ARBATi: In 1999 I applied for changing the spelling of my name from Grøver to Grover. While the application was under consideration, a series of apartment building bombings struck Moscow, Buynaksk and Volgodonsk. I now guess that the Arbat district of Moscow could have been the real target, whether it was hit or not.

Anne Enger Lahnstein was norwegian PM, oil and culture minister at the same time - she controlled 3 ministeries when these bombings happened. She resigned after the bombings and have not been in public politics since then. The norwegian letter 'Ø' can be seen to be a sort of 'landstegn' = 'national symbol' pronounced like 'landstein' = 'national border' (i.e., the border-stone). 'La en stein' = 'laid down a stone' = 'did some ARBE[id]' = 'did some work' - hence

I think I remember from those days around 1999-2000 a newspiece that told that Bill Gates would let his children inherit 10 million dollars each - more was not necessary for a happy life, I think was the news in those days. The newspiece seems to have been up now and then, so maybe it is an old trotter of some kind.

The interesting observation is the difference in sanskrit 'devanagari' script between V and B - which is that little slanting stroke inside the ellipsis on the B which is absent from the V - like in that change of spelling of my name from GRØVER to GROVER.

I had written these observations towards the end of september, but before 29 september 2023 when I stood in a place and observed the peculiarity that turkish for 'pear' seemed to be 'armut' - which in german means 'poverty'. 'Pear tree' in turkish is 'armut ağacı'. It was on background of these ARBUT, ARVUT, ARBUD that I noticed this ARMUT. I then went for other errands which could have taken maybe an hour or an hour and a half, could be two hours but probably a little less - and on my return home I noticed that the time was around 01:48, I think it was, in the afternoon, Vienna time. (I am not entirely certain about this but guess that I remember right). It means that my observation of the turkish ARMUT would have been probably some time after 11:00 Vienna time.

Not so long thereafter I saw a notice on tass.com that there had been a bombing of a mosque in Pakistan, according to dawn.com, they wrote. I looked up dawn.com and read that there were numerous victims of the bombing. I had the impression that it was not so long ago and that the newspiece was refined in the course of the day. However, when I the next day tried to find the exact time point, it was absent from all sources I could find on the web, including the 'wikipedia' article which otherwise normally brings these details. I had the impression that some of the newspieces about this bombing had been presented substantially much earlier - around 10:50 Vienna time, which would mean that the bombing had been at least some minutes before that - but these were mainly data from search engines etc.

I therefore speculated if the time point had been suppressed for deliberate reasons and I soon saw a potential rationale for this in the ARMUT which I had observed maybe around 11:00 or somewhat later - that is, the theory arose in my mind if 1) there had been surveillance of my observation, could be of my thoughts in connection with it, and 2) if 'quantum bombs' (sort of - or, say, laser bombs) exist which can be exploded anywhere from a remote location, there could in theory have been a rather short time interval between my thoughts and this bombing.

I dont know if this is technically possible - but clearly some surveillance could have observed me reading the turkish word.

The bombing were in the Mastung District, and 'Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region' is also mentioned, in Balochistan Province of Pakistan.

The turkish reference invoked in me the memory of 6 february 2023 with the earthquakes of Turkey wherein I believe that I had spotted a reference to my poem 'Seele, du wartetest' which is #7 in the first chapter of my SNEEFT COEIL. Would even this bombing in Pakistan have been on the same program as the turkish earthquakes seemed to be? I notice in this poem "Soldes, das 160nd Café" which could rewrite into 'Soldes, da S016nd/S0l6ec afé' which perhaps one could recognize in the arabic script on the map showing the location of the bombing (source is this page) - cp. 'Sl6ec'. Were the location of the bomb about the arabic script of this fragment from my poem - the same poem as apparently targeted in the turkish earthquakes?

Does this interpretation of arabic script - read as if it were latin - sound farfetched? For this interpretation of 'Soldes, da S016nd/S0l6ec afé', which I wrote about on my computer on 1 october (for summing up these 30 september data), I notice an event of 5 october 2023: I had been going to a cashpoint around 11:00 and when I later saw the news of a missile hitting a grocery and café (cp. 'S016nd/S0l6e café') in Groza in Ukraine, causing some 50 civilian deaths, at 12:15 Vienna time, I came to think of the myth of the 'grösser' bellringer of Notre-Dame and 'bena sier bhutto' which appeared to be a theme after the bus accident at Mestre two days earlier - on 3 october at 19:45 Vienna time. (This bus accident seems to have been on a place where they were sawing down trees once when I was there). The time point for the missile on Groza/Hroza seems to have been 12:15 Vienna time, since this ukrainian article refers to it as 01:15, which probably is ukrainian time.

This theory can perhaps be tested by some further data from the map. The news told that it was the 'Madina mosque' in Mastung that had been bombed, or some location near to it.

This seems to be the location by the news, and the arabic name for this seems to be

مسجد المدينة المنورة = Madina Masjid Mastung / Medina mosque

by which the arabic script calls forth associations to a latin-script form resembling perhaps 'öygiall aisall bimo' or something like that. 'Beamo' could compare with 'bearno' for 'pear'-no = turkish 'armut'-no. If 'quantum bombs' do not exist, maybe laser bombs do?

which arguably resembles a latin interpretation a la 'Model Microsoft' - cp. the theme of ARBUT, ARVUT, ARMUT.

