discussion of Bertolucci's 'The Dreamers'). A plagiarism can give quick money in the pocket of the film makers - but lead to a lasting recession in the national economy. People who watch or read such a plagiarism will feel corrupted by a glossy surface which hides swindle underneath and people will start thinking "why should I do good work if other people earn the money from it?" - and the national economy (not to speak of the cultural life generally) will suffer from that. A rape of my (or anybody's) intellectual properties leads to just that - and the Ukraine-Russia war could be little in this respect compared with what a Black Sea Loop could come to be.

It is possible that a draft to an unfinished work of mine has been tapped by surveillance and released for plagiarist purposes. Who would have been responsible for such a decision? Would it have been a NATO concern? Would that mean that NATO could constitute a problem for the future of Europe comparable to what a Black Sea Loop could be?

Why would it be called a 'loop'? See this study on how the ancient 'loops' of the Rigveda could concern modern matters of knowledge constitution - with a political comment towards the end of the article. Messiah could have "a great desire for granting heavens" while Hitler could feel the need for defending human rationality in the sense of retaining logical negation and therefore nourish "a great desire for granting terror". He could defend this by referring to the need for respecting human rationality in order to prevent chaos and dark sectarianism - and it is not necessarily so easy to refute such ideas unless one has understood the principles in my ideas of a non-euclidean logic - which is an idea which standard probability theory probably per definition discards, being unable to accept that the sum of probabilities can be different from unity - something which otherwise could be possible by exclusion of Euclid's fifth common notion. But I must emphasize that I know little about any plans or designs for such a political 'loop'. 'Turning things around' could be a general program among those who would defend terror for quasi-reasons of respecting human rationality.

Some people likewise say that swindle leads to success both economically and politically. This can be proven, they say. There is no doubt that it is a much quicker way to success than oldfashioned 'moralism' and things like that. But this should not be the program of Europe. Plagiarism is swindle and nothing but swindle. Some people defend it nevertheless.

Where is the serious study of the percentage of published works that are plagiarisms of my works - or plagiarisms generally? If the world wants to avoid the drainhole of plagiarisms that leads to a crisis that can be solved by war only, there should be such serious studies published. It is probably still a hot potato, though - but it should be possible since it is an empirical matter with little political interpretations involved. To assess plagiarisms in business and administration is perhaps more difficult and requires some political evaluations - but those measures of plagiarisms in published works should be a natural subject of sensible study.

(Why does it seem so surprisingly difficult to get a photo from satellite or drone seeing through a house the conditions of the internal building materials?)

As I came back to the house today wednesday, an elderly man peeped in the gate and called for my attention. He spoke hungarian but I think he said something like "I am the owner of this house" ('tulajdonos'). He did not try to repeat it or make it clearer.

He was standing peeping in through another fence further up the street as I arrived, so maybe this is a sport or habit of his.

A 'hey-plop.com' could be a play on the prognosis for the upcoming election in Austria in 4 days time - cp. the ideas of 'Rollstuhlplätze' etc. FPÖ is scheduled to win the election - ÖVP is scheduled to come at least second if not third).

I refer again to this article of mine with its interpretation of the Kennedy assassination, and to this Monty Python sketch from probably around 1970 or thereabout (or maybe some years later into the 1970's?) From about 07:00 there are some reponses to the question "What do you think of Mr.Hilter's policies?" At 07:06 there is what could be my name ('j on' + 'barne[t]' = 'the child' + 'g-røver' = 'g-criminal') , at 07:11 there is what appears like the name of 'Petter Enok Skau Jakobsen' (a hand on the car = 'petter', 'e nok-s' = 'some', 'kauj' = 'good', 'ak' = 'at', 'obs-en' = 'up-[s]-in' = 'the stock exchange'), at 07:13 ('no! no!') there could be the name of 'Tone Helene Grøver' ('two down, the whole down, g-robber'), at 07:25 there could be the name of 'John Fitzgerald Kennedy' ('j on fits yer old kennedy' = the line between the 'beautiful legs') and at 07:29 there could be the name of 'Anne Helen Skundberg' = 'and he leans foam-berg'. What would this apparently pre-announced Kennedy assassination do in the context of Hitler, Himmler and Ribbentrop? And what about the apparently similar way of encoding the names of the 'Obmänner' of ÖVP? Austria is supposed to be de-nazified. How can this be explained? Is it a matter of 'Black Sea Loop'?

The unwanted 'feeds' continue on TASS. ('Tass' in norwegian could mean a small boy). It seems that websites beginning with 'fpoe.at' ('Freiheitliche Partei Österreichs') are blocked here in Hungary - now before the election on 29 september 2024? I have had a lateralized hearing since a few days ago.

