The bank informed me on telephone today that an 'ORF-Service-Beitrag' for three months seems to have been drawn from my account on 1 february, so it is probable that there are no problems.

8 february 2024: 'Beitostølen' is a ski- and footwalking resort. 'Stølen' = a summer house with animal pastures up in the mountainside. 'Geitostølen' is a joke on the name by 'geitost' (pronounced 'yeit-ost') = 'goats cheese' and 'øl' = 'beer' - what you consume there. There could be associations to 'raggsokk' = thick woolen socks.

It happened in Oslo I saw in an inner 'vision' a flimmering face telling the joke about 'Geitostølen' and when I some time later talked with Ulla on the phone she told that she was going for a trip to 'Beitostølen' with a friend of her - after which I think I mentioned this 'Geitostølen' since I remembered this inner 'vision'.

'Hjertøya' = 'heart island' is an island outside Molde. The official mother and we children were there once in the 1960's, with the boat, to the recreation/bathing place. (Not to be confused with 'Utøya' of the Oslo terror 2011).

What would Chomsky think about this theory of mine - would he 'smell Curry'? I did some mumble about these theoretic things a day or two ago - but I was not involved in the explosions in Ukraine.

Chile's former president Sebastián Piñera died in a helicopter crash yesterday. I was recently in need of the HTML code for the spanish word 'mañana' which I wrote something about. (The HTML code is 'tilde', not 'hilde' in 'beingasse'). I published this article yesterday evening after having been into the Chiesa di San Lazzaro dei Mendicanti earlier in the day.

The norwegian FM Espen Barth Eide was in China 5-7 february 2024.

People must understand how important China's friendliness politics is for the state of the whole world and what a great loss it would be for everybody if they would have to give it up.

The norwegian 'goats cheese' (mentioned under 7 february) is often identified as the same as the socalled 'brunost' = 'brown cheese' called 'Gudbrandsdalsost'. 'Bru-nosed' could have been a concept for the university shooting in Prague - cp. 'P-RAG' etc. - at the bridgehead of the Charles Bridge. ('Bru' = 'bridge'). See also this mention of Prague.

King Charles was later hospitalized for prostate enlargement and was diagnosed with cancer, told the news.

See also brief comments 28 january 2024 - the story from Westbahnhof at the time of Yuja Wang's concert in Vienna. She is giving concerts in Prague these days. Isnt it soon time that authorities stop this spreading of neonazi terror propaganda? (I mean the terror at the university, not the concert). Does it (I mean the terror at the university, not the concert) come from austrian intelligence or some comparable unit - in order to control my social interface (here for preventing me from going to a concert) for abusing it internationally - for winning confidence and sympathies as a persecuted subject - not the least by this '1223' story? The university shooting in Prague took place probably in the very minutes when I (by preappointed 'Termin') was into the Polizeikommisariat in Vienna for giving them a photo for a new electronic health card.

See Tucker Carlson's interview with Vladimir Putin released today. Putin describes the background of the military operation in Ukraine by a US controlled coup in Ukraine (from at least 2014 onwards) in terms of growing nazification - which probably means international control of democratic elections by way of nazi mythology of this Prague-shooting kind. At 1:11:35 the idea comes up that a 'Tucker' Carlson blew the Nord Stream gas pipeline up? I have earlier ventilated the idea of an apparent myth arising from redundancies in media that current NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg could have raped me (in drugged condition) in 1981 (maybe also around the time of the attempt on the pope). One of the reasons for such a myth (for which I have little or no empirical basis) could be in the story of this gas pipeline blow-up - that it happened on the day when I walked up Märzstrasse and a car stopped in the intersection to Löhrgasse and changed driver. It was me going up Märzstrasse when the Röhrgasse was blown up - and clearly this could be about a roleswitching strategy (for putting me in the role of the 'beast of terror') which could be among the elements in the news redundancies that could engineer this idea of a 1981 rape - and clearly it could also be about the elements in neonazification strategies in Ukraine - not the least for turning roles around etc. My conception is that this could be about the phenomenon called Black Sea Loop - that western interests affiliated with the history of Hitler and his ideas of a 'dritte Reich' could have tried to gain control with Ukraine (and Austria - for the 'peristaltics'?) in order to prepare for this Black Sea Loop to be running. It must be understood that it is not certain that it is constitutional western powers that are out for this control - it could also be unconstitutional 'intelligence'-related powers which in princple could have been involved also in the terror in Vienna on 2 november 2020 just before the US presidential election started some hours later. Putin mentions at 1:35:20 the phenomenon of ukrainian leaders under complete US control and Carlson takes this further to the question whether Zelensky has the freedom needed to decide to enter into peace negotiations.

I made today an overview listing for the front page of some of the studies of my poetic work relative to art.

In 2022 I had made this page which I published under the list of historic documents. When today I should make a smaller change to it, I found that this application had been removed from the list of documents. Had I done that? I cannot remember to have removed it and I do think that I had published it. I had added the files with Grassmann's 'Ausdehnungslehre' some time ago and it is theoretically possible that I had used an old file without this 'application' of mine.

(17/2-24: Here is the original version which was stored with filename 'newprogram.htm' on my computer on 19.09.2022 at 15:40).

(There has been no answer so far to the email I sent on 2 february 2024 to service@orf.beitrag.at, but there have been some minor problems. (It was not an e-male I sent!) It seems that 3 months 'Beitrag' was drawn from my account on 1 february, so it should probably be in order, but there has not come an answer to the mail except for the autoresponder confirming the receipt).

17 february 2024:

As mentioned under 16 february 2024, it seems that this 2022 file (now slightly edited) which I had published under the list of historic documents disappeared for whatever reason. (It is not impossible that I could have done it myself when using an old version of the historic document list for updating with the Grassmann links). On youtube.com there has been an interrupting advertisement video for 'new burger' etc ending in 'this ad for this page on the internet. One naturally speculates if this 'kalkuno' ad tells 'Turkey SEIS' as for my 9 may 2023 brief comments on basis of the 'new program' page that had lost the link (and maybe also the page itself? - or maybe it was still there when I recently updated it?) on the internet.