Adding this ARMUT to the arabic name renders 'öygiall aisall armut' ارميجيال ايسال ارموت

which looks like 'öygoyl Model Microsoft'.

Hence the story could be the 'armut' = turkish 'pear'.

Assuming that the bombing had been released on basis of surveillance data from my perception or thoughts, how would that relate to the political situation?

A certain anglophony arises from the reading of my poem 'Seele, du wartetest' (which seems to have been targeted by those february earthquakes) in quasi 'anglophony': 'Selle[r], due war-tete east' which could have been take to be about 'Selle-nsky' (in Ukraine) possibly on basis of my 'mental contents' (likewise in 'kranium'). If this link between surveillance of me - or even my 'mental contents' - and the bombing of the mosque in Mastung in Pakistan (along with a twin bombing in Hangu) should make sense, it would then expectedly also be found in the military news that followed after the bombing on 29 september 2023:

This article reports on a ukrainian attack: "Bryansk Oblast Governor Alexander Bogomaz claimed that Ukrainian forces attacked the village of Pogar and disrupted the local power supply in the early hours of Sept. 30".

If this 'Pogar' attack should relate to this hypothesized link between surveillance data of me and a twin bombing in Pakistan, why this Pogar or PAGAR? This 'wiktionary' article tells of the basic meanings of the morph 'PAGAR' in several languages as 1) 'pay' which resembles 'pear' (= 'arm [o]ut' in payment procedure?) and 2) 'fence' (cp. 'feces'?) = 'arm [o]ut'?

Hence the ukrainian attack following after the bombing in Pakistan could have been based on surveillance of my 'thought contents' for turning the roles around by a mythological 'dritte Reich' symbolism, say Ben's, Men's, Fence, Berskum, Merskum, Ferskum?

If the military strategy of Ukraine this day were based on or related to my 'mental contents' via the bombing of Pakistan, it could have been for the ultimate political strategy of reinforcing a mythos role of a 'dritte Reich' with 'nazi madonna'.

They attacked the 'electricity resources' = what gives impetus to the thought in my head.

There is normally not much excrement in a head but if the 'nazi madonna' is recognized as my puberty penis and hence as me, there could have been some excrements in the opening (the 'head' of the organ, cp. a 'cookoo' of e.g. the octogon - now more recently the 'cookies' of internet) during a hypothetical rape of my rectum. Very deplorable spirituality there would have been in these ways of thinking.

'Pågår' = 'ongoing', also in the sense 'på-går' = 'walks straight on' (ignoring other people's presence, for example). 'På-gående' can also mean something close to 'aggressive' - and hence could in principle be used as a quasi reason for a forced hospitalization in psychiatric hospital.

Russia may have countered this attack on Pogar by wiping out 6 ukrainian strongholds in Kleshcheyevka. If this should mean 'clichee-ağacı' and if 'clichee' is taken to mean 'arr-mot' (scar pressed against - in printing - or as for the 'J' in the sofa of Budapest 1984) by 'arm-[o]ut', it could be about wiping out the 'stronghold' = the arms of the 'nazi madonna' of the 'dritte Reich'. Cp. the 'armut ağacı' = 'pear tree'. The suffix '-ka' is a standard diminutive in russian ('babushka' etc), which could mean that the pressing organ in question was not big but small.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine started 3 days later - on 24 february 2022

The publication of my Horace study was soon followed by a quite impressive 'shiner' - an oedema occurring several times around one of the eyes - it occurred also on the other eye - and normally lasted for some hours, a day maybe. It was quite big - I could at times not really look out between the swelling flesh. It happened once that I travelled in good shape up from Venice to Vienna to look in the PO Box and a few other errands - I arrived in the evening and did the errands the next day and returned to Venice the following day - and on my return to Venice I developed quite impressive oedema in the face around the eyes - which lasted for some hours and went down again the day after or so.

'Svaneapoteket' = the 'Swan Farmacy' was allegedly the oldest firm in Oslo, since 1628, and the second oldest farmacy in the country. It was in the cafe on the floor above this that I a few times in the late 1980's met the one who was in the role of my official father. It was in Karl Johans Gate 13. The farmacy was closed in 2013, for whatever reason. It was here that the waiter came with a coffee and poured it right onto the trouser zipper of the alleged father and none of them seemed to find it strange - so it may have been preappointed. (I did not think so in those days - I found it only rude behaviour). Now the farmacy thereunder is replaced with a new COFFEE & COCKTAIL bar. The old swan is apparently retained, though, in the window between the coffee and the cocktail signs.

In the 'streetview map' of Google (I think it was) on the internet I found images from 2010 and 2020 of this former farmacy now turned into a bar:

I have fancied that surveillance data from these few meetings (which took place after the last silent telephone - these lasted from 1986 to the end of 1988, i.e. untill the hanging of Gandhi's assassin - and I had understood towards the end of the series that redundancies in time points suggested that it was the official mother who called) could have been used by political interests for turning the roles around - and hence, if the old man should have been associated with either Hitler or Himmler, the idea of dumping the blame for their war crimes on me could have been recognized as relevant to these meetings. I recall also the acquisition of some mattresses in Molde in the 1960's - the official father talked of these socalled 'Svane-madrasser' produced by 'Ekornes' ('squirrel-[n]es' - but the initial 'E' in the name is longer than in the animal name) as if it should be something very special. I was too young to understand anything about possible animal relations (squirrel, swan).