Some years ago there used to be the problem of garbage sacks I put out for the garbage car (the 'kuka') to collect - somebody used to tear them open and steal a little of it. I reported it to the police and they considered it 'petty theft' and may perhaps have done something to prevent the problem. However, I stopped using the service when I was here and dropped the garbage off at the 'hulladék-udvar' on the other side of the rails (!) - but now there has been a garbage restructuring and they cannot receive such private garbage any longer. So I had to try and put one of those sacks out for the 'kuka' again - but, alas, it was torn open and some it was stolen even this time. I dont know who organizes these things.

Here is Netanyahu's speech at the United Nations yesterday 27 september 2024 - in video and in transcript. It seems the transcript has been provided by the israeli prime minister's office. It is printed in "The Times of Israel" which quotes two excerpts for its heading of it:

'There's no place in Middle East that Israel cannot reach'.

'Enough is enough', he says of Hezbollah.

The latter is from about mid way through the speech: "Well, I’ve come here today to say enough is enough". If that resembles my quote (three days ago) from Monty Python "Well, I think he'd do a lot of good to the Stock Exchange", the question could be whether the other excerpt 'There's no place in Middle East that Israel cannot reach' could resemble the other essential name that I have interpreted from the assumed context of the Kennedy assassination. There are two stories I could tell that relate to my person:

I met Anne Helen Skundberg in the forest outskirts in late 1972 for some innocent petting. Hence the 'petter' could have been about 'petter er nok skau ja-kobsen'. Would it mean an 'A-doll Fitler' - in the sense of 'petter in the forest outskirts'? The first time I met Petter Enok Skau Jakobsen, which was in the autumn 1973, he was sitting or rather half lying on a mattress in his home room. He was once with me home to Labråten 58 - we went up the stairs and when we reached the top of the stairs, he looked into the living room (under the high 'himmling' as it is called in norwegian, a high ceiling following the slanting roof) and saw (the man who called himself) 'John Grøver' sitting there in the sofa - he immediately jumped up from the sofa as if stung in his behind by something. I think it was later that I came up the stairs in the home and there stood on top of the stairs the same man (if not simply a copy for the occasion) who called himself 'John Grøver' standing with a strangely twisted look in his face - as if his face mask had been pulled a little out and twisted aside. I pretended like nothing and believed perhaps he had swallowed too much Rohypnol before going to bed. Would this mean that the situation with Petter Enok Skau Jakobsen would mean 'on top of the stairs' in the sense of 'Heinrich Himmler' while the one with Anne Helen Skundberg - the 'petter' in the forest outskirts - would have meant 'A-doll Fitler' - the one on the mattress? (These ideas do not mean that I assign historic roles to these people - but they could mean that the names are used for referring to historic things).

These are only personal associations of mine, though - and the issue is whether these names could be used for encoding certain essential names from the history of nazism.

Clearly it is very possible that Netanyahu sees nazism as a continued threat against Israel. He makes some allusions to this in his speech - such as the parallel in Gaza to Germany after WWII: Would it have made sense to include Hitler and his nazis into the re-building of Germany after the war? Of course not - of course nazism had to be completely forbidden. Today (the day before the election in Austria when the '1223' party ÖVP is supposed to lose the governmental power) it is reported that Israel believes they have assassinated Nasrallah, the chief of Hezbollah.

My personal impression is that Iran could be used by Israel as a sort of 'codeword' for the nazism which Israel (and the rest of the world) does not want. In his speech, Netanyahu refers to the recent act of aggression from Iran against Israel: "And last April, for the first time ever, Iran directly attacked Israel from its own territory. / Firing 300 drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles at us. I have a message for the tyrants of Tehran: If you strike us, we will strike you. There is no place—there is no place in Iran—that the long arm of Israel cannot reach. And that's true of the entire Middle East".

What is not mentioned here is that the missiles sent from Iran - and I think all of them were downed before they reached Israel - was a retaliation for the israeli bombing of the iranian consulate in Damascus 12 days earlier, which means that Iran with its retaliating missiles thereby said: "If you strike us, we will strike you". Since this even was 'for the first time ever', it is possible that Israel uses 'Iran' as a codeword needed for understanding the current situation in international politics.

I quote also the following important excerpts from Netanyahu's UN speech:

"We see this moral confusion when Israel is falsely accused of genocide when we defend ourselves against enemies who try to commit genocide against us. We see this too when Israel is absurdly accused by the ICC Prosecutor of deliberately starving Palestinians in Gaza.

What an absurdity. We help bring in 700,000 tons of food into Gaza. That’s more than 3,000 calories a day for every man, woman, and child in Gaza. We see this moral confusion when Israel is falsely accused of deliberately targeting civilians.

We don't want to see a single innocent person die. That's always a tragedy. And that's why we do so much to minimize civilian casualties, even as our enemies use civilians as human shields.