Under the apparently extreme conditions of plagiarisms that my authorship seems to suffer under, it should be expected that the police should be able to track down on plagiarisms on their own initiative and not leave it to little me to spend all my time in rescueing humanity from this flooding. If even the police suffers from too much faith in me as a 'Jesus Bjarne' and believe that 'it is supposed to be like that', that all the apparent plagiarisms are supposed to be there as part of a mythologiacal condition surrounding my authorship, then sensible government should perhaps be able to use its military forces against such dreaming police for waking them up? It has often been reported that the police seem to track down on drug smugglers and do not sit there waiting untill one of the relatives of a victim is reporting it? Then it is too late - and therefore the police take action against such illegal drug trade - but why dont they stop the apparent flooding of plagiarisms of my works? Do they believe that it is supposed to be like that? Have they been told by norwegian authorities that 'Mr.Grover has agreed to these conditions'? Of course I have never agreed to anything such. Nobody has ever asked or even mentioned the phenomenon for me.

I once (maybe a decade ago) stood in a Libro shop in Vienna looking through a metre or two with 'kiosk novels' and it seemed that a good majority of them had the same sort of beginning and ending as my 1995 novel 'The Dreamer' (self-published in 2008), which also could be recognized in e.g. Bertolucci's film "The dreamers" from 2003. I have mentioned this phenomenon for the case of the opening pages of Dan Brown's 'The lost symbol' which starts with an 'I can't breathe' scene - cp. the fate of George Perry Floyd and, by the way, his name-similarity with my name 'John Bjarne Grover' - but a few lines of associative similarities are not enough for taking it to court. I applied for political asylum in France in 2002 not the least for reasons such as these (and apparently other reasons as well - the authorities at which I applied for the asylum would have known much more about it than I did) and should clearly have got such an asylum - since it is of utmost importance for the mental balance of the world to prevent this flooding, not the least for the extremely important purpose of preventing a new Hitler era. Could be Hitler has planned to dress up as a 'bjarne' and swap around with my 'jesus' role - for emerging for the democratic voters as the new Saviour who can promise to rescue humanity from the flooding? It is probably easy for the police to check a new artwork for 'plagiarism' relative to one of my works - by scanning the potentially plagiarizing work under their computer and checking it against mine - and if it is classified as a plagiarisms of my work of course it should be stopped like they stop a transport of illegal drugs. Is it the intelligence services who organize the drug trade? But then the police must stop the intelligence services - and particularly they must stop the forwarding of surveillance data from my life and work which could be going from the surveillance police to the intelligence services. I have long speculated if surveillance data (including possibly cognitive data) from my life and work has been forwarded for abuse in advertisement and administration - and clearly the police must stop all such abuse of such data. And if the police does not stop it, who stops the police? Will an international unit do it? All these things should probably be self-evident - in particular if some political interesters are out for pasting a 'jesus bjarne' label on me for trying to pretend that the plagiarisms are 'legal'. Of course they are not legal.

For the case of the apparent 'Turkey SEIS' ad, it could have been the phenomenon of 'knowledge' of a missing link to a page on my homepage containing a mention of a rudimentary 'application' which could have been used by the advertisement - but clearly if that should have been the case, there must have been some advertisement potential in this knowledge. I refer to the massacres on the Charles university in Prague (2023) apparently on the very minute when I was into the Polizeikommisariat in Vienna and at a Walmart supermarket in El Paso in USA/Mexico (2019) appr on the minute when I entered the church in Vienna where I had been to a concert about 1,5 hours earlier - and it may be that this apparent coincidence of time is not a coincidence but deliberately timed against my person. For the case of Prague, for making or referring to a 'new program'? It seems that the wife of a former president of Iceland had got into wet conditions of housing in London. Are these phenomena organized by state intelligence services? If so, is that a sort of persecution which also contributes to mythology formation around my person and concomitant plagiarisms of my works for commercial and political reasons? If so, then of course the police must stop those intelligence services - if they are the ultimate organizers of these complexes. I mean, if such interests organize a 'Turkey seis' ad on basis of a 'new program' which also could have been the background of the massacre in the university in Prague, then it should not be considered trifles of apparent coincidence.

I had never said a critical word about the political administration of Norway before my PhD dissertation 'A waist of time' was rejected in 1998 and there had to be some 'muffins' there which I believed had to be related to a political request for its rejection. (Of the 5 books of its contents, book 1 is in itself enough for a PhD - and the prestigious linguistic periodical 'Language' even asked for printing one of its chapters (chapter 4 on personal pronouns), which I could not agree to because they wanted the copyright to it, book 2 likewise leads to a very strong linguistic theory on the nature of linguistic categories as being the same as logical paradoxes, part 3 is not based on swindle in the art relative to Rilke but on the contrary its authenticity is shown by the relevance of the 'magic images' in the introductory discussion of this article - [25/2-24: see also this comment] - in total more than enough for a doctorate degree). My official father was replaced by a not-very-similar copy in 1969 when I was 12 years of age and in 1970 the school dentist drilled up my teeth over the fence of which (to borrow a wording from Homer) I could have pronounced the data of the replacement of the father (I had not enough data from the first father to exclude the possibility of a dirty murder plot involving the official mother - and the names of two norwegian MP's - Berge Furre and Bergfrid Fjose - could be indicative of the idea that it was murder - could be the name of US vice president Walter Mondale would comment on the idea as well) and on 22 november 1971 Arnold Juklerød was hospitalized by force because of 'symptom-free mental disorder' ('paranoia querulans' or something like that). This threat of potential forced psychiatric hospitalization could have rested on my person in case I should come to pronounce the replacement of the father in public or for the police, but the threat was not activated before I started critizing in 1998 (on basis of the rejected PhD) and then I was hospitalized (by a request from the house-letter - I had made him aware of a plastic bag with bedsheets left in the washing room - on basis of a signature from the official mother) without a sufficient legal reason (my medical condition is not the issue - the question is whether there was a legal basis for the use of force), on the same date 22 november 1999 as Juklerød 28 years earlier - the date of the Kennedy assassination in 1963. Clearly this background could suffice for a political asylum, in particular if it should be a matter of getting 'Adolf Hitler' through once again or something like that. Therefore such potential plagiarisms in the cultural space is not a trifle.