Garam masala can be used for Madras curry. Is that what this 2020 photo suggests?

Norwegian Jon Fosse was pronounced winner of literary Nobel this year, on 5 october. It is possible that some news seemed to be related to this idea of me as 'dritte Reich' in the sense of the contents of my puberty penis that could have been transplanted onto e.g. a rebuilt Heinrich Himmler for raping me in drugged condition. 'John' would have been the 'name' and 'fosse' would have been the ejaculation which assigned responsibility of the rape of the jewish genetics (the holocaust) onto me. (There are two occurrences of 'foss' in my TEQ - one of them is 'Per', the other is 'queer'). Recognizing abuse of surveillance data from me in the ukrainian state or war could then be associated with 'excrements in the head'. I notice some relevant news from around 5 october:

English newspaper 'The Sun' tells that 55 crew of a chinese submarine (length 107 m) died when the oxygen failed at 0812. OBIz? SS crew? The 'Kursk' sank on depth 107 m = 354 feet. But although this could look like harsh chinese 'criticism', it could also look like an attempt to imitate a 'dritte Reich ejaculation' for this 'criticism' - thereby making it possible to blame China e.g. for using terror for making a 'go' - e.g. 'Black Sea Loop' strategies.

The idea could be suggestive of the name of my younger sister 'Tone Helene Grøver', by 'to ne[d] hele ne[d] g-røver' in the sense of a prison 'brisk' of cartoon type - hinged on the wall and suspended in two chains.

Old news from Heide Steen: Språkkurs - 'sew-flesh trulte'? ('Sy-flesk trulte', 'sylfest strutle'. 'assassination Kennedy'). Batman 'doll-skjev-eater' = Syracusa 'sew-flesh', Japan 'Apenes' etc. The video is, they say, from 1966. For the second video (from 1989) I recall Magne Rudjord telling of Ludvig Eikaas pointing to an excrement on the ground, calling it a 'stavkirke' = 'stave church'. Here for 'loo-twig cake-Ås' = 'John Grøver' and 'Ås-brun loot-twig' in Holm's poem cycle apparently abused by Hitler?

Could be there are some reasons for these speculations whether Hitler was this person in the role of my official father since 1969. If so, the idea of me as the 'dritte Reich' should not be so unthinkable.

Clearly this is not my piece of cake and I certainly do not want to be involved in such strategies. I am particularly not interested in being associated with any form of nazism or 'dritte Reich' or whatever of that kind - and certainly not 'homo'. Any ideas that this should be to my advantage are of course mistaken.

Why dont the politicians tell the whole story? There is a certain danger that they do not want to tell it - but rather hope to develop a new system resembling Hitler's apparent abuse of Holm's poetry - and that is when I hope to have my work rescued from such a fate. Of course the whole story of Hitler and the nazis must be told. There should not be any secrets of such a kind in public administration.

Evening: I later today saw that Narges Mohammadi from Iran has been given the peace prize. On the form of the name: "Norway's must-have-food-in" would in norwegian be "Norges må-ha-mat-i". I am not dependent on drugs nor am I an agent of any kind, and I am not ironic. I am the same identity as I have been since my first childhood memory in 1958 - my name and other personal indexes are the same now as then - except for this little slash across the 'o' in 'Grøver' which was changed when the spelling of the name was changed from 'Grøver' to 'Grover' in the autumn 1999. This is also about the difference between my name and the name of the official father 'John Grøver' - he allegedly changed his name from 'John Jensen' to 'John Grøver' in 1946. What was the name of the man who took his place in (probably) 1969 I dont know - he never told his name but seemed to pretend that it was the same as the name of the previous man in the role. From this page to this one comes to the PDF scan (7,6 MB) of my master degree thesis from 1992 - 'A model for a non-discrete grammar' - then the spelling of the name was still with a slash and I did not normally use my mid name Bjarne. However, the thesis is written by me and not by the man in the role of my official father. For the title of the 1992 thesis, cp. the 'öygoyl Model Microsoft' mentioned above.

I am not a 'beast of terror' but it is of course possible that some political activities could have tried to make that impression. Could there have been 'western' business interests in persecution of (russian?) people in e.g. eastern Ukraine - say, if surveillance data from my personal life and thought (and writings) could have been used for selecting targets of terror there? I do not write by way of injecting fluids spurting out of a syringe tip - but it may be that Austria is conceived of such a syringe by its border outlines in a chain going from east to west - with 'press-spurt' from Bratislava (german name is 'Pressburg') between 'Glove-enia' and 'Glove-akia' fingers, out through 'Vaduz' and through Switzerland into France. I have repeatedly called for an end of the apparent abuse of my authorship in public advertisement in Austria - it has seemed to me that surveillance of my writings could have been used for such purposes (and hence for 'selecting targets of advertisement').