And no army has done what Israel is doing to minimize civilian casualties. We drop flyers. We send text messages. We make phone calls by the millions to ensure that Palestinian civilians get out of harm's way. We spare no effort in this noble pursuit".

This adds to the comment earlier in the speech:

"Now, ladies and gentlemen, even with Hamas's greatly diminished military capability, the terrorists still exercise some governing power in Gaza by stealing the food that we enable aid agencies to bring into Gaza.

Hamas steals the food, and then they hike the prices. They feed their bellies, and then they fill their coffers with money they extort from their own people. They sell the stolen food at exorbitant prices, and that's how they stay in power. Well, this too has to end, and we're working to bring it to an end.

And the reason is simple: because if Hamas stays in power, it will regroup, rearm, and attack Israel again and again and again, as it has vowed to do. So, Hamas has got to go.

Just imagine, for those who say Hamas has to stay, it has to be part of a post-war Gaza—imagine, in a post-war situation after World War II, allowing the defeated Nazis in 1945 to rebuild Germany? It's inconceivable. It's ridiculous. It didn't happen then, and it's not going to happen now.

This is why Israel will reject any role for Hamas in a post-war Gaza. We don’t seek to resettle Gaza. What we seek is a demilitarized and de-radicalized Gaza. Only then can we ensure that this round of fighting will be the last round of fighting".

This sounds reminiscent of what Russia says about Ukraine. Is the problem a matter of an international network phenomenon called 'nazism' which still haunts the world? My view is that this is the same as the attempts to retain negation as a necessary component of logic. It is interpreted in politics as 'the need for negating/annihilating certain parts of the international space' - which means Hitler's need for terror and warfare - the need for an enemy which they can attack.

Here is an article from the American Jewish Committee: 'What You Need to Know About Israel’s Humanitarian Aid To Gaza'.

Kennedy ran for presidency in 1960 - which would have been after the possible 1-2-3 on my person 1957-1959 assumed to be '1' = head opened some days after birth with somebody masturbating a spurt on my cortex, '2' = assumed rape around 6 months ago, '3' = assumed injection of torture chemicals around age 18 months - possibly on 20 january 1959 which would have been exactly in the middle of Eisenhower's period (and then 'period' could have meant 'blood'). This series - theoretically including also rape(s) in drugged condition in in puberty age for the '1-2-2-3'. This series of heavy abuses, if that is what happened (and such data should be downgraded - I have only a not-so-pale proof of '1' and have computed the rest from redundancies such as these and these), could serve to swap the roles of 'historic support'. While he ran for president in 1960, "Kennedy had a slogan, reading, 'who's seasoned through and through / but not so dog-gone seasoned that he won't try something new' (source)."

Further from the same source: "In Warm Springs, Kennedy spoke to supporters at the facility [not 'famility'], and mentioned Roosevelt [my brain?] in his speech. He admired Roosevelt, and commended him for sticking up for the farmers, workers, small towns, big cities, those in poverty, and those who were sick. He said Roosevelt had a 'spirit of strength and progress, to get America moving'."

If this means that JFK identified himself with America and that he was inspired by 'Roosevelt' (as he said in Warm Springs) to start 'moving' = 'ejaculating' (?) onto my brain, it is clear that there could be some connections between me and Kennedy's campaign in 1960, when he ran for president. Some could perhaps venture to say that this 'moving' was what he won the election by.

It is possible that Kennedy by these means of role-swapping could have identified himself with me (or rather the historic role associated with e.g. my genetic Stammbaum which could have been specially taylored for such purposes) - and that this could be a characteristic of the socalled '1223' program - to present themselves as me. It seems also that this brings votes to the role-swapper in elections.

These cases of hypothetical abuses in the '1-2-2-3' would have been long back in time - somewhat like 65 years ago. But it is possible that the abuses have continued - there could be many stories told - such as these stories about the current Israel-Palestine situation. Unfortunately, it also seems that data from socalled 'cognitive surveillance' of me could have been used more or less extensively for activating this identification mechanism - which simply would mean that this international nazi network abuses data from cognitive surveillance of me for presenting themselves to the same people as go to the polling stations in democratic elections. It is likely that 'thought reading' is technically possible and even could be used systematically (on possibly every single human being on earth?) in standard surveillance. 'Electroencephalography' was invented exactly one hundred years ago and when (as I have guessed) today a small personal computer can be surveyed from satellite, it follows that the electronic state of the brain can be analyzed in standard surveillance - and that throughout these 100 years there has been much experimentation with matching 'mental contents' (thoughts, feelings, perceptions) against such electronic surveillance data and therefore that 'thought reading' could be rather advanced in these days. I have reported on a case from Kärntnerstrasse in Vienna in 2023 - relative to a report from Zelensky's administration in Kiev on the same day which seemed possibly to be based on such cognitive surveillance of me. See these brief comments of 23 september 2024.