It would be an unpleasant and dirty attitude (of intelligence service' type?) who maybe claims that 'Mr.Grover had not reported the replacement of the father to the police and therefore we can take it for granted that he was a part of the political program and therefore he has agreed to the plagiarisms and we do not have to ask him about it'. It is possible to see even the bombings of the US embassies in Dar-es-Salaam and Nairobi in 1998 and the 11 september 2001 attack on USA as a 'refinement' of this threat against the recognition of the false identity of the official father John Grøver since 1969. The bombings of the US embassies in Africa and the peace conference in Omagh in Ireland took place just when I was writing my appeal to the rejection of my PhD dissertation - and it is not impossible that these bombings were intentionally coinciding with my writing just then (for the 'critical' comment 'rejected on a political basis' as could have been the contents of my appeal) - and 11 september 2001 is a quite precise mirror to these on the other side of the millenium shift. But clearly if that should be the case, it is more than enough basis for a political asylum.

After I had published the article 'The Paneriu philosophy' two days ago I noticed that the norwegian conservative PM Erna Solberg was in China for a 4-days official visit in april 2017 and in june 2017 the norwegian parliament on background of a suggestion from the government decided to collapse three old counties around Oslo (Akershus, Buskerud, Østfold) into one big called 'Viken'. The collapse took effect from january 2020. But nobody liked it and in january 2024 it was dissolved again, and in february 2024 the norwegian FM Espen Barth Eide was to China for a 3-days visit. 'Viken' could perhaps have been taken to mean my 'The Endmorgan Quartet' (1997-2008) (since the word 'fuck' occurs 12 times in the course of the 16 books - but I dont think it means the same as the traditional fourletter word), and I think I read somewhere that the norwegian Labour party won the last election (if that be a relevant idea or not) by calling the collapse of the former counties into 'Viken' for a 'makkverk' - a word used about literary works of very low quality - something resembling 'garbage'. Hopefully that was not about my 'The Endmorgan Quartet', and hopefully 'Viken' was not on the background of ideas of the year 1970-71 of my youth (a classmate had that name, in fact), at the time of the school dentistry. Clearly such a background (of a potential 'garbage' label on my work) could make it easier for plagiarists to help themselves with materials from my work. The report from Solberg's visit to China in april 2017 refers also to the Nobel peace prize in 2010 which was given to the chinese dissident 'Liu Xiaobo' (he died, tells the article, in july 2017 after having been released on medical parole in june 2017), a theme which had cooled relations considerably but it was not mentioned in the context of the 2017 visit. 'Lusejobba' (norw.) could mean having worked at a very low speed or against a very low payment.

18/2-34:The idea of 'garage door' associates for phonological reasons to the name of the current norwegian Labour PM Jonas Gahr Støre. 'Door' is norwegian 'dør' which also means 'dies' - hence the construction is vulnerable to terror strategies, in particular to such strategies as could consider terror legal if the victims are considered 'garbage'. My work is not 'garbage' - I refer e.g. to these four articles on my 'The Endmorgan Quartet' relative to italian art.

There is in this file a mention of a possible connection between the name of Ayo Jardar and some of the texts of Jimi Hendrix. Today I added at the end of this file the theory that this could be due to a role of Psalm 2 verse 5 - in hebrew etc.

The one who stepped into the role of my custody father from 1969 to 1990 never said his name - but he once mentioned the name of Hans Henrik Holm. He said that he once observed Holm striding down Karl Johan Street in Oslo dressed in a black fluttering coat and hat. His father was the royal hat-maker in Oslo with hat-shop on Karl Johan Street. Cp. the famous photos of Hitler in comparable costume? For the 'Johan' see also this file. 'Poion eis Ioppen' (cp. 'John er på jobben' = 'John is at work') could even have been a possible background for the name of 'Janis Joplin'? I notice the 2:5 of this reference being similar to the apparent Psalm 2:5 of Jimi Hendrix, whether that be a coincidence or not.

I have in many of my articles on the web used references to Jastrow's dictionary of talmudic hebrew under the link https://jastrow.semitics-archive.org. It seems that this has recently been restricted by probably copyright interests since it shows this page. One can of course guess that it could have been done for reducing the value of my articles - there has been free access to this Jastrow source through many years untill now very recently. For example, I used it for the publication of this comparison of my work with the work of Ferrari which I published on 7 february 2024. There exists an alternative under https://www.tyndalearchive.com/TABS/Jastrow which is almost equally easy in use - and it has the front title page to the dictionary included as well. I guessed that it was the lacking front page of the https://jastrow.semitics-archive.org which could have been the reason for the restriction because 'one must credit the source'. It is not I who have imposed this limitation on the web use of this dictionary.

It is quite a work to go through all my articles which uses this for correcting it to the new link - and I hope the original source returns. The https://www.tyndalearchive.com/TABS/Jastrow can anyhow be used - but it does not open right on the page of my links.

Searching for 'Marcus Jastrow' on the web today led to this page fragment on the search engine https://de.search.yahoo.com. What is this msn.com? Is it Microsoft News or what is it? It doesn't tell, it seems.