Should we expect the small child who has been abused by its caretakers to slam the fist in the table - enough is enough - and contact lawyer and police and get the parents thrown in jail? ('Homs' - target of the missile against the military academy yesterday - is spelt حِمْص in arabic). Clearly electronic surveillance makes it difficult to discover that such abuse can be going on - and if it be left to the victim to tidy up in such problems then it can be all too late. If the world is threatened by conflicts because of abuse of my work, should it be left to me to tidy up in these problems? Of course the society must have some mechanism for stopping that themselves. Why didnt he contact a lawyer or police for having it stopped? Is he an agent, a drug abuser, a dependent? No that is not the answer. It could come to be a great tragedy for the world if I contact police or lawyer for having this apparent abuse stopped. The world must learn to do that themselves - then there can be some hope.

8 october 2023:

Hamas attacked Israel on the 50th anniversary + one day after the Yom Kippur war started in 1973. See under 6 october - "Soldes, das 160nd Café" - the reference 'the arabic script on the map showing the location of the bombing'. I noticed yesterday afternoon, when I noticed that this image was not included (and so I uploaded it), that the word could resemble a rewrite of the label 'Genius' to the electronic keyboard I write on for the web:

This keyboard name is in the low righthand side of my visual field when I write (just above the numerical part of the keyboard - see these ukrainian news of today as well as this screenshot from the Kyiv Independent of today - 'kvinne' is norwegian for 'woman'), like the cloth (see 21 august 2023 - 'landscape photo') when I go through an opening on the way to the keyboard.

The numerical part of the keyboard is apparently often called 'keypad' in jargon talk - and jargon is perhaps made for terror. 'Jargon nomenclature' it can be called - and used for terror. 'Key-pad' → 'Pa-ki-d' = 'Pakist-an' - and 'Mastung' → 'Tusberg' from Bergen - he died 5 days ago. 'Tusmørke' = 'twilight', 'nightfall'.

My helicopter vision (or 'event') was in september 2013 (my 'Der Dornenstrauch' part I was finished but when I wrote parts II, III and IV it was getting more and more difficult - and the 'homo wave' started in many 'social interface' locations). See also these data. It seems that 'Svane-Apoteket' - which had existed since 1628 - was closed down in 2013 (I dont know if that were before or after these helicopters), and the Donbas conflict broke out in april 2014. A question is whether there has been much persecution of russian nationals in eastern Ukraine - for example on basis of surveillance of my work - and thoughts? If so, it is well possible that much western capitalist interests could be interested in seeing a continuation of this - for increasing the profits by such an exploitative strategy - if, again, that is what has been going on - and the recent acts of terror (bombing of Homs and of Israel - see below) could have been a part of this. The referendum in eastern Ukraine showed that nearly 100% of the population wanted to become russian citizens - which could be indicative of the idea that some persecution of russian nationals could have been going on there.

In school class 8th-9th grade we had a carpentry teacher called Bangor (or would it have been 'Bangård') who sometimes was called 'Bokji' due to his dialect - it means 'the book'. Cp. 'keyboard'. I notice also the arabic script for 'missile thrown' = تم إلقاء الصاروخ which could look like 'J.Grøver A doll' - for that missile thrown in/onto Homs on 5 october with 'Homs' = حمص looking like 'jail'. Adolf Hitler was in 'Landsberg Prison' when Lenin died.

Dag Diesen may perhaps have mistaken my cheap 'Linex' ruler as his in probably 1989 when I shared office with him at the institute of informatics - or at least mine was suddenly gone and he suddenly had a similar one in his hand. He now and then sharpened his pencil with a rotary sharpener - this is called 'blyantspisser' while 'bly-jant(s)' could mean 'leadheavy narrowmindedly' - like somebody suddenly being in urgent need for getting the water out (as in 1969). Could be this was after I had met the one who was in the role of the official father at the place just above 'Svane-Apoteket' at Karl Johans Gate 13. I noticed only recently that the swan object outside could have been misunderstood as a 'finger' - cp. the coffee poured on the zipper.

After the official father was replaced with a copy in probably the summer 1969, I could not believe it was the same even if his wife appeared to notice no difference. It is possible that the story of my life since about 1970 has been under the pressure of not telling about the replacement of the official father in 1969: If that replacement were about an 'auto-fella-ti-o', a pressure which I had to give in to in the autumn 1971, it is noteworthy that when Arnold Juklerød was hospitalized to forced psychiatric treatment on 22 november 1971, it could have constituted a constant threat against my security untill I suffered the same fate on 22 november 1999, exactly 28 years later - on the anniversary day for the Kennedy assassination. There could have been more of this - I notice that the 'Dynasty' TV soap series by the symbolism in their introductory video from 1981 - which also included a certain gray patterning resembling somewhat the quasi-linoleum vinyl floor cover on which I was sitting for the 'auto-fellatio' - before I spitted the 'proud' wares out in the 'servant' (not 'levant') of the 'people' (so to speak) in the bathroom - indeed a typical 'paranoid' observation it could be to recognize this floor pattern in the american TV video - could have been about the same potential 'schism'. The pressure through the following years could have been rather constant and convincing - as is typical for paranoids - and what facts did I have to slam on the table for my ideas of such persecution? It was only a few months ago that I could send an email to norwegian police telling them that the official father was replaced by a copy in 1969. That is according to my views and memory - but since other people never mentioned this and the official mother pretended to not recognize any difference, a natural question that would have come up - in case I were to ventilate the memory from 1969 - was whether I suffered a delusion only.