I would also guess that this newspiece could be based on cognitive surveillance of me from a situation on 25 september 2024 - and hence be an attempt to dress up as my identity on basis of cognitive surveillance data. It is possible also that this newspiece could be evidence of this intention behind the norwegian news. Such abuse can clearly do much harm and it is not impossible that this could be included in the problem which Israel could be concerned about in the sense of an international network of postwar nazism with rooting directly to Hitler and his government. (Say, if Zelensky abused such data from me when restructuring his National Guard in 2023, it could be a form of problem which could constitute a part of the background of Russia's claims for a peace settlement of the war). It seems that people in democratic elections are inclined to vote for my role - and the newspiece could serve to lift this democratic inclination relative to me over onto those who have dressed up as me (assuming such) - like that 'wolf and the granny' story. Kennedy + '1-2-2-3' could be precisely the combination for this trick.

It is, though, probable that cognitive surveillance never really can be anything more than a mirror for the surveyors - that they can see only themselves in that mirror. There are reasons to believe so. It imposes a world view and reality conception onto the victim of the abuse - which is suppressive and unfortunate.

I have applied for political asylum in order to get another citizenship. It was always the great thing in my life to get out of Norway - since at least the early 1980's. It was always my dream to get economically independent of Norway and a citizenship in another country. It is possible that there could be extensive abuse of cognitive surveillance from my life and that this is used for a 'Kennedy trick' based on '1223' - for cheating the democratic public into believing that roles are turned around. Netanyahu could be referring also to these role-swap problems with his comparison of 'the curse' (on the map shown as a black 'bat'-man-like shadow) vs 'the blessing' - a red arrow crossing over the map including Saudi Arabia.

China reported on a 'gang of four' that had conspired against Mao in the 1960-70's. Olsen-banden was a series of norwegian films based on the pattern of the danish films with the same name - entertainment films about more or less small crooks. It is not about 'Ålesund-banden'?

The corollaries from these considerations could be that I believe that I have some reasons to assume that there is something muffins with my historic family background - which could be more than only some 'muffins' - it could in theory be equivalent to the historic background of the second world war. It is not impossible, tells my humble knowledge about these things, that nazi Germany was 'das erste Reich', that me in Norway was 'das zweite Reich' (as a dumping-place for Hitler's war crimes and other problems) - and that Hitler's famous 'dritte Reich' is supposed to start now - could be with 'Hitler' aspiring to be the new Moses 'Führer' for the jews - that would be Israel's real panic and hopefully I have not understood the history right. It could also be the same (for me more or less diffuse) historic background which is the same as what Netanyahu is talking of - and which could be the problem of Israel. If this means that Hamas and/or Hezbollah are supported by and serve as the extended tool of the same historic background, which could be the same as nazi interests in an international secret intelligence service network, could be also deeply infiltrated into the organizational intention of NATO, it is clear that attacks against Israel from Hamas and Hezbollah could constitute very serious threats against the integrity and existence of Israel - and, it must then be assumed, also against the palestinian and lebanese people that these interests groups are embedded into. The people of Gaza need not hatred against anybody and would certainly do better without.

I have made a draft to a socalled 'goodness-driven economy' constisting tentatively of four main components: 1) Goodness, 2) arbitrarity, 3) bit-reversal and 4) the opening of the subsets of humanity. With the fourth component I could mean primarily the opening up of secrets of administration - or any closed group of interests. Against this should be posed the need for respect of the integrity of the subject's authority to its own 'cognitive contents' - that is, the personal copyright to the own intellectual properties, be these published or not. It is clear from the things I have told here that it is possible that I am personally abused for non-desirable political goals and that my historic background could have something to do with world history - but most of that remains in the shadows of secrets of administration - and those secrets are what could make it difficult for me to do anything about it.

It is possible that data from cognitive surveillance of me are abused in the public space - and of course I would never under any circumstances have given any permission to anything such. I dont know who would have been formally responsible for it.

News tell that 15 women and 2 men died in a mass shooting in Nyathi village, Ngobozana, Lusikisiki in South Africa in the previous night. If 15 is the number, it could be the withholding tax on my pension. 'Lus i kisi ki' could mean the AIDSHIV epidemic that started among homosexuals in 1978-80: Search this file for 'Greenwich Village' - suggesting november 1978 and february 1980. 'Simon Walther Hauge is said to have suicided in february 1980', tells the same file. 'Simon valgte ræv-G' = 'Simon chose/elected arse-G' could be partly about homosexuals, partly about making a choice in an election. ('Hemo-Reuter'?) 'Vil ikke' is norwegian for 'will not', 'does not want'.