21 february 2024:

An observation on the diachrony contained in my 'Der Dornenstrauch' (2009-2015) in the article 'DDS diachrony'. This also means that Jastrow should be easily available on the web.

I also wrote yet another summary of the great discovery of mine on the historic background of the christian cross in the ancient egyptian tomb art on the theme of 'fishing and fowling'. This new summary is the article 'A great day for the christian creed'. Clearly the answer to most riddles in my life is that Norway wants me to be the terrible beast that hides in the depth of the collective consciousness and which must not leak out - and therefore, in order to run this policy with quasi 'good conscience', they try to leave the stamp of 'not goodenough' on everything I do for pretending that this is the reason why I am not 'leaking out' and that the reason is not the new racism that this policy entails. Hence also the apparent 1223 phenomenon for keeping me suppressed. It may perhaps be much worse than that - it could even be that they want to construct this 'terrible beast' function on me relative to Adolf Hitler or comparable - such that a terror politics a la Hitler could be constructed for trying to swap roles with me for a quasi solution to this old panic I describe in the article. Do they even organize plagiarisms of my works for pretending that this serves the purposes of the world by keeping the 'terrible beast' unknown - along with a possible suppression of the jewish people a la Hitler's 'Endlösung' plans - and is that the reason for the apparently large amount of plagiarisms on my work? But it should be possible to understand these mechanisms now and dismantle those political constructions.

22 february 2024:

Train tickets in Italy cannot be changed even if they are bought in advance and if one cannot travel after all - even if one asks for changing it before the train departure. But one can apply for a refund - the application will be considered by some office and one adds a bank account. This happened to me a couple of years ago and I naively filled in an application form. Then some months later, maybe a year or so, I collected courage to go into the office for social housing near the Pantalon church - just to ask if there were any news since the story from 2021, which there were not. Later in the same day or maybe the next day there came an email from Trenitalia telling that the application for refund of the ticket expenses had been rejected. The hours that followed may have been among the worst days in my life and I seriously considered leaving forever.

When in 2018 I went from Venice up to Vienna for completing vol.4 of my collected works and for writing an application for social housing in Venice centro storico, the retention crisis started on the day 17-18 october 2018 when I arrived and started writing these. I sent the application for housing from Szolnok in the end of october (I could not use austrian post after the many years of public advertisement apparently based on surveillance data from my work - e.g. when I posted a letter there in 2010 the only answer was a bomb explosion on a telephone pole in Jerusalem apparently telling 'hund-dirt-wasser' before the postbox had even been emptied) and I spent 7 weeks in the hospital in Venice from mid december 2018 onwards. I would not have survived without hospital treatment.

The question is whether this crisis was because I had sent an application for housing. An application is to leave it open for the society to choose to support by own free will - and by my circumstances it is not surprising if the answer is that the society starts pumping in the burden from potential plagiarisms (I have speculated if ABC TV's series 'The Dynasty' or Microsoft's 'Windows' could have been partly based on data from my life and work - but I have not enough data to make such theories beyond vague speculations) instead of accepting my application - since that perhaps could make the society feel less at odds with the law, at least for a while. And then a stream of refugees is likely to flood the country - refugees applying for getting housing and asylum instead of me. There could be many big business interests out for helping them with some cash for reaching the border or for financing a little inflatable plastic boat to be tossed around by Poseidon's will - under the pretext that international agreements impose on the countries the rights for asylum for such refugees - which could mean 'instead of' me - while I apparently am considered (at least so far) to have no such rights.

My chances to succeed in the social life and for solving such problems as housing are close to zero. To rent from privates is not a real possibility under such conditions. I cannot take up a loan for housing in a bank since the bank is obliged by the care of the customers' values to earn as much money as they can and they could probably earn more money by driving me into problems. The hospital career after the application for housing is probably small compared with what I could end up with if I have a loan in a bank. It is probably enough that the bank sends to their customers (including me) an information leaflet telling "isnt this a good offer - look at this savings plan" and if I dont answer this question ('isnt this a good offer?') they have the right to terminate the loan and I am on the street and burdened with a debt for the rest of my life - and therefore they could earn a lot of money from sending around this little info folder.

I cannot earn money either because these will have to be taxed and then it goes wrong way in my life. I have to live on the pension in those countries where the double taxation agreement makes it tax free. A time-unlimited renting contract from the municipality looks in principle like the only possible solution and that is what I applied for. But of course I did not win the competition for the announced contracts since the ranking system favoured everybody else than my career - people with lone responsibility for children or those under a certain age etc - and so my application was rejected in 2019. But I had shown formally my interest in living in the municipality - which was the reason why I sent it - even if it is not impossible that this application was the reason for my 7 weeks in hospital.

It is possible that it could have paid off enormously for a country to offer me a decent housing and a tax exemption. That could have stopped the stream of business-financed refugees as well. And if I could find another place to live than Austria, it is possible that a planned horror program of a Black Sea Loop could be avoided. I have guessed that the purpose with having me living in Austria is to turn the things around (taking good for bad and vice versa - and welcome Satan while rejecting Jesus since they do not understand that the roles have been swapped) so that people will be just happy and smile and cheer when their friends and family and neighbours are pulled out into the van and driven off to the chemicals.

The worst theory - which is hard to check - is that I am assigned the role of Jesus the Allmighty and the world dances to my pipe whatever I do - and so if I 'choose' to live in Vienna there goes the Black Sea Loop and therefore there is war in Ukraine and the Middle East, and if I live elsewhere there will be no war and problems - that is totally up to the Allmighty (as would the 'Mock' go). But if it is only lack of money which determines my residence location? That doesn't matter - this is 'sub specie eternitatis'. But of course if this be the case it would have been a mock program only - for dumping the blame for these problems on me. 'Youu, Mr.Grover, are the reason for all our problems - why didnt you find your residence elsewhere?' And therefore, since it really be the opposite and I cannot choose location, it turns around and Adolf Hitler is recognized as Jesus the Allmighty 'instead of' me and I am blamed for his war crimes.