The diagnosis I got in 1999-2000 was based on the concept of 'vrang-forestillinger' = 'mistaken ideas', 'delusions' - with 'vrang' derived from probably 'inside-out'. It could, though, perhaps be taken to mean that published material was based on data from me although I was not credited as the source. Of course such a diagnosis would not be a solution to such a problem - if such plagiarisms and abuse of surveillance data is going on it must be brought to daylight and terminated.

Since then I have tested many theories but there is so far little facts beyond this one. For a while I speculated if the Clintons were some old friends of mine, but clearly ideas about 'famous politician', 'facade' and 'name' certainly had other reasons. Have I come any closer now - with the new theories about Yom Kippur, John Grøver and Adolf Hitler? It still remains only speculative. I once in the 1960's with a finger shot a 'beercap' ('ølkapsel') from the top of the fridge - it flew like a flying saucer through the room and hit the official father in the forehead. The family later travelled with 'flying saucer' to London. Would you believe that 'hulk-ap-selen' could have been USA 11 september 2001? Or that 'ølkapselen' even were the expeditions to the moon? Then it would be hard to make sense of the dimensions - in particular since all looked so very normal. It must count as pure speculations untill there are some facts.

Some years ago I wrote to 'Migrationsverket' in Sweden and asked about my chances as norwegian for a swedish passport - the rules tell that a nordic citizen can apply for swedish passport after 2 years in Sweden (which is an advantage for nordic citizens), or can 'register for' (by 'anmälan') such a passport (without application) after 5 years - if one can 'styrka sin identitet' = 'prove one's identity'. The word 'styrka' means in norwegian ('styrke', verb) only 'to strengthen' (here the identity) but in swedish it can also and perhaps more normally mean 'prove', 'attest', 'confirm'. As far as I remember, they answered that I could obtain a passport after 5 years - could be that meant that applications were not the right thing for me?

If the current times also should imply a certain attention to my MA thesis, it could be noteworthy that this thesis of mine from 1992 appears perhaps to be less 'schizophrenic' than articles on the web after my PhD dissertation had been rejected in 1998 and after I had got a diagnosis by forced psychiatric treatment in 1999-2000. If Norway more or less subconsciously could have wanted to identify with my 1992 thesis (while perhaps identifying me with the PhD), it could also have 'strengthened' the gap of identity between them and me - could be also as far as 'firmness' of the reality could be concerned. (Do there exist surveillance data from the helicopters?) If the word 'styrka' is considered swedish, it can also mean 'formally prove[n]'. Cp. also the recent migration crisis in Italy.

9 october 2023:

The attack from Hamas started allegedly around 06:30 local time which was 3 hours before UTC - hence it was UTC 03:30.

At 06:41:07 UTC, which means '11 minutes and 7 seconds' later (plus 3 hours, that is), there was a Richter 6:2 (not T-262) earthquake in Afghanistan which so far has counted deaths to more than 2000 people.

There is a '7-11' next to the former Svane Farmacy in Oslo.

I have guessed that there could have been electronic surveillance of my mental state - looking out through my eyes and listening with my ears - while I walked along the Danube and the helicopters passed by. This means that if these helicopters were not visible on normal surveillance of the area - but in the area as observed through my perception - it could have been an example of the mystic condition of two different realities at the same time - such as seems to have been the case during the Madonna revelations of Fatima in 1917: The children saw and conversed with the Madonna but the crowd around them saw nothing (except on the last occasion when numerous witnesses claimed to have observed the - by the Madonna - preannounced 'miracle of the sun'). Two of the three 'secrets' the three children were shown they communicated early - and two of them died rather soon thereafter - but the third was kept secret by Lucia, the third of them, although written down in 1944 it was not published untill the year 2000 by the pope. That is what mysticism is about - when the constraints on human reality takes two different metaphysical items to be one and the same, they are collapsed into material existence with a gravity that hampers the metaphysical movement, and the mystic inquiry is to dissolve this and regain the original integrity of the metaphysical realities. That is when two different realities can exist at the same time. If this has been recorded on surveillance of me - helicopters and non-helicopters in 2013 - it could have led to an anxiety response which could have triggered terror on the 'Don-au-bass' (the mighty roar of the passing helicopters flying low over the water of 'Donau') and led to the Donbass conflict starting in 2014 - the 'Don-au-bass' being the impressive sound from the helicopters visible by the Don-Aug - in an attempt to re-unite the realities for getting them down to physics again.

My TEQ book 12 could be about this phenomenon of multiple realities: When I in 2002 sat down in Jardin de Luxembourg in Paris and pulled up the manuscript - which I had transcribed from my notes and printed out just before I left Vilnius - and started reading, I had read not many lines before the woman came with a book under her arm (written by Ayatollah Khomeini, she said) and sat down next to me and read a little from it. It is possible to understand the meeting with her as the book I had been reading - and clearly it would then have been about two different realities at the same time.

It is of course a mistake to try and get those co-existing realities under control by way of terror. It is better to try and understand that this is how reality is.

It is seen that if the helicopters are the theme of political intrigues of the current days, it could be about events related to the apparent 'Holm' substrate of Hitler's government: "The mystic value of the poetic complex in this chapter of Holm is clearly related to my 'Ezekiel-like' vision at the riverside near Donau".