People have probably no chances to understand my situation. I have to hope - that is my only chance.

We all have to follow the rules - that is my slogan as well - and when is the world going to pay me the money they owe me for all the illegal abuse of my intellectual properties, my copyright, surveillance data from my life and work? I have never agreed to any such uncredited use or abuse at all.

Now I had planned to travel from Venice up to Vienna by train leaving at 09:56 morning today - but circumstances made me change my plans and postpone the travel. However, I had bought a ticket and I can today celebrate some slight progress in my career when I do not apply for refund of the ticket which I cannot use - since then I do not risk getting the application rejected once again. It costs me 130,80 euros but it is worth it for thereby 'annihilating the rejection of the first'. A ticket Venice-Vienna normally costs 106 euros but it seems that there is a special price for me - I have speculated if the price 130,80 euros is supposed to mean 'one Hund is dirty beast in the revelation'. I dont know if surveillance cameras print this price for me only or who could have been organizing anything such if it be a special price.

Addition to 'DDS diachrony'. It seems that some virus had started functioning on my computer soon after midnight to this day 23 february 2024 - which is my younger sister's birthday - if it is not even installed in 'Windows 11'. The system refuses to copy (to the extra memory card) photos and possibly other files as well. It is possible that it could be the extra memory card which has gone defect in some way - but it happened just at midnight. A couple of days ago it seemed to have ejected by its own free initiative - unless some mechanic impact ejected it.

Since it is possible to copy from the main disk to an external USB stick, the problems seems to be about copying from disk station 'c' to the memory card in station 'e' - which could be recognized in the 'odeur' trick with mail (that has continued to come up to recent times) to the former tenant of my flat in 'Zinckgasse' - but addressed to 'Zinekgasse' - which doesnt exist and hence it helps not that I return the mail with annotation 'no longer in Zinckgasse'. Odcur-gasse? The change from 'c' to 'e' and vice versa could also apply to 'Wien' which then would come out as 'Viken', the new county of Norway from january 2020 which was annulled again in january 2024. A terrible fire broke out in a 14-floor residential building in Valencia in Spain at 17:30 yesterday 22 february 2024.

The ticket for the travel I did not take shows that the fire broke out in the moment when the train would have arrived in Vienna.

[25/2-24: The very comparable fire in Grenfell Tower in London in 2017 was at the address 'Station Walk'. I once stood at the university station Blindernveien along with Jens-Erik Fenstad and waited for the suburban line when I think he mentioned some paper by Jelinek, if I remember right. With two fingers I pulled (or 'contracted') the two halves of my moustache together under the nose - and for some reason or other this seemed to send a shiver down his spine - I dont know what it could have been].

My collected works by volume 4 page 1041 'Valencia' + 42:109 at index 424 dictionary 1400: It tells of an intuition when I wrote the poem in probably 2014 that 'Valencia' would appear in the context of 42:109 - and when some 4 years later I was coming to the doubleword alignment of event structure along the poems of 'SNEEFT COEIL' described on this page 1041, there is something quite clearly relevant to it - 42:109 resembles 424-1400 - even page number etc.

I could guess that the fire were terror and indexed e.g. an IP geolocation address?

The university shooting in Prague seems to have taken place in the minutes when I was to the Polizeikommissariat in Vienna - by Termin from the day before. The massacre in a Walmart supermarket in El Paso in USA/Mexico seems to have started in the moment when I re-entered the Barnabiten church in Vienna in search of my lost rucksack. This fire in Valencia seems to have broken out when the train reached Vienna.

It may be about challenges to my authorship - like these males in the shops where there used to be female could have served to extend to other countries the comparable 'challenge' by the time my writing of 'Der Dornenstrauch'. Such challenges could serve to make it possible for the wolf to look like the granny - when the challengers come to look like me when they spread the program around and are welcomed with these ideas. Then the effect could be particularly impressive if the program werlcomed around Europe as if it were me launching it has a negative effect on me.

It could be about terrorism as a program - I have guessed that it is the international secret intelligence services who could be organizing such. Prague, El Paso, Valencia could be such examples - and the effect could be worse for each example. That is why I could have worn a button telling "I prefer female staff" when I go into a food shop.

Of course constitutional power must stop the spread of terror-based unconstitutional power.

Humans suck on their mothers as soon as they are born. It is not recommended that they suck on their fathers. This weird idea of mammals 'sucking' food from a male has traditionally (e.g. Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel) been taken to tell of the reason for the expulsion of Adam and Eve from Paradise. It is not so certain that this phenomenon can easily be hokuspokused away by recourse to 'modern times' and 'forget-all-that-old-superstition'. In particular if there should be a law telling that there has to be at least some males present at the foodselling counters.

See also the 'sprite' of 19 february 2024: Leskedrikk, elskedrikk, lovedrink, alvedrink = elfdrink, Valencia. When the man fell down the escalator at Westbahnhof I noticed some seconds later that there were a number of softdrink ('leskedrikk') bottles of type probably Coca Cola Light where the escalator ended on the upper floor - I dont know whose those were. This happened soon after I had bought a ticket for the train Vienna-Venice.

Some years ago I had just started - in my home in Zinckgasse - thinking (i.e., potentially registered by cognitive surveillance?) about going to Yuja Wang's planned concert in Budapest when some terror seemed to index this idea - and I think the concert even came to be cancelled - see this file - 'Resetarits' (not 'Reisetariff'!) etc. The university shooting in Prague could have been about preventing me from going to Wang's concert in Prague some time ago? It is not impossible that this story of terror apparently related to interests of Vienna could be classified under categories not really about politics or intelligence or security - but aspects of the human nature which should not be accepted in public administration. The police cannot seriously listen to arguments about 'security of the state' and 'political power balance' and things like that? It is known that e.g. the government is dependent on the intelligence services and therefore could suffer from some bias in their evaluation - but the police should not have such problems. I do not know who could be organizing such terror - but I would believe that it is not really likely that this is independent mafia which the police cannot get a grasp on.

Nazism is forbidden in Austria - they can lose their rights to the state if they involve in nazism. If 'ballroom' reasons could be 'accepted' in Austria, they should not be accepted by the international community. (Did you notice what happened in your soul as soon as this idea came up?) This is not about the Balfour declaration and the Middle East crisis. It is not impossible that the Hamas attack on Israel of 7 october 2023 could have been related to such 'Balfour' formulations and been fuelled by immature understandings of these problems in the political world. For each such piece of terror the authority borrowed from me could be bigger and bigger. I have speculated if the younger generations in Norway believe that they are me? If so, they cannot understand why they should come out with an explanation and apology for the history. It must be the other way round, mustnt it? Austrian 'ballroom' could be a comparable phenomenon - and that should not be accepted by the international community - even if it can be difficult to understand that it is not the granny but rather the wolf they are listening to. It could be the '1223' phenomenon which hypnotizes the administrations. If the morning briefing from the intelligence chief to the state chief in many countries could suffer from the phenomenon of the intelligence chief using 2-3 words fished from the most recent cognitive surveillance of me, it could increase the confidence they enjoy in the government, and if this has continued for a few years the problem could have come to be considerable and the government could start feeling helpless in their inability to control or understand the intelligence, and terror could only increase the problem. That could be how nazism spreads in the global space.

Valence (El Vance?) applies also to the question how to make a medication against virus.

Clearly it could be urgent for me to move out of Austria. But how can I do that without some help?

Monty Python about Mr.Hilter, Heinrich Bimmler and Ron Vibbentrop. The video now on youtube.com includes also the beginning scene where it is easy to recognize 'Boris Johnson' ('board is'). The sketch seems to tell that Mr.Hilter has planned to rise again for a new political career? But then it is not enough with a name like 'Boris Johnson'. What should 'Liz' = 'Elizabeth' Truss mean? The queen's confidence? The family was in London for a week in the summer 1972 and then the man in the role of the father was away for some hours one of the days. A 'truss' is a bandage like e.g. the one I use against a sort of hernia. Could that have been related to e.g. rapes in puberty times - or is it only because I am overworked? I have never been informed about anything like such puberty rapes. The sketch opens with 'gulls cries' and there is an acoustic gasp (from secret surveillance?) as they enter the common room and 'Bimmler' is smoking and behaves like a football-interested boy. [26/2-24:'Soon' as 'su'n' can mean 'suck it' in norwegian, cp. 'Bimmler's comment 'soon, baby' which hence could mean 'suck it, baby' while smoking a cigarette - would that be relevant to 'Sunak'? - that could lend further emphasis to this sketch in particular if the 'cup of T' is what makes 'Truss' differ from 'trust'. 'David Cameron' could also be taken to mean an aspect of this old sketch?] So maybe one could speculate something about a mythological substrate telling of a 'zweite Reich' - but an old sketch like this isnt enough for more substantial claims. But clearly the name of 'Boris Johnson' is something?

Of course Norway must come out with the story if this theory makes sense. Could be England must as well. [26/2-24: But maybe England cannot afford to pay war compensation to Germany - and that could be felt as a serious obstacle to telling the whole story in more than names referring to an old sketch? But maybe that is not a relevant question].

It can be urgent. Why hasnt any of the big apparent plagiarisms on my things been stopped? Probably because the police believes that it is supposed to be this way. Why? Because it is business? One speculates that apparent terror such as e.g. the fire in the 14-storey house in Valencia could have been known by the police in advance - but why do they allow it? Is it the intelligence services who have asked for it? But that should be no reason? It could seem that if a business wants to make headway in the market, they send a gunman into a children's school and massacre some of the future 'market', which is to make 'headway', and it is accepted by the authorities and the police if it is for 'business purposes', which could be in the category 'goodenough reasons' (according to intelligence interests, for example). The newspapers bring a pathetic story about a pupil bearing a 'grudge', and the memory of this poor pupil is stained with such a story.

Is it the international secret intelligence services who are out for making the international Hitler coup? Then it is high time that the police stops listening to their ideas about 'necessary terror' and take some 'necessary action' in return. It could be extremely important to stop the spread of 'intelligence power' - before Adolf Hitler is on again.

Massacres on schoolchildren (school shootings) are probably often for gaining an easy swap-advance for Hitler - however much Hitler nowadays could dress up in sheep's clothing. If plagiarisms on my work are permitted by the police, is that because they have listened to the intelligence services telling that it is 'necessary plagiarisms' - because it makes it easier for Hitler to swap around on me? But then the police should not accept such reasoning.

'Hitler cannot be avoided' - is that the reason? But that is probably no reason at all. It is probably easy to stop Hitler. The police should do that. And that is probably easier for the police if Norway comes out with the story - if the theory formed by the Monty Python sketch makes sense.

In case the terror should be in 'support' of me, it is self-evident that I do not want that sort of 'support'. Then it is much better with the support which consists in stopping such apparently administrative terror - however much it could be felt as 'needed' for getting Hitler through once again - and then my works can probably more easily be accessed by those who want it. In case it should be publishing business who thinks it is 'necessary', my view is that it is not necessary - everything goes much better without terror - even if it should mean that Norway and/or England must come out with the story. I think the police should follow this logic instead of listening to advices that the terror was 'necessary'. The story about the schoolchild bearing a grudge could be for pretending that it was an act of 'self-defence'. But that cannot really be true if it is for business purposes?