It is clear that if surveillance of me is of such a degree, it is far beyond anything normal and there can be no excuse for abusing such surveillance data. There could have been perhaps an hour a little more before I returned home to Zinckgasse and a car was parked there with a woman inside who resembled another one - it was not a swan who was in the car but may be a 'swan apo-thecary'? If this had been sent out for being there as a comment to the helicopters I had seen an hour or two earlier, and if the helicopters would have been visible only from the viewpoint of my brain, so to speak, but not for a normal camera in the area, then it is clear that not only could there be such surveillance - but it is even possible that people follow it from minute to minute and organize things 'in response' to my thoughts and perceptions.

Clearly this cannot continue - in particular if it is the background of the reason for the war in Ukraine.

The world is in a catastrophic condition indeed if it leaves it to little me to tidy up in this. Of course somebody else must shake up the state (or whoever it is) and find an end to such surveillance and give the state (or whoever it is) a chance to offer me an explanation and promises that it will not continue if such surveillance data abuse has been going on. (Somebody else would have to squeeze an apology out of them). This catastrophic state could even be a background of the current situation in Israel - if it is not even worse - that it is a part of the same program - say, 'flying things in the state of Ezekiel'. Harald Tusberg was making programs in Norway.

I do not know if such surveillance data abuse has been going on. Nor do I know if the helicopters could have been 'real' also for others in the area.

However, it seems that it is well possible that the development in Ukraine since 2013 could have been for the program of creating a new Hitler and his nazism in Europe.

Austria on tuppa?

I have rented a storage room for a few years only just in case. On 5 sep 2023 at 0254 pm I got an email (from MyPlace Selfstorage) telling that the 'Geschäftsbedingungen' now would have to be refined:

"Auch an Vertragsbedingungen nagt der Zahn der Zeit: In den Bedingungen Ihres Mietvertrags finden sich Klauseln, die nicht mehr der aktuellen Rechtsprechung der Gerichte oder (sonst) der aktuellen Gesetzeslage entsprechen und deswegen unwirksam sind oder unwirksam sein könnten".

The Staatsvertrag of 1955 is crystal clear, though, and allows no military installations in the country. It does not change anything that time goes by (the conditions do not turn 'unwirksom' by time - unless they are renegotiated) and there is no basis for dumping the austrian nerves about a possible 'sapsaram' of the territory onto me. What do you do, John, if suddenly you have no place to store your things?

Could be there exist military installations in the country (and they are anxious that the acquisition of them was tapped and hence discovered, or that their thoughts maybe could be) and they hope to get a new interpretation of the Vertrag before the state suddenly is gone overnight.

Military helicopters - are they permitted?

Today I have published the important study 'The revelation of the revelation' which I have been working on for 2-3 weeks. There is even some space for speculation whether the recent attack on Israel could have been about certain political 'concerns' in relation to these problems. I could have worked a little more with the article but find that maybe I should publish this now in the form it has. There is even some inspection (an independent bureau) of the parquet in my flat coming up. In the article, I discuss Horace 'Ode III:2' in particular as far as the mid four lines ('nec parcit...') are concerned:

I have not agreed to any sort of persecution, in particular not the 'chemicals'. But it is not my flat - I am not the owner - so I cannot decide on inspections.

It happened when I came back from Italy in 2021 that I found the PO Box closed and some re-organization in the Erste Bank. One new female employee offered me a bank card which I reached for in curiosity but she would not let it go - and so 'I had to let it go'. The same happened when I waited for a bank card they had sent in the post - it did not arrive and another copy had to be sent. If this 'I had to let it go' is supposed to give reason for 'ballroom' style, the attack on Israel with initial news telling that 2000 missiles were sent to or was it from Beersheba (was it?) could have been this. It happened in maybe 2021 that I was going to the bank - I had been to the toilet before I left but understood not the slight excrement smell from possibly me - or was it the social context. ('Tusmørke' could mean 'twilight', normally 'dusk'). This bank office had been there for years but is now closed. Please put all such 'ballroom' ideas away as far as my person is concerned.

I hope it is not Erste Bank who comes for inspecting the 'ballroom' parquet in my home. In the article I published today there is a discussion of three essentially related poems from my DDS - these have by the concordance table presented at the end of my Horace study - the second column from the left - the following three correlates in Horace:

Clearly the whole Epistle I:7 can be of value for comparing with the present situation. The translator sums up the epistle with the words "He apologizes to Maecenas for his long absence from Rome; and acknowledges his favors to him in such a manner as to declare liberty preferable to all other blessings". Likewise, I have the problem of having to spend a certain percentage of time in my home since the costs of refurbishment of it was supported by the municipality and then the law tells that this privilege (which is established by the community for making it possible for people with low income to have a decent housing) cannot be combined with too much time away or a 'second house' elsewhere. Hence I could "apologize to Maecenas for my long absence" - and likewise I would prefer the liberty of postponing the repairs of the parquet untill I move out - rather than the blessing of having a smooth 'ballroom' parquet. I notice also the following formulation: "When he had often been seen, to repair like a fish to the concealed hook, in the morning a client, and now as a constant guest" - I hope there is no 'human copy' of me coming to install himself in my place and role.

My article explains why this epistle of Horace could be of a kind used or rather abused by political intrigue. Of course that would be nothing good - to abuse literary quality for that sort of thing.

After I published this article yesterday, I can also point to the words in it starting with 'ARBU-' - and there are some impressive correlations there. These were a part of the reason why I wrote it. The story told under 6 october 2023 (in these 'brief comments') refers als to some ARBUT, ARVUT, ARBUD, ARMUT - and it is well possible that my ongoing manuscript could have been a background (if it were tapped) of some of those newspieces.

This morning there was blood in the urine again.

Yesterday there was the inspection of my flat appointed from 16:00, really from 16:20 or so. Fairclough's translation of Horace's Epistle 1:7 suggests the time point three o'clock but there is still summertime. Today I feel rather miserable. I need money to avoid such intrusions into my private life - so can I myself decide if it is needed.

There is this idea that the society tries to socialize me instead of giving me money for all the plagiarisms and other abuses. Of course I do not want that - I need the money, not more 'social contact' - not the least in order to be able to continue my work.

The question is whether the massacre in Devinska Nova Ves 2010 by allegedly 'Lubomir Harman' could have been an old plan. (See recent news). I wrote my poem TEQ #158 (its 'egyptian' aspects discussed in the article) in april 1998. The Air Egypt plane crashed at 0047 (in the hour when summertime changed to wintertime) on 31 october 1999, the night before Clinton went to Norway for an official visit. Otherwise there were not so much 'egyptian' in the impeachment news, as far as I remember. I believe I recall that the news of the impeachment started only after I had come to Vilnius in 2000, but may of course have been planned for some time. If 'Antefoker' had been discovered as relevant to my poems after I had selfpublished these poems in about the spring-summer 1998, the crash of Air Egypt on about the same place as JFK jr had crashed in the summer the same year 1999, there could have been a certain Foker and Anti-Foker in the old idea of Pharaoh's army in chariots etc following after the jews and being swallowed by the sea. I have had ideas that 'Kennedy' (or something like that) had nourished wishes about controlling my work, but know little about this.

The arab spring were not this hypothetical story?

Austria is not allowed to have military installations. If they nevertheless have installations for war, there is the question if they are 'war criminals'. Why is the 'ballroom' parquet springing up? Are there 'riminal' corks of some kind which prevent its in and out in the heat of the summertime? A stubborn 'retention' installed by somebody while I was away? If there is 77% humidity in the air, that is probably not enough in itself for such unevenness (which is not so bad after all - I have no problems with it and it can of course wait till I move out with repairing it). The roles of 'war/cork riminal' should not be swapped on me with another retention crisis. See also this riminal cork. Military installations include possession of 'arms', which in german 'ARMut' means norwegian 'fattig', like a cork is a 'fatty'. It should not be sought for the turnaround if I get 'fatti[g]', which I hope to avoid. There could be a cluster of such things.

A civilian (instead of military) defence system could include the option that there is nothing available if there comes a need for it - such as a suitable storage facility or a new rentable flat - or even a 'money-car LKW'. But Austria should not (and hopefully does not) consider me an enemy.

If I were subjected to child abuse, it may be that it is because my 'χωρα' was invaded and its integrity has not been restored that it feels so easy, right and just for international business of various sorts to continue the apparent abuse and uncredited (ab)use of my authorship and ideas. 'χωρα' means (by Frisk's greek etymological) "(freier, leerer) Raum, Zwischenraum, Platz, Stellung, Rang, Ort, Gegend, Landgut, Land' (seit Il.), auch 'Augenhöhle' (epid.);" 'Il.' means probably 'Iliad', but Frisk does not tell what 'epid.' means. I notice that 'epididymis' (Onion's Oxford's dictionary) means "a long narrow structure attached to the dorsal surface of the testicle, and consisting chiefly of coils of the efferent duct". Although this probably is not what Frisk has in mind, it is interesting to notice relative to the enlarged testicle I suffered for about a week or so a couple of years ago - I had to stay in bed and felt rather diffuse. A natural question is whether it could be the story that child abuse of a certain kind can lead to deeper eye cavities or sockets - and hence explain things if the theory be that Sachs and Celan should be my genetic parents. The 'Zwischenraum' could otherwise perhaps resemble a markland (cp. Golan between the other parts of Israel and Syria - could be with connotations for the austrian-italian border - such as indexed by Brundtland-Willoch in norwegian politics in the 1980's?) The 'χωρα' in such contextual sense would perhaps resemble the natural or innate spiritual 'territory' of a subject. I read the word by Julia Kristeva ('Die Revolution der poetischen Sprache', transl. Reinold Werner on Suhrkamp 1978) and noticed that this is precisely a concept one could be in need of. I dont know if it is a concept in common use.

If my 'χωρα' were invaded in early childhood and came to be a tumbleplace for much business and politics, it could have been continuing because a state level has not officially apologized and withdrawn.

There was an occasion with Tulla Elieson which perhaps could have been of some 'evidential value' if a hidden or surprise camera had been in use - like some 'Augenhöhle' - but wherein I may perhaps have had the chance to assume that she could have been 'gay skrelly', so to speak - I do not have a reason to assume that there could have been such a camera or 'evidence', but have fancied that there could have been - in which case I could have speculated if she could have made it herself. That would not mean that she were 'Grace Kelly', of course. Nor that I were much on 'kroa' = the pub, the restauration place.