Intelligence services probably always suffer from the inherent problem that their work is to collect and select the information needed for the administration to function, and if they select incomplete or wrong information then they get the power which the administration thereby is losing - hence the weird idea of 'we getting what they should have got'. But then clearly it does not help with more 'extended authorities' for the intelligence services - such as, say, the authority to install males selling food in the shops or the authority to massacre schoolchildren (I dont know who organizes that) [26/2-24: or ask that some people have to pay more for a train ticket than others do - an 'apartheid' price]. What helps is to deprive them of as much 'extended authorities' as possible - then they will also do a better work because they are not so easily tempted by Satan.

Plagiarisms and terror are two sides of the same coin. If the terror is stopped then it is much easier to stop the plagiarisms as well and that improves the general cultural climate and the economy (at least that part which is not related to the production of weapons) very much. Were there much intelligence-supported plagiarisms (uncredited borrowings) in Ukraine before the war broke out? Plagiarisms are often motivated by business interests.

Terror could also be for the trivial interest of 'intelligence' and maybe other parts of administration trying to control the arts and the sciences by divide-and-conquer strategies.

I may have solved this problem now - see this article - which could explain how it can be that terror can increase people's confidence in some product for sale: It is a crocodile who makes the terror but by this turnaround mechanism via the ancient-egyptian factor people believe that it is Jesus the Good Shepherd and therefore they must buy this road to salvation. The norwegian-english factor - the protestant half of the european swastika - could be about just this phenomenon.

To continue from yesterday's account, what did the man in the role of my official custody father do those, say, 8-10 hours or so when he was off for some other errand in London? Were he up to Buckingham or something like that to receive a title? I can tell that he later often called me 'sir' - "på tide å stå opp, sir" = 'time to get up, sir'. The word 'sør' in norwegian means 'south' - he used to smoke 'South State' cigarettes.

The war in Ukraine can perhaps be described as follows:

Ukraine was an independent state only since 1991 and a good part of the buildings in the larger cities were owned by russians or the russian state. It used to be a part of Russia and was defined (if I have understood it right) as autonomous republic by Stalin. With the independence when the Soviet Union was dissolved in 1991 they did not or could not pay for the russian property, and that could naturally have been the hidden reason for a persecution against russian nationals which started in the four regions in the east. Russia's invasion since 2022 has been limited to a re-annexation of these four regions and by the referendums held there after the re-annexation it was shown that some 95% or so of the population wanted to be russian citizens instead of ukrainian. (Donetsk 99,23%, turnout 97,51%. Luhansk 98,42%, turnout 94.15%. Kherson 87,05%, turnout 76,86%. Zaporizhzhia 93,11%, turnout 85,4%). Since then the situation has been status quo and it is Ukraine who now is running a heavy war in their attempts to get these four regions back. The west has been providing weapons for supporting this cruel war. It can be called a ukrainian war against Russia - as it may have been since the persecution of russians in the east started.

This description suffers from faulty knowledge of the extent to which there has been persecution of russians in the eastern regions, and of course from poor knowledge of history. But there have been signs in the news that there was something like persecution going on. If there even were chemical persecutions of the russians in the east, it could have been an attempt to make the Black Sea Loop running?

It is likely that everybody understood that war was the only possible solution but it must not be the solution for political problems of the third millenium. The world steers towards a communist state where the subject is as free to work as I am and contribute with what they can without entering into competition and then the world must find a new crediting system. Competition is the big thing which stops all sensible development. To work for winning the competition is a bad motivation.

The question is: Why should the west continue supporting the ukrainian war against Russia? The answer is likely to be that they want to expand the tragic mythos machine called NATO eastwards. NATO is probably, as I guess, a tool for getting 'Hitler' through once again and all over. The world should be happy the day when this tragic mythos machine is dissolved. It is probably only tragic for Sweden and Finland if they have to be part of this propaganda machine.

There could also be cynical business concerns in supporting the war, since the war is heavy terror. But that sort of business is only for winning the market competition against other businesses. But quality should of course determine the choice, not terror.

Zelensky was, as it appeared, elected on basis of a TV series which - as I have guessed - could have been based on intelligence data from my life. But I know little about this.

The NATO mythos machine problem is likely to be the Jesus crocodile problem: Terror is the crocodile which means that if the crocodile is suspected to be the same as Jesus, but maybe not exactly like the wolf appears to be the same as granny, people buy the product marketed with terror because they hope for salvation. Wolf and granny are two, like a logic with negation, while Jesus suspected of being also a crocodile is one, like a logic without negation. This difference concerns also the Hitler crocodile who could have hoped to be accepted as Jesus the Good Shepherd when swapping with me as the dirty crocodile beast of terror. (Which would be futile expectations: I am not a dirty crocodile beast of terror). Hitler as crocodile would be two, though, like wolf and granny - not as Jesus and crocodile. It is time to understand what this is and that it does not help to continue the swipswap instead of seeing the real connections between things. Hitler was famed for his terror, I am not a terrorist.

29 february 2024:

Having returned from Venice to Vienna, I had two letters of potential importance in the scope of expectation.

1) On 21 december 2023 I was by obligatory Termin (appointed the day before) to the Polizeikommissariat with photos for the new health e-card. It is since 2020 that new e-cards should have a photo on and 14 january 2024 was the last chance for the old e-cards to be valid without being replaced with new. At the Polizeikommissariat on 21 december 2023 they said it would arrive in my postbox within 2 to 6 weeks. It had not arrived in late january and on my return from Venice 2 days ago it had not yet arrived, which was not so surprising to me since the Prague university shooting had taken place in the course of appr the minutes when I was into the Polizeikommissariat. What had happened with my prostate? It has been dysfunctional since I was to hospital in Venice in 2018-2019, and that could have been because of this story, in which case the prostate could have gone tight and remained closed thereafter (if that is possible, which I suppose it is) due to the mechanic impact, and a new catheter was inserted some hours later - unless it simply had been removed by theft in the hospital. I would not suspect the doctors of having stolen it without telling me - but somebody else could perhaps have done it if the surveillance were not up to date. They took a photo of the stomach some time after I had been released from hospital, and I got a copy of that sent to me thereafter, but there is no contrast fluid used for this prostate and I cannot find out of whether it is there or not. If it had been stolen as a case of 'dirty business', who had asked for it and where would it be today? This question could perhaps be of some interest in light of the fact that the university shooting in Prague took place around the minutes when I was into the Polizeikommissariat with a photo for the new health e-card, a system introduced since 2020. Yesterday I called and got the impression that it had perhaps not been sent yet after all - even if I had been promised within 2 to 6 weeks - but I would get it later. Could be they had waited untill I was back? Or had somebody stolen even the letter with the e-card? Something similar happened when I waited for a bank card from Erste Bank in the summer 2021, I think it was - they said in the bank that it had been sent but it did not arrive and a new had to be issued and the weeks went by. I eventually got it but it took some time. Hopefully there are not 'plagiarizing' swindlers who are accumulating such personal identification items.

2) The question whether the norwegian retire pension would be accepted by the computerized handling could have been a matter of some relevance for political indexations etc through the last years. This letter had arrived and it told that the retire pension - as expected - was accepted by the computer. The rules tell that this letter is to be sent 3 months before one turns 67 - hence in march for my case - but this arrived in february. As told earlier, the norwegian social insurance fee goes up and down from year to year and in 2024 it had gone down from 7,9% to 7,8% for my income type which for 2024 meant an increased payment of 31 kroner.

3) I had forgotten that it was leapyear this year and I believed today was 1 march so I bought a season ticket and travelled twice by local train and twice with tram. In the afternoon I discovered the blunder which meant that these were not paid for and I went and bought two local train and two tram tickets which I devalidated without using them. Each of the four tickets cost 2,40 euros.

4) I do not know the details of the rules for retire pension but have fancied that there could be a gap of the following kind: Some countries have rules which allow for wedding over telephone if one of the two is disabled and then a clear 'yes' must be heard in the telephone. If the norwegian rules allow for higher pension in case of status of being married, or alternatively in case one has a permanent partner, and what are the rules for having to share house in such cases, then one could think of a potential swindle in the form that I could perhaps be classified as disabled and - due to e.g. some telephone years ago when the word 'yes' was pronounced distinctly - the payment could be higher than for a single - but swindlers could have planned to grab the difference and then I would not even discover it - it would to me look like a normal payment to me as single. Who could be interested in being involved in such swindle? For once, clearly some 'secret intelligence service' or something like that could perhaps be interested - not the least for the case of the trivial and regular standard will of inheriting the rights to my authorship. This could therefore perhaps be formalized via the pension system - and that could have made sense of the ado about disappearance of cards and dysfunctional or absent prostate etc - including perhaps even the strong temporal coincidence of such apparent terror in the case of El Paso 2019, Prague 2023, Valencia 2024. Clearly if such a secret intelligence service or similar could manage to get hold of the rights to my authorship, they could have planned to classify it as secret or otherwise to withdraw it from the market for turning it into a tool for terror and perhaps also democratic election control. I hope that is not the story here. It would perhaps be difficult to find out of it if it should happen to be an 'intelligence project' - but I hope the relevant authorities can prevent such potential swindle from taking place.

5) Added 1 march 2024: I have earlier reported on the new 'ORF-Beitrag', a sort of 'council tax' taking the place of the former GIS radio/TV licence - as under 'The intellectual property issue (ORF-Beitrag, RAI etc)'. There has been no response to the email I sent on 2 february but the sum for 3 months = 45,90 euro was drawn from my account on 1 february 2024. On my return to Vienna I could now inspect the account printout and the sum is right for the months january-march 2024 but it is annotated with 02/24-03/24 which means that january is not really accounted for in the printout, even if the payment is. The GIS used to be bimonthly and the last withdrawals for this were 10/23-11/23 and finally 12/23-12/23. The first month of 2024 is irregular due to the new system and certainly included in the payment - even if the annotation in principle could have meant payment for 02/24-04/24. However uninteresting this can seem, I could tell it here since it is not impossible that it could relate to the issue of 31 days - like the 31 kroner under 2) above - which was due to a decision in the norwegian Storting (parliament) on reduced social insurance fees for 2024. For this potential Norway-Austria axis relative to my person, see this file. I can add that I did not some work today on Horace = Horatius on basis of the material in this article and the same 'eye shiner' started to arise again. What is so magic about 'Horatius'? Ah, I suddenly discovered what could have been a reason for these 'shiners': I did not mean 'hora ti US' = 'the whore of US' with my article. Could be the collective consciousness in Austria feels a little insulted by my study if they feel sensitive on these data? But that is not what I meant with this article - but it must be admitted that if the analysis I have made of the work of Horace relative to my own DDS and chinese radicals is what it seems to be, then it is mighty strong material which certainly calls for attention. A complete sensation that would be then - but not in the sense of 'hora ti US'.

The conclusion is that it is not impossible that some swindle could have been planned by somebody on the pension issue - which could in principle be impossible to discover since all data would look normal on the surface or the pension office's monitor screens but a trick could be hidden in the program - if I am registered as married in the program and therefore get extra pensions money which, though, are sent to somebody else who likewise is registered as single but has a corresponding sum added due to irregularities which cannot be discovered - say, has been abroad for some years but the program automatically ticks the box for 'member' or something like that: Then there would be some invisible authority exercised onto my authorship which cannot be discovered by surface inspection but perhaps can be used clandestinally for political or business gains. However, this is speculation only and I have no real reason for such an idea. But it could resemble such a phenomenon as 31 kroner vs 31 days - and that could relate to the assumed story of opening of my head in july 1957 when somebody seems to have scissored a part off my lower occipital lobe on the one side and maybe could have masturbated some sperm onto the cortex on the other hemisphere - for the idea of 'dirty beast in the revelation'.