There are ad campaigns out all over again, as if the society as a totality tries to relate to my person. An example from today - "leopard girl on the slippery slope" - 'i heisen' = 'in the lift' is at least a norwegian expression for problems. (Wasnt there an earthquake in Marradi recently? Ah yes, there was one one month ago, a reasonably strong one, and, indeed, another small one this morning). Or is it about a bank card I am waiting for - and I hope the post will function - soon only a month left? It is very possible that these elements around in the society are all and only about one single thing: That they are not allowed to have military installations but have it nevertheless and therefore risk at any time to see the state dissolved - and therefore, in order to calm the constant nerves which could be regularly screwed up by small hints and hidden reminders from other countries, the whole society could be relating to me as a means for turning these roles around. This 'cork riminal' could be the standard story - the parquet needs a centimetre or two at the wall for expanding in the summer heat, and if anybody has put 'riminal corks' down there (after all, the border police must be allowed to have some guns) the glittering parquet will buckle and the ballroom will necessarily present gloves in the face (or under the shoes) more or less regularly - 'hints' is perhaps not the word.

But of course such an 'austrichia' strategy of role-turning with me will not help at all and only make things worse.

It is probably possible to do something about it: Every time such ideas come up, they can be analyzed from precisely that point of view and one can probably quickly come to the real problem. If the conclusion over and over again is that there is no solution to these problems, the state could of course sell off what they have of such military equipment ('Wohnungsauflösung') and, if needed, try and find another country which has such permissions from the viewpoint of negotiations on a possible 'union'. They need a 'fatherland'? If the state is afraid of losing its 'homeland', they should not try and make me 'homo', even if they face the possible fate or 'only solution' of having to try and obtain a 'union' with another 'fatherland'.

It may be a 'project' that can be seen more or less around in the society these days - to have me 'on the street' without a home and without an income or a chance to rescue my belongings with a storage facility - then a 'Wohnungsauflösung' is perhaps the only solution.

I dont think I have done them any harm, so there should be no reason to continue with me for a general role-swapping.

If this problem also should be the reason for the war in Ukraine (if, say, e.g. surveillance data from me could have been abused for an eastern axis), then maybe the austrian people should try and find out if the authorities really have the needed legal basis for a military defence system - after all, I think I have observed reflexes of what could be such a national system, in spite of Staatsvertrag Artikel 9 from 1955.

And I once again point to these potentially very important data. The war in Ukraine cannot continue too long. If surveillance data from my life and work have been used through some years - for example for giving shape to persecution of russian nationals in the eastern parts of Ukraine, thereby prompting the need for a russian intervention - it may be that a military intervention can come to be needed also in Austria - or that the administration of the state has to be taken over by other states. Then a feeling of an accumulating threat can be the result - but then of course it does not help at all to start persecuting me. The only thing which can help is that the people get the facts out of the authorities and on basis of these decide to stop any such forwarding of surveillance data. It is well possible that it can be very difficult to find out of it - and that even parts of the administration will pretend that they know nothing about it. Chancellor Bierlein had been president of the constitutional court and would know everything about Article 9 - but it is of course well possible that she had never been informed about the presence of any military installations in Austria, even if her defence minister expectedly would. As a female she would also have escaped a possible 'obligatory military service', if that exists. Likewise, it is well possible that it could be very difficult to verify if surveillance data from my life and work had been forwarded to Ukraine. If the austrian people feel that they could be facing a military confrontation, they should try and find out of these things - instead of trying to force me out of the country - in order to stop this forwarding of such surveillance data. My limited economic resources is the reason why I am still concerned with this problem.

Don't blame me if the state is already lost - I have never been told a word about all this problem and have spent a lot of time trying to find out of things, but I still have not much more than very airy speculations.

I have many times travelled from Vienna to Venice and back again. Why do I through the recent years always or at least normally have to pay 120 euros from Vienna to Venice and 130 euros back when I buy a train ticket (normal daytime 2nd class) at the station counter? (It is not a form of racism, I hope?) I fancy that normal price would be around 100 euros or so - and I cannot avoid the theory that somebody follows me on surveillance camera and is hacking the ticket system.

The ultimate explanation is likely to be that the society owes me a lot of money but they have not paid. There have probably been a lot of plagiarisms in media, business, advertisement... Is the apparently too high train ticket price made for trying to force me to strike the alarm? Of course it is the society who has to tidy up in these plagiarisms and other forms of abuse themselves.

I must repeat this essential point: The data in this file, in particular when ÖVP is in goverment, probably suffice for the conclusion that the state is 'nazistisch', and then the 1955 Staatsvertrag Artikel 9 means that the state can be dissolved at any moment. But dont blame me for that! They hope to see me in 'Wohnungsauflösung' instead of them - as if that could help. Of course that would not help - it would only make them more 'nazi'.

There seem to have come up a lot of more or less temporary 'storage facilities' in recent times. That probably only means that belongings stored there will not be safe because of some small formal detail in the 'Geschäftsbedingungen' - and then the whole contents can be dumped somewhere. Instead of the fatherland? Of course I have move to some other country - but what about my workspace - my books and papers? People talk with the norwegians and they say that 'his work is nothing worth', so it doesnt matter if it is dumped some place as garbage which belongs to the state or municipality and then it can be formally taken over by some 'intelligence service' or 'ÖVP' or something like that. But all this is because the world has not paid for the plagiarisms and abuse.
